The app never wants to work. I can add items to my cart but not select a store or even have a cart I can click on to check out. The app is also never correct when our location is closed for no reason. Then, some how NO location in my city will allow you to redeem your points for a sandwich. Somehow, that item says not allowed, yet it's available to order.

I haven't been able to get the damn thing to work for months. You open the app and there's some ad that freezes the screen that You can't get past, that's also on the website! Even if you uninstall and reinstall the app, it's still there. I think of the 50 times I've tried to use it or the website the last couple of months I've only been able to use it three times

Every time I place a drive through pick up order with this app, the store tells me I can't pick up unless I go inside the store. What's the point of having a drive through option if I have to get out of my car? Then tell me there's no way yo cancel. They've also given my food away before because they confused this app with the other an order from another food delivery app. Incredibly annoying and inconvenient!

The app just hasn't been working at all. The only explanation I've seen on my phone is that there is a bug & to clear the cache & reopen it. I've tried many times & it's just not working. I uninstalled & reinstalled, but that didn't help, either. I use plenty of other food apps, so something has to be wrong on their end. Hopefully, it will be fixed. I didn't want to leave a 1 star rating, but did in the hopes that they'll notice.

Beware of non disclosed fees applied to your order!!! When placing an order it showed the correct subtotal but once I went to check out, there was an extra unexplained 50 cents tacked on before taxes. I know it may seem petty but it's the principal. There should be some explanation as to why there's an extra charge. I have screen shots of the obvious discrepancy, showing my items & how the total doesn't equal what I'm being charge.

I've been disappointed with the coupon and reward point system. I've ordered family dinners averaging $45 each time, but the reward points haven't shown up at all. Additionally, the app is plagued with bugs, making it frustrating to use. It's disappointing to not receive the rewards I've earned and to encounter technical issues with the app.

Keep an eye out for a change in subtotals! I went to do a mobile order and subtotal was 65 bucks. Go to check out, the subtotal added 11 bucks (not tax) to the subtotal of amount for no reason, plus tax! Keep in mind I was going to pick up the order, so there shouldn't be extra charges with my order like delivery fee etc. Tried contacting customer support through mobile app and got the usual run around. So be warned. Add up the food your self and make sure you're not being ripped off by the app.

Garbage app. Im a patient person, can't be bothered after 30 minutes of trying to order food. So much loading, if so much as touch the sauce option the whole app crashes and needs to be reset, and I have not once ever seen another food app that needs to LOAD the continue to checkout button. I tried placing an order on the app, I tried placing an order on my phone but via web browser, I even tried on ky laptop, which might have worked, but wouldnt let me log in. Cleared cache and reset. Nothing.

I just downloaded this app for my Galaxy s24. I went to the menu and not every category was allowing me to select an item and start an order. The combos and sandwiches tab both did not respond to my touch. It's like they were just pictures. I went to the contact us option in the app but once I picked that I was having a technical difficulty the app only lets me select order did not go through or that it was canceled. There is no "other" option and no way to restart the conversation. It's stuck

This app is a buggy mess. Everything lags and there's constant errors for everything. Items will randomly disappear (or reappear!) from/on your cart, processing payments is a toss up for whether or not it'll actually work, the app says items aren't available through rewards even when it doesn't make sense (how is the chicken sandwich available but not the chicken sandwich dinner? It's the exact same thing but with a side). It's been like this for well over a year, likely longer for others.

Frustrating, at best. The app is super slow. It takes a good 15 minutes to complete an order... But I have to in order to get deal or collect or redeem points because "we don't have a scanner thing" at my local store. Once I'm finally able to place my order, they ask me to park and it takes another 15+ minutes to bring my order of 2 large sides out to me. The Spanish Fort, AL location needs some serious attention.

there hasn't been one time when I order in the app to pick up, that my order is ready when I arrive. If I pick up in the drive thru, they tell me to come in, even if I ordered way in advance. If I plan to pick-up inside, they don't start the order until you arrive. there's no incentive to use the app to pre order. This issue occurs at all locations that I patronize. Do better! This technology is effective at other restaurants.

App used to be kinda bad, but at least worked. Last few times I've tried to use it, it either won't let me place the order, or it just completely breaks. It constantly gets stuck on a sub option and you cant go back. Such as clicking on a reward or menu item. Back gesture closes the app and reopening it brings it still on sub option. There is no back button in the app. Clicking a new menu tab and going back still leaves it there. I was about to place an order today, but went to KFC instead.

The rewards are good. And when they mess up my order they compensate no questions asked. A little buggy and slow though, I had a few menu glitches. Also it's very confusing for me first time through but im getting used to it. I might just be old, phones are difficult.

The app has come a long way. It was super easy to use, and now ( at least here in Las Vegas) more Popeyes let you submit an order through the app. I am also in agreement that when you redeem reward points it charges some kind of fee ( of approximately 1/2 of what the original total would have been if you didn't redeem points) however, it is not specific in the order summary as to why you are paying a fee to use your points. I still give the app 5 stars, and the stores have better employees now.

App is super user friedly and categorized perfectly. I've never had an issue with this app. The app doesn't allow you to choose more than 1 packet of hot sauce, honey, or butter. It also doesn't have an option for the Cajun sparkle seasoning packets. Nothing that can't be asked for, though, so it's 5 stars from me still.

Navigation is pretty easy. But like most restaurant apps, some features of in-store ordering are missing, such as no, little, or extra ice, gravy, or sauce on certain menu items. There has been some improvements though, such as they got around to adding drink size options for their combos. One last problem with the app is sometimes, depending on the time too, some locations are tagged as closed when in reality, they are actually still open.

The app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The issue usually comes with the execution of your order at the store. Some stores will consistently get your order wrong. Unfortunately you can't pick a store for 'delivery' as it's based on your location. Otherwise, it can be more cost-effective to order through the app as opposed to the storefront.

it's not bad. easy user functions. the deals or coupons gets confusing since it has to be clicked on its own and not automatically updating in the shopping cart. I.e. BOGO must be clicked in the menu up above rather than just adding the items yourself. but overall no issues yet. points are pretty low from purchases. the app may not get much love if the benefit doesn't outweigh the risks especially with service charges for utilizing the app.

Worth It. You get a lot of rewards points and you can stack them. A lot of restaurants won't let you stack. I think it's cool that I can use the app to get a good amount of food for cheap and it keeps me coming back. Sometimes I won't use my rewards if I can afford the meal normally. That way the points build up. Sometimes the location I go to doesn't have the order in their system so I have to show them everything I ordered and I'll wait. Not sure if that's an app issue or store wifi issue.
