Been playing this game for over a year. Spent a lot of money. I did love it until they didn't for the new years dash promo they had. I finished the challenge and they didn't give me the payout. Which I spent money for coins so I could complete the challenge. Support no longer replies to my messages . Just messed up I played this game everyday for the last 5 months . And it's like I'm on punishment because I can't win . Spent 50$ this last week still didn't win anything.

There are some fun games in this, and I like the social aspect for the most part, would be nice if there was another way to login except via Facebook. However, the pop-ups are insane. Probably why they call it POP Slots, cause you have to close 20 pop-ups before you can even try to play a game. Some of them you can't close without tapping "show me" for example, which just takes you to a "Deal" asking you to buy. Just greedy. Oh, and you don't win. I'm a smart better, and lost 200 mill in 2 days.

The game is fun, but since last fall or so a problem has persisted; every time play Free Spins for one of the games I never win more than the "safety". I've mentioned twice to customer support, and included screenshots. The useless answer is always the same; our games use complex math, and payout randomly just like real slots. They said they'd forward my complaint to the developers, but my experience hasn't changed. I play far less because it's not as fun.

This game definitely does not favor the player (you). There is a daily free prize, and if you collect that every day to continue your streak, twice a week you get to spin the wheel for extra coins. I went almost 650 days without missing a day, and not once did I ever get the biggest prize...never! And I may have gotten the 2nd largest once, but I'm not sure...it might have been the 3rd largest. As for the slots? Don't plan on getting ahead, you lose way more than you win.

Unfair game last challenge it was a a big amount to complete it almost equal to the amount you will get when you finish the prize chase. Which is ridiculous 🙄besides the challenge was hard . They made it so hard to complete. It's no fun anymore to play. Bonus are low payouts too. I play one night and the screen of the game starts acting up like it was glitching.

Fun but Frustrating .. the reg games are fun to pass time however...the majority of the games take way to long to trigger a bonus game. ,some that come to mind are the diamond /safari game. I've played for 3 weeks on and off and the bonus has never been triggered. The stickers that you collect....you have no way of collecting a specific color. if you need 1 purple to complete a set it can be impossible to get ..is it even possible to get a gold sticker w/o purchase?? fun game but not relaxing

I have been playing for years. This and other games that are all a part of one system of choices for real prizes, hotel comps, restaurants, cruises, you name it. All joined under aame point system that grows from each game played. And can use those ponts for your choice of gifts and payouts. I have been trying to contact customer service so I can correct, link, update and still no one has contacted me of this matter that I cannot cash out, saying already have an account, I want to get rewards

It's fun and different with the group bonus games. You will have to buy chips to keep playing. After playing for a few weeks, I noticed that the game has many bugs. Winning spins will not give you chips at times. If you win free items, they are nowhere to be found to use them. Also had free spins glitch and skip to 8 out of 10 spins. The group bonuses are favored toward those who spend money. Everything about this game is designed to get you to spend money, which is typical of most mobile games

I participated in their event. Lost over 2 billion chips, which was expected. Was supposed to get a reward by completing the event that would offset the loss - that never arrived. SUPPORT WAS NO HELP - Wouldn't explain how pressing the "bet max" button in the game somehow didn't bet the max amount (which was the requirement). This is an $80.00 plus loss that is caused due to their buggy software - and they refuse to fix it! DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY - THIS IS PARAMOUNT TO THEFT!

My almost 3 million rewards are gone!! What is happening with this game? I have been saving these rewards for years, hoping to use them one day when I could travel to Las Vegas. I hope customer service solves this issue this time, because when having other types of issues like missing stickers, etc.. their responses are vague and never fix the actual problem.

The game is fun. However, the games that are on the bottom right of the screen are the biggest scams. If you want to play, you are essentially forced to waste your entire stack of chips. As the minimum spins for the first round are about a 10th of your stack per spin(maybe a little less), then the 2nd round is even worse. So after it completely drains your stack halfway through the game, you're forced to buy more chips to continue. I would recommend sticking to the basic games.

When playing the Pop Arena mini games, the game freezes. It would keep spinning and not stop. I have to exit out of Pop Arena if the game lets me. Otherwise, I am watching spinning reels. Then, sometimes, when I hit spin, I am taken to the avatar screen. It always happens after new updates. The bad part about all this is that the game makers will not reimburse you for the loss. At least the other games, you're replenished what you lost or at least half of what you lost due technical difficulty

I have noticed a hugh change in the game. Bonus are awful most times and very few and far in-between. I've spent money on this game because I enjoy it. I get it. It's gambling none the less but... It's like when you are so close to completing a story or a mini pop. You never get a balloon 🎈 you require to finish. It shows that you can get certain colour cards with a higher bet, but yet those colour vard packages are no where to be found. I have No idea how ppl get to trillions...billions?

Played for years.. deleted app. Graphics great. Gameplay is absolutely terrible. Worse odds than an actual casino. Multiplayer bonuses are all bots that always take the top slots. Games are designed to accumulate points then when the bonus starts u never qualify because it's too expensive to spin to get in and the bots keep u out. Ex. 7 billion chips at 100mil/spin resulted in a bonus of 400mil. Edit : I worked as a slot tech and the %'s aren't fair.. why set them like that? Real casino=86-89%.

Most annoying slot app. You do anything and an ad will pop up. Annoying messages will also pop up during autospin like "team up" and at times the only thing you can press is "I will" which feels incredibly unsafe and predatory for a gambling app. It also takes 51 clicks every day to drop the bet from Max to minimum, please do something about that.

So What Gives? Ive emailed to try to get help with the bugs in this game, and no response. I am tired of the reels continuous spinning. They Dont Stop! I exit the entire game. Make sure i close it from running in the background and try again. Sometimes i get a couple spins in before it happens. The last time it was ONE SPIN! Can you please fix these 'bugs in the last update'

This game is no longer fun. As I see in other reviews it freezes ALL THE TIME and you lose your chips. Horrible! It used to be decent however now even to play in the arena you have to continually buy chips to stay in or lose. You have to go into those games also by risking everything you have because that's how the bets are set. I would suggest playing a REAL slots game for real money. Definitely not worth putting money into. It's a horrible choice to take a risk on.

Overall entertaining but there's definitely audio and visual bugs that need to be addressed. I thought maybe it was just my phone but I also have BlueStacks on my computer which emulates an Android device and get the same visual bugs. For me it doesn't impact game play, but the video intros on pretty much any bonus game just looks like a bunch of lines like an old out of tune TV. Fix that and I'd give it 5 stars.

Had the most awful experience when trying to get on. It was glitching the images of the game and I couldn't refresh it either. It looked like a bunch of green mic buttons and chopped off ends of the game. And when I went to look at the rewards they seemed a bit unrealistic and unreasonable. Honestly thought I could win money, not have to spend money with a silly coupon.

I feel the more I spend the less I win, and even harder to complete the stories. And often my purchase would not complete and I will still be charged, requested refund but got denied. It's an intermittent issue and is hard to record when it happens because it would just close out the game, pretty much crash completely. No chips, but got charge, I've been playing this for too long, it's about time I quit, not as fun as it use to be. Becoming more of a money grabber than entertainment.
