The game has a decent interface but I am not sure how they programmed the mathematics behind it. I have never seen so many times that pocket aces and ace king losing to inferior cards. The game also has a tendency to turn the tide in a hand more often than not. Far too often the better hand is getting beaten on the river card which has never happened at that rate when playing in person.

This app is buggy as all get out. One of the biggest issue all my friends and I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to play. Connectivity, missing cards (just felt), lag, just to name a few. I do like the app but it could use an extra time button to Tank. Fix the issues and I will reevaluate this app.

Really been enjoying this game, the UI and controls are very clever and easy to use once you get the hang of them (which isn't too difficult). Each table has a different limit to how many chips you can bring which helps balance out the game. It can be difficult to build up chips if you're bad at the game like me, but the daily bonus can help build up a bankroll, albeit slowly. There is a small problem with bots advertising during games, but they don't hold up the game too much.

The algorithm for dealing cards is horrible!! For example, if you are dealt pocket pairs there are going to be 3 or 4 other players at the table with pocket pairs at the same time (QQ, KK, AA) and typically if you have pocket pair the flop always pairs on the board! not to mention the app will continue to deal the same players at the table the best hands repeatedly, weather dealt high or low cards in hand, the same players hit the board repeatedly! fix this one MAJOR issue and it's 5 star app!

Nice interface but very erratic action and poor connectivity drags it down. If and when you can get in, the game is easy to play and host private games. But, the connection is very unstable and I have glitched out of a number of hands. Also, my friends and I have a regular in person card game and everyone has noticed that the action in this app is strange. Too many big showdowns, rivered wins, heavy action. People are losing trust in this app's random card algorithm. We may bail soon.

Everything is really well done, except two big issues. The good: lets people organize clubs, host games inside those clubs and keep tracks of earnings. The UI is solid, and folks can even use the app during table games instead of relying on paper cards. Cuts down on shufflings, misdeals, and errors The bad: two crappy bugs: 1) The buyin slider has a huge bug. I can't believe for such a polished app, this got thru QA. If you move the both ends of the slider all the way to the left, the slider no longer works and does not allow you to move it again... ever! I had to reinstall 2) If you get a call during a game, getting back into the game will likely not show cards anymore due to some graphics glitch.. need to re-enter the game.. annoying, especially if you're in a big pot! Minor stuff: allow run-twice during Omaha games, allow double-straddles

Best app when it works. Half the time, it doesn't. It seems that their servers can't handle the traffic because during peak times, you'll get stuck with a 'please check your network connection'. Restarting the app over and over will get you in if you're lucky. This never happens during non peak times. People give up and we're short players so we end up not playing.

I really like the interface - the app is super easy and intuitive to use. Unfortunately, the algorithm for dealing is incredibley skewed to favor monster hands. So many flushes/full houses (well above what would otherwise be expected under the null). I believe the game is designed that way to promote action and adrenaline. I noticed my live poker betting beginning to suffer due to skewed implied odds so beware. Otherwise nice app, in general.

Love the app guys but your latest update through a couple of visual things out of whack which also impacts our ability to see cards and make action! I will gladly send you screenshots that I have taken. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. This is happening on all of my Android devices... help? Love the addition of stud! Hope to be able to check it out later and not have the jumbled and disappearing card edges be an issue. 😁

The app is good for sure. But I do have some complaints as a person who hosts... - the Queue has been the biggest problem. People constantly miss their opportunity to get on the game. I think because they lose their connection at some point while waiting and it only gives 1 min to get in. If the host had a way to pause the queue so they could text the person waiting that would be a big help. Also if I could make changes to the game settings that were available before it started.

3.5 stars. Like the vertical layout and the historical hand/action tracker. Certain things could be improved for a better experience though: should be able to see your cards after folding, the peek view is annoying and takes up unnecessary space, your cards should always be visible and the board should be bigger so it's easy to see, the way checking folds the cards down is annoying, and I wish it supported more actions like check/fold. Also the betting controls are finicky and time consuming.

It took me about 30 minutes to get used to the terrible interface of swiping the betting chip and cards. Even then you'll still get accidental folds every once in awhile. With default settings you don't have time to type in bet values, and you really need AT LEAST one more custom button to make one-tap + swipe betting worth it. Raising with the slide is awful. It jumps from 2x BB to 10x BB, and then sometimes it jumps up exactly 1 chip. LOL. And why are 99% of hands decided on the river here?

Sketchy at best. This is my second review, my first one disappeared. The interface is really bad and overly complicated. Missclicks are frequent with no explanation. I will try and bet but magically check instead. But I can see how some would like the unorthodox interface. The actual gameplay is bad too as the game lags sometimes and doesn't show you how the hand finished. You have to go into hand history to find out why you won/lost a hand. They tried to reinvent the wheel very unseccesfully

Been using it for poker w/ friends. Yes, it does seem to eat a lot of battery, but whatever--having your screen on for a few hours at a time always seems to do that. The bigger issue is the randomness. It does seem to be getting better, but there's just too many times when you get say Q-x four or five hands in a row. Or you get A-x four of six hands. Sure, it happens in real games, but when it happens every time or every other time you use this app.... My other complaint would be seeing the winning hand. There's no way to magnify the person's cards who won, and it can be really confusing as to why they won. But really, the big problem is that it just seems to lack genuine randomness. It's free, so I can't complain too loudly, but let's face it, poker relies on randomness. And unfortunately I don't think this app is delivering that accurately.

I like the gesture controls. However, the algorithm is fundamentally broken. A pair appearing on the flop should happen about one out of five hands. Instead, it's like double that. This encourages players to go all-in on 62o because nothing matters and there's no penalty for bad play. Bad sign in an app that supposed to encourage better play.

Pretty good but everyone I played with has commented that it eats battery like nothing else. All different devices. It also disconnects when you switch apps to answer a text for example. Would be nice to be able to use the split screen feature available on Samsung phones... And it would be nice to have some click rather than swipe based control interface option.

This game has a major flaw in loading. Downloaded it to play a game with friends. All of us had trouble getting it to load up, took about 45 min for us all to get it to get to the main menu. Just stuck spinning on the initial boot up, then if you went out of the app, it was stuck on "reconnecting" forever. Had to close the app and try multiple times to get it to load back up again. The gameplay itself, I'm told there is a tutorial, we all missed, the flinging stuff up needs to be less aggressive

Critical review: due to limited character space, I'll try to hit the main points quickly. Use landscape mode instead of portrait. The table is too small. Increase players from 5 to 7 or 9 at a table. Remove the bottom half of the screen for gestures, it's unnecessary. We would rather have a full screen table with more players and preselect buttons. Add Razz and 2-7 Triple Draw games. Simplify the lobby and user interface. It's a bit overwhelming and complex. This app has a LOT of great potential

After playing for a while I decided to leave feedback. The look is awesome. The ease of play is great. Even the way you slide the cards up to look is very addictive and realistic. However, the "randomness" is not really random or compare to actual game play. I can see very clearly the way this game prioritizes the river card for bad beats. It's very unrealistic how often it happens and the percentage is waaaay past what the real percentage of hitting your last cards on the river are.

Cool premise, but the games themselves are unfair. Blackjack is running multiple decks, so you can't even play the odds. The ofc that's required to play in order to advance intro challenges to get some coins takes all your money with 2 hands and no tutorial. Better games out there that are more fun and less frustrating. Guaranteed to be playing for scraps without purchasing chips.
