App is not functioning correctly. Won't accept in app purchase. When directed by Google support to email the developers, an email is sent back directing me to the on line help center. After logging in, the "contact us" button does absolutely nothing. Useless.

3/25—Too many glitches. You'll be furious you didn't get to play the first hand of a tournament until you get shuffled off it an miss out so many hands you can't win, or, you just lose your buy-in. But, hey! On the plus side, there are way too many updates to the app. Not on the plus side, the app plays worse with every update. 4/2—Another update required. Glorious day!

So I logged on to PStars on my computer. Closed the program on computer. Now I'm trying to log on through my phone using app. It won't "transfer" and won't let me log on.

App and functionality works fine. Only gave 2 stars because compared to all other play money sites this site is free of stupid pop ups, and offers full 9 player tables. Overall if you're looking for good poker games I recommend going to the casino and playing for real money. At Pokerstars, my experience has been that if you are a good poker player you will almost never win. The Donkeys rule at this site. It's not real money. Ironic that this site is sponsored by "Rational poker school"LOL

I know this app is primarily used for card games, but the casino is absolutely the lowest odd casino I have ever dealt with. I have been a slot player for years, and this casino is by far the worst. You can go MONTHS without hitting a bonus on any game. Other than the casino, the experience is pleasant. I just can not understand the logic behind a low payout on the casino. Real money is not played. Why not have slightly better odds?

UPDATE: I WAS CONTACTED BY SUPPORT AFTER POSTING MY INITIAL REVIEW. NO RESOLUTION TO MY ISSUE 2 WEEKS LATER. OUT OF CHIPS. FORCED TO SWITCH POKER PLATFORMS. I've been playing on this app for several years with no issues until about 6 months ago. At that time, I started experiencing issues with my ability to purchase chips on multiple platforms. All of my transaction attempts of late are denied. I've contacted support and have gotten the run around. At this point, I'll be switching to WSOP.

This app is about as rigged as it gets. Love poker and I have played thousands of hours in live play. NEVER do suck outs happen at the ridiculous rate it does on this app

Its just like any other poker app except it's under a real like poker site which you would think it would have much better players yet it's full of 72o all in pre players. It's super clean interface which makes it super nice to look at and it has everything you could ask for in game modes like sit and gos and MTT. All and all a fine game to play but doesn't really do anything else that makes it better than other apps. It's definitely less of a social game tho as it doesn't have built in chat

This is a play money learning tool for poker. A big positive is the variety of poker games available. You can play HORSE, 8-game, Texas, Omaha, Stud, Hi-Lo, and more. Cash games, Sit & Gos, Spin & Gos, and big multi-table tournaments are available. There is a large, international player base so something is always available to play. The casino isn't available in all regions which I think is stupid. It's bingo players with a rigged shuffle every hand and unrealistic. Do not spend real money!

UPDATE: just lost a heads up holding a double pair against a pair, trying to download the log to file a claim and I'm not allowed because the account doesn't exist (I'm already logged in). The help page doesn't work. Biggest FRAUDOLENT SCAM I've ever seen. The shuffle ain't random at all, it rewards regularly bots (disguised as donkey players), mostly with a "miracle" river card, or exactly what they need right after you call their all in. Thinking about contacting a lawyer

Alot of features are not available like chat, folding the hand if you don't like the cards dealt, or checking your standing. The deal is instantaneous, it just pops up. The app is nothing like it used to be, the old app was much better playing, and you force upgrading to play your app. You have stupid animation and difficult to edit your emoji, or personal info. WSOP is WAY better to play.

Turned the app on a few days ago and no longer showed the updated graphics and I was no longer able to make comments on the site. App works well until you exit the app, then the phone freezes up for @10 minutes EVERY TIME YOU EXIT. Removed the app to reinstall and maybe fix the problem but now it won't reinstall. I did enjoy playing here even though it's obvious that they don't use a Random Number Generator and the results are apparently rigged or predetermined. Never put real $ on this site.

Good free poker app, gives enough free chips periodically to keep playing without buying with real money, and has a solid player base for finding games. Problems I have while playing give it the 3/5 stars. Issues I have come across are that the game bugs out and says that play chips aren't allowed in you area sometimes which makes the game unplayable till it decides to stop doing that, and closing the app can cause my system UI to become unresponsive for a bit.

Dumbest poker app ever! Can't get to the screen to play actual poker (I'm technologically literate). Only slots and betbin poker screens, which I don't want to play slots, and whatever the other game was, wouldn't even load! (I have great Wi-Fi connection). But what's most annoying, is you can either have the sound on and off but if you turn the sound off then you can't hear anything but if you turn the sound on then the music keeps playing annoyingly. Skip installing this basic app.

This is the most unbelievable app I have ever played. Once you reach some level of success, the app puts you down a guaranteed losing path to equalized the field. You will go on a downswing of losing to the most outrageous all-in shoves when you have 80% equity, not just one time, but 5 times in a row within 2 hours. I realize this can happen, but when it's every other week and you lose all of your profits from that period, it is highly suspicious.

App crashes after about 45 minutes of play. As other reviews have pointed out, the rate of you getting decent cards is really low. Plus, I've seen some crazy run outs that you just don't normally see. Bad streaks do happen, but I played one night for like 2 hrs and never paired the board. Also, you can't see your cards after you fold them and you can't see previous hands (you can read the text for the winning hand). Either commit to fixing this app or just remove it all together. The amount of frustration it causes isn't worth it. 'Pokerstars: Play' is a much higher quality app, but it's missing some highly desirable features.

This app has a few bugs right now. When a notification to spin the wheel for free chips is tapped, the app doesn't open, there's merely a black box. You have to close that then tap the installed app to execute the free spin. There should be an option to shut off just the annoying music w/out shutting off game play sounds. On occasion your hole cards are not visible until you bet. Regardless of your internet connection, the timer unnecessarily times out. Buy in gap is too wide (Hold 'em).

The new version is terrible. It's much slower to respond. When you login it defaults to the leaderboard so you have to click away to actually play. You can't see how many players are registered to a sit and go unless you register. And they make it pointlessly harder to edit game preferences, especially if you want to show cards. A BIG STEP BACKWARDS.

New version is awful. You ruined a simple interface. Now it requires numerous taps and screens to find the game you want. Very illogical navigation. No way to sort for open tables. You select your game and you're then assigned a table all by yourself. Stupid. You can no longer see a list of open tables and see how many players are seated at each table. Can't filter for specific stakes. This sorry "update" has rendered the app useless to me.
