Nothing but issues with logging in, hands folding on their own and lately not being able to play hold-em. Always seem to be doing maintenance or updating. I'm not into playing slots, just poker. Went from being on the verge of becoming a "master player" to now Elite level one and on the verge of another demotion because no hold-em games lately.

Love the experience most times but there is a huge glitch where the hold em games are unavailable without notice and with no information on their return. For those of us trying to play and move up the standings this is a deterent from playing the site. Please fix this or at least make a notice of when it's going to be unavailable and when its coming back for fairness to all

It's a fun game but seems to have a couple major gliches. First, a few times I've entered a room and for 2 or 3 hands the game automatically folds for me without me seeing any cards but takes a bet i haven't made. Secondly, and most frustrating, is I have twice been told I have no internet connection when I'm at 4g and all bars. I have to leave the app which keeps my buy in. That really makes me mad.

switching connections from wifi to data plan boots you off the table except in tournaments. I just turn off wifi when I play now. starting today, the app kept crashing on launch, so I updated and it still crashes. I then uninstalled to do a full clean install, and yep it crashes. I love poker and am pretty good at it, but it seems all these poker apps are trash. PokerStars used to be my #1 site on laptop, and honestly, I expect better from all major poker sites out there except Zynga.

The app used to work great, but starting yesterday it keeps telling me I lost a connection and times out. It's definitely not my connection and I have uninstalled the app & reinstalled the app and it's still happening. It's not fun when your winning in a poker game and it boots you out and you can't get back on the game once you are timed out. Also it takes your entry fee, ridiculous!!! This needs to be fixed

Best look/game play/feel compared to the full tilt app and the poker stars lite version (they're the same), however, the music is an annoying cheap loop that cannot be disabled without disabling all other sounds and the app crashes frequently and without warning in the middle of a hand. This could be devastating to a good hand and enough to make someone never use this app again. Needs improvement. But for now it's just for fun so whatever.

All right at the beginning. More you play, win and don't buy any of their credits, they dont credit your spins (3X) or credit you for watching all their videos. Game freezes up and just sits there waiting to find you a table. After a few minutes of waiting, you try to get out; you lose your buyin. Four times that happened. The app has problems. I deleted after a couple weeks.

The first issue with this app is too many notifications and no way to opt out. The other more problematic issue is that the tournaments never... and I mean never, reach the maximum prize. Never. So that tells me it's not a random game of chance, but an organized, manipulated site with the clear intent of making you purchase more chips. even more disturbing is the abnormal percentage of hands which are lost to an improbable frequency of better hands. Shame, nice interface.

It's really a fun variant. I like competing against the people in my state, country, and world! It has some disconnect issues in rare instances and when it reconnects, you will click"I'm back" only to watch your chips blinded away while the app doesn't work. But it's fairly rare. Overall, great if you like tournament poker. I wish they would add Omaha Hilo, stud, horse, Raz, etc.

There is no fixing or seeing what's wrong. The game is rigged just like most Google games. So many bad beats and it is obvious when you will lose. I suppose the users that sign up two weeks prior and are at level 170 bought their way to that status. This is more like an all in slot machine during cash games. Tournaments are rigged and you can see it from the start. Additionally, the cash games gives you a buy in range but you are always in at the max amount (phone app) . The daily challenges are ridiculous. You would have to play all day and have a lot of chips to get such a small reward. The count for the rewards doesn't work correctly but you can't tell since it's a bar rather than an actual number. Often the game will not allow you to fold and you have to bet or call to keep moving. My state is currently trying to pass a bill allowing on line gambling and when that happens I'll steer clear of poker star products or any that come out of Google.

Drop out, drop out, drop out. That is the mantra of this game. You literally have to be sitting right next to a wifi router to keep a connection, or you get booted out of games routinely. It's not just me either. At least half the hundreds of games I've played have either myself or another player(s) losing connection. Can't imagine why the rating of this app is so high, it is very buggy. Also can't imagine ever playing with real money, cuz that would be ridiculous.

Much better than the competition! The pacing is somewhat fast but not insane like WSOP. The way the table plays feels a lot more like a real table, and the controls are more intuitive and fun. Most importantly, there are minimal pop-up ads ingame (those are what drove me away from WSOP, it's just crazy over there like 5-6 ads every time you open the app).

Decent game. Interactive and such. My biggest problem is that when dealt my hand, I repeatedly can't see my cards, take a y actions, and then I'm forced to fold and sit out a hand. What's worse is when I tap the "I'm back" button, the whole thing repeats. This is especially frustrating when your in a high stakes tourney. Needs to be fixed, also curious if it happens to anyone else.

Uninstalled. Used to be my favorite. Too many times the app wouldn't work, or wasn't even available on the list (especially frustrating when couldn't play whole weekends). Way too many suspicious hands. I'm not talking bad beats (I try not to discuss bad beats). I'm well aware of confirmation bias. It was just unreal how suspicious the hands were.

Just downloaded. So far a terrible experience. I entered a tournament and after a few hands I was seemingly locked out from taking any action when it was my turn. I kept seeing "I'm Back" on the felt. I would touch it to make it go away, but it would just come right back. My hands were autofolded, sometimes before I got a chance to see them. This happened repeatedly until I was blinded out of the tournament. Interface looks nice.

"cannot connect: connection was closed by the server". Fun pretty well-designed game but terrible buggy servers. For hours or days at a time I can't even connect. The rank system is a fun idea but really sucks when you lose rank because you can't connect to the server. Update 10/22/19 Old connection issues are replaced by new instability. I've literally lost millions of game currency due to game crashes or server disconnects. Now, the app crashes on launch and uninstalled/reinstalled doent fix.

Completely stopped working one day out of nowhere on my pixel 6. Absolutely zero reason it doesn't work, tried everything including reinstalling, clearing cache, everything. No new updates, no changes to my phone at all, working great for a few weeks then nothing. Zero information on why it stopped working, what a broken app. I enjoyed playing while I could, but if you have a pixel, beware. Fix it and I'll make it 5 stars.

Decent app, but buggy. For the most part it works pretty OK, the interface is busy but it's usable and works as intended most of the time. But right now, for instance, it keeps freezing on load and won't let me into the app at all. This has happened before. Also, sometimes while in a game, it won't show you your cards or allow certain actions. You can essentially play blind or time out. Not frequent, but these sorts of issues can be very frustrating at the wrong moment.

I think the algorithm is more accurate to live poker than other apps, and the controls are relatively easy even with one hand. However there are mild issues I would like fixed Here is my list: My cards will sometimes show up face down (1% or so of hands) and you can only call or time out Today I cannot open the slots, (which I play as a break to get off tilt.) please fix!! Opponents will too often win on river with 1 out IMHO. (5%=25% maybe) Cannot unfold if you decide to muck out of turn

. I haven't been able to open the app for 3 days now. it gets halfway through the opening bar, and gets stuck. if I'm not in the game every day, I get demoted and they take all my coins from me. I'm going to Un, then re install and see if issue is resolved. that resolved itself, but, now after this latest update, same thing., loads halfway, then gets stuck.
