Disappointed. Really. Why syncing with v650 is SO HARD? I feel so frustrated that I have such a hard time syncing my GPS either with my computer or my phone. I love my v650 when I'm on the bike, but when it comes to syncing, it's a nightmare. I even get very perplexed when I use a Garmin watch which syncs so seamlessly... why Polar products don't work the same? Again, I'm very, very disappointed.

This app is easy to use. I really like having all my training data in one place. Polar devices are reliable and the app is just as reliable. One thing I wish it had that it doesn't (to my knowledge) is to have an option to review annual and monthly data. I'd like to be able to see cumulative miles throughout the year without adding manually.

Pretty abysmal experience so far. The stats and data tracking on paper SEEM great, the problem is, it only randomly records my location, which leads to wildly inaccurate data (ex: 0.17 miles for an after a 5 mile run). Furthermore, the HR 10 strap is finicky at an absolute best. If you have ever done a pushup in your life and have any kind of chest muscle, then you're probably going to have difficulty finding the right spot to wear the strap. Returning HR strap and uninstalling. Enough is enough

Update: Your solution appears to have worked so I am changing my rating to 4 stars! When I sync it deletes all but one of the sports profiles on my watch and then makes the remaining profile non-selectable! Can I just go back to the previous version which did not have this problem? The watch is unusable now except for the sleep function.

Some deep insights, but hampered greatly by non-intuitive and inconsistent interface, dated iconohraphy, and visualizations with no legends. Love the Fit Spark feature on my Polar Ignite, but that feature is completely absent from this app. Its a shame because there is real potential for content tie-ins that are easier to follow on the phone, or to plan running routes based on the recommended Spark profile.

Vintage M won't start activities. Tried troubleshooting, cleared cache, removed app from phone, reinstalled, tried updating watch on my laptop. Nothing. I've sent two requests to customer service and haven't heard back. I have had polar products for 6+ years but considering garmin so I don't have to keep dealing with app/sync issues Update. I have followed instructioms AND reached out to support and haven't gotten a response. You can respond to a bad review but not a "contact us"?

Ever since this latest update, my M600 will not consistently sync. It always took a while before and I frequently had to restart my watch to make it happen, but at least it would eventually work. With this latest update, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to sync, which is INFURIATING and the info syncing doesn't match what's on my watch. While sitting here for the last 15 minutes trying to get my data from today to sync, my activity for the day has gone from 180% to 189%. I haven't even stood up in that time. FIX YOUR PRODUCTS. If I spend hundreds of dollars for something, I expect it to work.

Something i never realized, is that there is no way to track your watch's location if it gets lost!? I found myself doing some work and assume the band gave way. When I looked for the option in the app, I was surprised that it wasn't there! Any way we can add this folks? Still live the product especially bemg one of the only waterproof fitness watches 👌🏾

I've been on and off with polar for years, the app never changes and it really needs a massive overhaul aesthetically and functionally. Piecemeal, drab and the fact I have to always manually sync watch data in 2019 is absurd. Polar, if you're reading this, you really need to grow. Your entire family of products feel closer to 2009 and not 2019. And I'm more than glad to share my ideas with you in a meaningful format.

What is it all for? OH1+ arm band HR monitor. Flow is supposed to set this monitor up; like making sure the ANT+ signal is on (or off). in Flow, the devices menu looks like a multi-page advertisement for the different polar products with the statement "you can set-up your device here". How!? There's no interaction nor confirmation that it did anything. Beat picks up the Bluetooth signal. I have two regular polar watches that went with the chest straps and neither is capturing the signal.

Excellent multifunction heart monitor. Easy to use and it stays out of the way during exercise. I had used the Polar monitor with the chest strap for years but got tired of the strap coming loose during workouts or not connecting to the watch. This is superior to the older style.

Do devs even test before rolling out? June 5th update changes how the click into a recorded event synced from watch (such as an exercise session or overnight sleep) works. Now, clicking on the icon for the event (like the red strength training circle) no longer registers, only the event boxes area registers. Minor, but still a dumb change. On the plus side, syncing has been much, much better on pixel.

I have polar verity sense. The syncing capabilites are abysmal. I had reached out to customer care and was suggested to reset to the factory setting. Despite resetting, I have multiple sessions that are not synced. I think they need to do a major update or else it is not worth the money. I am inclining to try coros HRM.

2 years later and still useless. Can't pair monitor , going to return it. Waste of time. still not working. Monitor is paired. App doesn't see it .works with other devices, just not polar!! :( Old-> Can't see heart rate, which is kind of point. I need another app to 'track my workout', I want the heart rate functionalily. Really annoying popups as the app is making very poor assumptions about what I want to do!

The mobile phone app is difficult to navigate Polar is saying they will phase out the pc flow internet page. I will definitely miss using the computer, which is so much better. No mobile app can give the same user experiece as a big screen. I have also found that important information, such as the running index report, is not available on the app.

The latest update ruined the sync capabilities. It did sync with my Polar Unite a few times so I could delete the stored sessions off my watch. Today? It connects to my phone yet won't connect to the Flow app. I have location turned on. I've restarted my phone and watch, and even re-paired my phone with the watch. Nothing. The instructions below by Polar are cut off.

Poor from Polar 👎🏾 Needs a ton of work. Incl. better organization, reasonably intuitive nav, and some front-page indication it's connected to devices. Plus, STILL no idea if it has auto-connect functionality.. i don't even use Polar fit-tracking but every time i strap up i have to find the app, make 3-4 clicks, and manually connect just to be sure (and WHY aren't devices listed on one page? The 'swipe' idea is so unintuitive & subtle i initially completely missed it!) What a hassle 😮‍💨

Terrible: fragile pairing interaction, when trying to pair the H10: well-hidden in the UI, and can only handle one sensor ever, so choose carefully. ( I did try their suggestion to try installing on a different phone: same set of issues. Also tried removing app from iPhone & reinstalling. All fails were before the cloudstrike day, but attempted fixes were on the day. ) I may try again if they ever post clear and reliable instructions on how to pair with second sensor, and how to upload data.

Jesus this app sucks. It says there's a new firmware version available and to sync to update. But there is no way to force it to sync. It says it'll just sync on its own when connected. Well it's connected and has been. I've fully charged both my phone and the device. I've left the app running while connected. I've connected and reconnected a bunch of times. It's just a piece of garbage. Edit: yes I've also followed all the other steps on your site including reinstall of the app, nothing works

Operating on a Pixel 6. The map feature absolutely stinks. I can hike for three hours and it says I hiked 0.3 miles. The notes feature is nice but when I go back to look at saved notes all the notes are gone. Polar Beat was much better but that App suddenly stopped working on my phone.
