It's always the terrible play that gets rewarded. Make a final table and you're guaranteed to see a cooler like QQ vs AA. The website rewards are garbage players. I've played in casinos and websites for years. This is the worst. Couple decent tournaments a week but that's about it. Wouldn't recommend to my enemies. I wish I could rate it a 0. GARBAGE!!!

I would give five stars if the payouts were faster. Good games (realism much improved lately), fun graphics. But, if other sites can get me paid within minutes, why does it take you days in most cases, hours at best?

Game is shady. Location calculating all the time even when your fixed to one location. Only does this during spins. The bonus boxs are a joke. I would like to see more from PokerStars then what they have going on right now. 2 months of playing 20 cent spins and only ever won 100 dollars. No customer service or anything. Shame on you PokerStars.

it a good game but I have a issues and couldn't contact anyone to fix the problem I won two $ tickets for tournament played one and both tickets where took.. so we shall see about an update to change my stars.. also my girl won $280 on slots that never came still wanting on that..

I wish I could give negative 5 stars. This is the worst poker app out there. It's extremely rigged for action. AA & KK only wins 25% of time. 2 years ago I his a bonus on a $5 bet. I was up to $1359 with half my spins left. I hit multiple wilds in a spin which was about to hit a jackpot and was gonna pay out thousands of dollars the app crashed. Support said they had to contact the maker of the game. 2 years later they finally resolved the issue. The refunded my original bet of $5. Lawyer Hired

I have never had any problems except for when they changed it from one app to 2 and separated casino and poker. I had to Uninstall the casino one and download the poker so I could do both. I haven't played much poker until the new promo came out. I like the casino but I think the poker is weak. Wsop is my poker site.

I was in Michigan for a week and wanted to try it out. After successfully making a deposit, they waited nearly 24 hours to let me know my account was restricted for a security check. I send them the required documentation and pictures, waited 48 hours, and finally received an email saying the files could not be opened and to send again. Resent the files through their portal again and am still waiting, nearly 48 hours later. I'm leaving Michigan tomorrow and haven't played one hand. What a joke.

Absolute worst online casino I've ever played! Says you get 50 free spins and $150 free play when you deposit money.. compete bs! You have to wait and then even after that you get your free spins on a bs game.. won 3 dollars on 50 free spins? Bs! Then I tried to continue the game and it said switching to real game.. do not waste your money or time! Delete delete delete.. spread the word.. PokerStars is a scam!!!

Crooked algorithm. Rigged game play. It's stunning how many times you can be all in, with only the river to come, as a 93% or better favorite to win, just to lose out to highly improbable river card, several times a day. 3 and 4 way preflop All ins. AA vs KK vs 44. Flop comes A K 4. And then they have the nerve to lie to and insult you when complaints are launched about it. But there are some positives too ...pay outs are easy, fast, never an issue. And the casino games and slots are good.

I now rate this app 1 star and I have withdrawn my last $1,000. I paid over $3,000 in commission to the house so far this year and this app is so rigged. I never lost so much while being a 90%+ favorite in poker. It's amazing how a 5% hand can win over 50% of the time while the 90% hand will lose over 50% of the time. I could flop quads and I would still lose to better quads by the river. I tried to keep an open mind. I will stick to live play in Atlantic City. Well done, PokerStars. Hard pass.

I'm giving it two stars because I feel like some of there games are rigged. Another issue is when you play spin and go poker games at the start they spin to see how much you win. The buy in is .25 and when they spin the thing it normally lands on .25 so if you win you still lose. Or break even. That's what you hope anyways. Nope when you win they give you a ticket for another spin and go game of poker. What's the point of the spin if you are not paying the actual prize. And no way to call them

Good: fast payouts, tons of casino games, UI is pretty good. This site has made me start folding pocket A A"s. Dealt me AA I'd guess 30 times in a year I've been on the site.. 2 times I've won the hand. I play on 4 sites in PA. I've taken 1st in a handful of tournaments on some other sites. 0 In The money finished here. Majority of players use HUD'S in game. That are permitted by PS. I have had 4 of a kind in 4 different tournaments. Each one resulted in a bad beat at showdown

The app has completely been changed to look like a flashy slots app. It's not for aspiring pro poker players. The rng seems fixed so often, and you go hundreds of spins in slots without anything worth playing for to keep you going. It feels rigged both ways, and the app 4/5 times will not load a slot and you have to reset constantly. If you lose signal for a moment, reset. If you switch apps and back, reset, and there's no remember me function on mobile

Please fix the bugs in this app. I'm playing on an Android phone. The devs should really look into the slow servers, takes forever for 1 spin to register. Also, when I get to a bonus round it spins twice then the app crashes so I don't get to enjoy the bonus round. It's very annoying to restart the app. It's not just your app that does this, it's all the casino apps in Michigan.

It's no WSOP but it's okay. The one thing I would change is the amount of time it takes when it auto folds/calls/checks. It's too fast. Just slow it all down so it doesn't woosh through, make it wait a second each when a player pre-folds or calls. Something to confirm all-in bets could be useful, too. Too many times I have hit all in after the above happens because the buttons change.

The app is pretty polished looking but if you want to play casino games would recommend downloading their separate app as the one here doesn't load half the time. Players and earnings are real of course and haven't felt like it's a systemized system to lose, but boy is their customer service and support terrible! Im still at the moment going through a verification of my identity and it started a week ago. I've been through multiple people never same one and my account restricted until verified.

Was a awesome app, had sign-up problems, but has ran with no issues for over a year. But now they won't let me make any withdrawals. After writing support multiple times and getting a different excuse everytime. Was the bank card, was the address, then the phone #. All BS. Now they don't even give me a reason. Says try a different withdraw method. But they don't give me options to withdraw anywhere else. My other cards I've made deposits and withdrawals in the past, they don't show up. FIX
