One of the worst "Free money" apps that I've ever seen. At first the surveys seem simple and time consuming. Then there's the written answers. I'm not sure how they want it written, because no matter what I write, or how much. I get locked out for a couple minutes for not having "quality" answers, almost making it impossible to get to the required $10 minimum redeem amount.

Definitely NOT a legitimate app. Not sure if its the app or the sites it partners with but I have "completed" 20 surveys and only got credit for 1 of them. I spent 20 mins each answering in depth questions about products, services or policies and then at 96% completion im kicked back out to the app only to be told "Unfortunately this survey is looking a specific target consumer" and compensated with 1 Cent. No, they just got my opinion and time for free and my email and phone number. Wasted time

If the developers would spend half as much time sending out emails telling you of all of the available opportunities and actually fixing the damn app so that you can login without it automatically going back to the same screen and not logging in at all. I've been trying for hours, this is after I had it logged in on my old phone but got a new one. It's useless if you ever have points and want to get back into the account. Or, from what I can tell even make a new account. Pointless waste of time

I have been using the app for about 2 months now and I do like the App overall. There are no glitches or anything but, the longer Ive been on the app the more I have been dropped from surveys. I have only been able to finish 2 surveys out of the last 23 surveys that were offered. Its a huge waste of time. The 2 I was able to finish have both taken about twice as long to complete then what they said it would.

A few surveys have worked which was great and some decline very early but that's normal for survey apps. I've done some surveys though that I completely finished and said it will redirect automatically and if it doesn't I can tap to redirect manually. The problem is that it didn't automatically redirect me, tapping where it said didn't redirect me, and I had to close the app for it to even let me do anything. I didn't get the money for completely finishing the survey nor the 1c compensation.

Before my first cash out, it was great. After that, it went downhill. I've completed several surveys where once I reached the last page and it said I finished successfully and would be redirected, it immediately said "error", and forced me to exit the survey on my own, which means I don't get credited for completing the survey. It's disappointing to spend twenty minutes on a survey and have them tell you that you completed it, only for them to "error" and you don't get credited for what you did.

It was good at first with getting some cents and a dollar but now I keep getting error messages in many surveys, making the page a dead end, no choice but to exit it and once I exit I get no compensation for the effort. Not my fault it's screwed up. It also takes too long to cash out to $10 minimum when you keep only getting a penny. Uninstalled poll play.

It takes a bit of time to accumulate the points from the survey's and games, but it did pay out the $15 that was the minimum amount for PayPal for this app. I redeemed it and received it within an hour which was surprising. I had to come back to change this to 2 star. It's had so many glitches and didn't give me points for several surveys.

It doesn't seem to work on my phone. It wants you to create your profile by asking basic questions, then goes to the next question so on and so forth. But when i answer the question and try to move forward it just stays stuck on the same question. I push the "next" button and stays stuck on the same question. I fill in the little black circle for the question, and still doesn't move forward or for that matter, it doesn't do anything, BUT STAY STUCK ON THE SAME QUESTION. I'M UNINSTALLING THIS APP

I think the reviews on here might be artificially inflated because I had the worst experience with this app ever. I would say 95% of the time I couldn't even enter in an answer and I kept repeatedly getting the exact same surveys over and over and over. One of the worst experiences ever. I might give them another chance if they completely revamp it period but I uninstalled it about 20 minutes after using it.

It literally wouldn't let me take any surveys cuz I'm "not qualified" and the ones I do get to take, I never get any money from because the screen just freezes so I have to get out of the app, when I get back in, I get nothing. And they give you 1 cents as if that's supposed to help with anything, definitely one of the worst apps I've ever tried. Really wouldn't recommend

I've used this app for over 2 years. At first it was ok. When I tried to redeem for PayPal a couple of months ago the payment was put on hold because they were "checking you account for suspicious behavior." I eventually got paid. Next payment went through immediately with no problem. Today, I tried to cash out to PayPal and get an alert saying the same thing, but they are holding the payment for ***TWENTY DAYS*** And it specifically said "DO NOT contact our support." That is ridiculously long!!

Unless your well off, have many different interest, or use/watch a bunch of random stuff you're going to be dropped 75% of surveys. The app isn't very complicated at all but it gets old fast when you get dropped from almost every survey. The cash out of $25/$50 is high as well considering the amount of surveys you can actually do without getting dropped halfway through. Should get at least half credit or .50¢ pet drop. Tldr 75% of surveys will drop you if your not interesting or well off.

There is a problem with your app, after getting to certain amount I can't do surveys no more keep saying internal error with server or so please do fix the problem. I think you guys don't understand what am trying to explain, there is a software problem or some sort of bug in your app, non of the lucid surveys are loading, it always brings an error page, so I was forced to discontinued taking surveys anymore, if there was an email to send more details that would have been my preferred channel

It worked well for awhile but as of recent I am having problems getting in the app. And if by some miracle I do get in, then every button I push takes me to the white screen and I have no choice but to get out. It makes me mad, I was half way to cashing out. Update: I deleted the app & 6 months later I'm trying again, same problem. And no one from support seems to know what I'm talking about. I'm done! Garbage.

When I try to click on the app, my phone freaks out for a second, takes me to my lock screen where after I enter my password, it takes me to my lock screen again, I get a pop up message that says UI isn't working or something like that, I click on the app again where I'm asked to log in and I just give up at this point cause it wont let me log in, and just keep repeating the same process every time I try. I've had this app for awhile and have never had this problem til now.

Seemed like a decent app but I didnt get too into it because it is requiring an update and I have done everything with "troubleshooting" or whatever and still cant download the update. It ia frustrating. If that gets fixed and I am able to continue earning and ACTUALLY get paid, THEN I will reevaluate. Deleting til then. just wasting space at this point.

Everything was going well until I got close to $50 in credit, then I started getting kicked out of surveys left and right (over 50+ in a row!). Tried to redeem my credit, and the only thing it did was change my balance. No emails, no notifications, nothing. Tried to complain to customer support, and it was a no go there too. All that work was for nothing.

It does crash during surveys but I've been playing for a couple months and have made over $100 so no complaints. EDIT: I went down to two stars because I've had nothing but issues today with the surveys. Customer service won't email me back. I'm frustrated. If it keeps happening I'll unfortunately end up deleting the app because it's completely useless if it doesn't work.

Very buggy. Scrolling seems to jump to random choices when you stop where you want it. Error message can not be cleared, and takes up the selection area so you can't make selections. Profile can not be completed because it exits before you finish. Often repeats the same questions 2 or 3 times while setting up the profile. I tried sending them a message, but it wouldn't let me. I do not qualify to complete any of the surveys. They end early. This has been the worst! Using Android S20 FE
