Iv deleted and reloaded game twice this week because it wont work and today it won't let me x out of 1 of the 12 adds you must go thru to even get to the lobby!!! I can't play it at ALL!! Also never gives rewards for watching any ads or videos. Absolutely no rewards given in card store, not 1 free spin either! Setup as a buying chip game only

I have read the reviews and mostly all I see is people trying to get in the game and not being able to and your reaction is the same! Well I am another person that wanted to play your game..it wont let me connect.. my phone is 4G but yet it says I need 3G lol.. wont let me connect with facebook but yet took my facebook info... wont let me connect as a guest either... and wont let me via wifi says I need a better connection when ALL my connections are phenomenal!! FIX THIS!!

Has bugs like when you win chips and it comes up I keep hitting collect it makes the sound but won't close. I've tried reloading several times. Have to uninstall game to be able to play. Now I'm afraid to get my daily present.

I have fun playing. Would give it 5 stars, but you will win big on one day then the next time you play you will lose big. It won't let you win anything. I've had a full house only to lose to a bigger one evrytime. I've flopped trips and opponent went all in with me with 45off. He hit runner,runner runner for a str8. Impossible . Done many times. Had opponent get AA three times in a row. ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE. And when I had AA. Went all in, my opponent, all in 63. I laugh now. It's comical.

(aka:testerzero) there's really something 'fishy' about this 'game'... It's kinda crazy like... I win when I shouldn't - lose when I shouldn't - and no players will interact with me. The reason for 2* (instead of 1*) is bc this 'game' has the most sophisticated bots I've come across - hands down! Wud not surprise me to find a 'pool' ('bank') of 'workers' behind the 'scenes' - it's that good! But, in the final analysis - it's still 'rigged' like the rest of them... Plain and simple. Disappointed!

There is one scam that they put in programing when they made this game. It is not random the way cards are coming. Also when you watch their adverts you don't get the reward... i asume it is a bug. Try different app this one is not worth it cause they trying after you play more to make you to buy coins. I can prove it cause it is a pattern. Always when you lose if you keep bet all in you will continue to lose.

Waste of time, app asks for me to connect to wifi or 3G ... 3G?!?!? Wow, must be an old app and it can't even see that I'm on a network... don't bother wasting your time with it.... response didn't address the issue, my connectivity is just fine... thanks..........

Tell us how you manipulate the cards. At first I play my normal game and win as expected. But then all of a sudden. Never win. My cards only come up if I fold. And a good draw always loses. Try to make it not so obvious ok. This app is a sham! And Stop deleting my reviews. Real poker players can spot the obvious. Its actually quite funny now. Shame on you! Uninstall Now!

Purchased Rich Spin for $19.99. I have not received the rich spin and when I click on the rich spin button, it opens a gem store button for me to purchase gems. I facebook message but they continue to ask me my gem count and have been stating they are working on the issue. It has been over 24 hours and still no resolution. I want a refund because this is nonsense. They refuse to provide me with any information about company (contact info, phone, email, etc.). This company is criminal at best.

All I can offer is the advice that you never spend a dime on this game because once you do you stop winning period. It's sad how these designers program these apps to target the ones who are actually helping them make an income. It seems like they would want to actually keep the ones who dont mind spending a few dollars here and there well I've put 40 dollars into this game in the past 2 days alone and done nothing but lost afterwards I'm deleting it and hopefully google will one day stop this

I am very annoyed. There is NO WAY TO CONTACT TECH SUPPORT !!!!! I purchased a new tablet, Bluetooth them together, synced them together& and share the app to my tablet. It transferred, but it open with me as a new player. MY 19 BILLION DID NOT TRANSFER. When I went to play on my Android phone everything was fine. The next time I play I was a new player I've lost my account I've lost 19 billion dollars. Everytime I try to reinstall my app it opens as a new player NO MONIES!!!¡! WHATS TODO.

There is cheating with players. Has lots of issues with app freezing causing you to fold and lose your bet. Once again can't even open app. This has happened 3 times in 3 months. 08/28/2023. Sad they can't even keep game up and working properly. Now September 8th 2023 game won't let you in for weeks. Stole everyone's chips. Don't bother with this game. Find something better. Looking now.

Love the way you can interact with other players. Throwing tomatoes at someone who beats you is just too funny. Would give more stars if it wasn't for all the bad beats. Sometimes you go on a losing streak where everyone one ups you. You get 2 pair and they get full house. Straight and they get flush. Just gets annoying.

5 stars before. Now 1. Great game but the challenge format changed. Have to watch videos after completion which I'm totally fine with. However, you can watch the video over and over with no reward. Just stays there to watch again. With ince again no reward, just repeats. Too bad I played a lot.

0 STARS!!!!!!!! I have been playing this game for a week now and loved it. Best poker game I've played, better than WSOP, until now. I'm on wifi and cant log in with Facebook, and it says to make sure I'm connected to wifi and try again. Been trying for hours. I have also been playing a game as a guest. Same thing, wont connect. So, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried again to only get the same response. I can only imagine I've have lost everything and all my progress. Not happy.

If I could give this no stars I would. I have over 60 tournaments to my name and know how to play. The statistical improbabilities of other "players" having a better hand is absolutely ridiculous but they do.....about 90% more often than they should. I've never in my life seen so many straights, flushes, and boats miraculously hit nearly every hand. Its no wonder there are so many ways to get chips and everytime you change screens you're prompted to buy chips.

It's a good app I gave it 3 stars for 2 reasons, I won a few huge hands and got NO rewards, (they're offered). 2nd .I had a flush on 2 different nights during tournaments 1st night the pot was awarded to a player w/2 pair it just happened again , my opponent beat my flush with 1 pair. I like the app for the most part. I like that there are a few different ways to get chips for free, and you can always buy them. But it seems there is no way to contact any customer support. At least I couldn't

Online players wasting imaginary money like there is no tomorrow... gets boring quickly but that's the online players for you. Tried to join the 500k buy in sit n go tournament but waiting for 5 minutes plus only one other person joined and estimated wait times is 30 seconds my internet was not a problem either.

The daily awards stop working at 4 days in a row. The video to receive chips says video is preparing come back later, later it still does NOT work gives the same message for about a week straight right now. So many ads when first entering the app. The game is fun to play. However would give a better rating when everything is actually fixed and works without so many ads.

This game is so rigged, the experience is not realistic. I played for about a month and what i noticed was almost every hand was just enough for a player(s) to lose the hand on the end. The bonus is a huge plus and it gives you incentive to play but when you constantly lose with for suited cards or you have 2 pair and 4 of the same suit appear on the board how can you win. I uninstalled this game with bonuses still on it.
