Okay Pokemon Company, why have you not fixed the crashing issue? I loved this game with my old phone. Now I can't play it on my Samsung Galaxy S9+. I gave you guys 5 stars 2 years ago, because I absolutely loved the game. Now I have to change it to 1 star because the effort isn't being put in to fix the issue. You guys really let me down. Many other people have the same issue. Seems like you guys don't care. Sad because really loved this game. The app opens for a few seconds then crashes. :(

I did love this game & made serious progress in it until my phone updated over a month ago. Now it automatically crashes each time upon starting. Still not fixed after all this time. I've done EVERYTHING in my power to try & fix it, even email the developers. They have yet to get back to me, it's been over a week. Very disappointed.

I like this game so much in every aspect but since the most recent update the game's display fits in the screen completely. The con of this is that I have much more screen to play but that part is all black. Basically, I can see all in the screen but smaller in my OnePlus 6T display. Overall, the game is great and if you are looking for something to "kill" time this game is for you!

I am having a problem with my game. It is glitching out and when I close and then open it, it says that I stopped playing suddenly then brings me to when i was in the middle of training. When I finish training it puts it on my JP, but when I eat a berry (or gain any JP), it goes back to the JP I had before. There are a few other small problems tying in with this glitch, and I'm not sure if it's your problem or my phone's. Apart from this, which I'm pretty sure is just mine, the game is great! Edit: The last problem is gone, but now I have a new one. I can't progress. When I open the app, my Magikarp earns JP from a (I think) passing Feebas from before, it gets to its max level, and I'm forced to go to the league (I'm in the Heavy League if that helps). When I try and do the battle, which I am on the 10th, the game freezes and crashes. Please fix this problem! Apart from this issue, the game is a 5 stars from me.

I thought this was going be kinda like Flapping Birds. But it's not, which is fine. It's fun training different Magikarp and finding different patterns. The one tiny gripe I have with it is that I wish I had more to do. Like let me tap the the punching bag or tap the fish to charge up the jump etc. It's basically just. A few taps then watch a cutscene. But hey, at least I haven't ran into any ads!

Edit: They have fixed the issue with newer phones finally. Dk when. Accidentally clicked on the app and it opened and has been working fine now. Its been super fun to play. Giving it 4 stars just due to how long the update took. I love the game though. (Bottom no longer applies) It wont stop crashing on newer phones like Note9s and S9+ I cant even play it. Looks like this has been an issue for months and months with no plans to fix it. I am heavily disappointed

Love my Magikarp! I've been playing this for a while and unfortunately after Android's Pie update on the S9, it never seem to work anymore and crashes every single time during launch. Tech support suggested that it may be connectivity, cache, or that it needs to be reinstalled for it to work but it's none of the above. Please update this game for some of us running Android 9.0 Pie.

This game is an ACTUAL free-to-play game that has no additional gimmicks. This in itself almost makes it perfect! The game is grind heavy, and while there's rewards from grinding, and alot of rewards! While that may be the case; it's just finger tapping. There's no effort required at all! To reach the end of the game and fully Master the game, you have to truly have your eyes on the prize, cause even I, as an avid Poke'mon fan have a hard time handling this repetitiveness of this game lol. That said, it's cutesy and entertaining and doesn't take much time out of the day to progress at all. So it's nearly perfect.

I really, really like this game - I didn't expect much from it, but the mechanics are nice, the slow but steady progress thru the leagues is satisfying, and all the different events are interesting and add a lot. My biggest recommendation is that I would LOVE having a lot more patterns of Magikarp to fish up, it's so easy to get all the types available before advancing to the next league, and watching them develop into new patterns is really fun.

It's a blast! Nice and simple, but with enough variety that is doesn't feel like grinding. It's a good game to pick up for 5-15 minutes every hour or three. Short enough that it doesn't become a time sink, but not too short. You spend training points to boost your Magikarp's jumping ability. You can also compete in the League, where you can win prizes! However, each Magikarp has a maximum level they can reach. Once your current Magikarp reaches its max level, it retires.

Very underrated game. It's well paced, and there's just enough risk to keep you on your toes. I also enjoy how simplistic it is, compared to something like Pokemon Quest. Literally anyone can pick up "Magikarp Jump" and play it, whether you're a Pokemon fan or not. And huge emphasis on being able to play the whole game without in-game purchases. It takes some patience, but you CAN save up enough diamonds to get some of the exclusive buddies and decorations. Overall, definitely worth a shot!

To me the concept is.. interesting. Overall gameplay seems simple, it's a fun little time waster, so far absolutely no ads without tapping the TV for rewards which prompts that it brings an ad, Absolutely nothing I've found needs Pay-To-Win, sure, getting support characters takes diamonds, but you get them pretty often, and if you're smart there's no issues. Overall a fun game, give it a solid 5

Absolutely brilliant. I love everything about it! Simple yet enticing gameplay, extremely well-paced progression, and a great deal of attention to small details that really bring out the world and make for a satisfying, endearing experience. I haven't found anything close to a paywall or invasive feature. I'm very glad I stumbled upon this game and definitely plan on seeing it through to the end! Creative masterpiece!

One of the better tap games out there. I would make a small suggestion though: it would be nice to have a night mode tied to the player's local time where the setting is night themed and darker. Would be easier on the eyes and a neat addition EDIT: Downloaded on a newer phone and it won't load the T&C so I can't play it anymore.

Played this on my old phone when it first came out. Got a new phone and kinda forgot about it. stumbled across it and redownload it remembering how fun it was and I can't even play it. After you choose your language it just goes to a blank white screen and asks about terms and conditions which I can't read. idk how long this has been an issue but it'd be awesome if it was fixed

Fun game. Easy to get into. Completely free to play. Can play it online which is the biggest plus. One small thing stopping it from making it a all around 5 stars is during the competitions, you can't see your Magikarp's Jump Level which is really infuriating to me cause I have to constantly go back to the pond area to check it's level until you can't go back. Mainly a concern when you're facing people you already faced. Small thing. Other than that, I'm enjoying it more than I thought.

I caved and reinstalled to see if you finally fixed the glitches. I played almost to the end of the game and it seems that the glitches have been fixed. But since it took until November to fix the darned glitch that corrupted my save file on two different occasions I am still giving it a lower rating because it should have been corrected much sooner since the glitch occurred back in August of last year and I complained about it then.

Wasn't what I thought it was going to be. It's more like a tommogatchi kind of game, where you feed and train your Magikarp to "Battle" or jump. You have no control over the battle or the training, if your stat is higher then you win, if it's lower you lose. No mini game or anything like that. If that's what you're into, then it's super fun, if your looking for more then still try it out, but it may not satisfy you.

I really enjoy this game. I love how it focuses on training multiple Magikarp and not just one. There are a few little problems, like how items/food may spawn on the very edges, there's a black bar of empty space on the bottom of my screen (like the aspect is wrong), and you can't leave the battle map once you hit max level. But, it is a very fun, casual game.

I loved this game but I gave it 4 stars because of 2 problems. First, diamonds can be annoying to get without spending money. The amount you usually get is small compared to everything you can buy with them. If you could get more diamonds then usual, it would be much less time consuming to buy useful items. The second problem I have is how long it takes to get a league point back. If I lose one battle, I have to wait more then an hour to try again. If not for these, It would've been 5 stars.
