They locked my account and refuse to let me cash out my winnings. They lure you in with free spins. What they don't say is the spins are worth 20 cents and the spins are limited to 5-6 of their most janky and boring slots. I won maybe 4 bucks total on 50 spins. Then since it was lame I tried to cash out my megar winnings and then I got hit with an account restriction because they asked me why i wanted my money back and I said I would rather have the money than play these lame games.

I have played almost every online Casinos, And this is by far the worst one!! I spent $25 to try it out to start I didn't win one time on $1 spins, ok so I thought give it another shot well guess what??? I hit a Bonus 15 free spins bonus!! Wow I thought this is gonna be good, so after 20 spins got 5 more spins in the so called bonus round!! Imagine my surprise at the end with all the bells and whistles and confetti as it added up my $1.65 big bonus!! What a joke so no reviews are true! Run

the basically just stole my 10$ lmao says place a 1$ bet to receive 150$ bonuses so I wager a dollar and withdrawal the other 9 and now my accounts under investigation lol so buggy and the worst casino app I've ever played the 5 star reviews are fake and there bots. DONT GET SCAMMED

Unfortunately, the most important aspect of fair and safe use of a gambling app, is the ease involved with getting your money back. This app may be a scam. I am unable to receive my winnings and none of the support links work.

the app has came a long ways, when it first was introduced it was pretty bad, glitching and freezing. so if you haven't tried it in awhile I would recommend giving it another go!

I referred her today to this app. I told her this was a amazing site to play on. yesterday was her first day making a deposit on her acct. she love it as well. so she decided to deposit $100 more. as soon as she made her deposit. her PS account was restricted under investigation on her first day. she can't withdraw to get money back or play any games until it's lifted. a explanation would be nice. she not able to contact them either. I rly hope u give her access to her account again soon please

Money was taken from me multiple times. You people say it's a wifi issue and it's not. Every time I would get a bonus in the lighting tiger game on the 7th spin after I had got two of the white tiger symbols the screen froze and it never gave me my payout. I restarted my phone logged back on to that game and it did the same thing again. Never paid me out. And now I'm screwed outta money. Wont play again.

I would not have been able to play on the app since I opened my account with a $50.00 USD. I now to this day cannot play neither withdrawal my $50.00 USD. Everything on the app site tells me my account is under a security review and should only take a few minutes to be completed. I'm ready to go postal!

Horrible casino app. As soon as I made my first deposit and made 2 spins they said I was closed for a "random security check" where they ask for copies of my bank statement, my card, my driver's license, a utility bill etc. Alot of work AFTER they already received my money. As soon as I am able to access my funds and withdraw my money I deposited, I will NEVER use this app again. If they want all this info, they need to request it prior to taking a deposit. What a joke.

Tightest casino app I've played. Have and play on all the Michigan casino apps available. This is the only MI casino app that I've never won more than $10. It's my least favorite and the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because they have a good selection of games. Decided today that is not worth depositing money into anymore.

I deposited almost $1,000 last year. I won a total of just under $4,000, I was kinda mad when I received my tax form, lol. My biggest win was $1,008 on a 20-cent slot. There are some days where I don't win more than $3 after depositing $25, then I wait a few days and try again and usually triple my deposit. In my opinion, after trying dozens of other apps, this one is the BEST!

Terrible app. Let's you win quickly then lose everything and more. The app is very poorly made. Glitches and runs very slow. Do not waste your time with this garbage. Plenty of other casino apps that are way better. Worse app I have installed and given a try to yet. Very smooth and easy to deposit money of coarse. But withdrawal process is a joke and the games are very limited and run just flat out bad.

keep an on eye on your balance. if playing slots and win. your balance will drop down the amount that is won. then adds the rest I think. not sure if it's accurate, but when I would win. I would watch my balance drop, then it would add my winnings. was a little confused why it does this. so again keep an eye on balance make sure they are not scamming you. Also takes way too long for games to load. When spending my last bit of money, even though I had the money throws a deposit message at me.

Absolutely horrible!!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. App constantly stalls, kicks you out entirely. Uninstalled and reload, actually made it worse. When it gets as far as verifying your location it does it while game is in progress and you get an error and the game is closed! If you have a lot of time and patience to waste its the app for you! Sincerely Beyond frustrated ! :(

Lot of issues trying to sign up. Wouldn't take my credit card for deposit. It says spend $1 and get $50 in bonus or Rewards or whatever they call it. But the least you can deposit is $10. I can't find where to claim the $50 I was lured in with. After one uninformative chat, it now freezes and I cannot speak to anyone anymore. Also the "free" play "every day" costs $1! Gonna Finish spending my 10 bucks and getting the hell out of here

This app is so bugged & glitchy, I can't even get started. I created an account, attempted to make a deposit, and they needed photos of my ID & social security card. It brought me to the message area to upload documents and keeps telling me the parameters are wrong and the messages can't be sent. No idea what the issue is, but I can't even get a deposit on there to play. I can't imagine the hassle it would be attempting to withdraw.

Very confusing. There is zero customer service when something goes wrong and the app is so buggy and confusing that things go wrong often. I played 60 bucks and had a great time, I wanted to like this app so bad but the bugs and lack of customer service (no lie, its horrible) made me withdrawl my remaining 128 bucks (won some). Don't expect a easy time using first deposit bonus either, its a huge pain in the butt to figure out and didn't work for me even after I figured it out.
