When it works it's great. Problem is, it only works about 35% of the time. Get to the end of a 25min 2500pt survey to get a "sorry, you don't qualify" msg and 7pt reward. Arcade pts only count the 1st time you play the game. Bonus syncs don't complete. And support is non-existent. But it does pay out. And payout is almost immediate. So there's that.

Some of my accounts constantly get disconnected and even after checking the passwords and being 100000000 million % sure itj8s the right one, POGO still insists it is not and don't let me connect... So I uninstalled it, downloaded it again and installed it again... We'll see... Last chance, getting tired of them just gathering my days and then not delivering... Always something, nothing just works flawlessly... Had a 4 star in the past, now down to 2, if that doesn't work, it'll be a 1.

It works but not great. The receipt submission process is very flawed. It struggled to register most receipts and will claim it can't then when you retake it will claim you've already gotten credit. Customer service is pretty much non exsistant. It's just extremely fickel and there are better options out there.... Edit in response... Never had them help when I've put in request before. Just put one in today so we'll see.

Only giving 4 stars because I'm having trouble linking accounts. However, they have remarkable customer service that has gotten back to me promptly and explained that they are working on fixing the issues. Don't give up on this app....through games and surveys along with my linked accounts and receipts I've cashed out twice in a month. Will be using this to save up for vacation and Christmas. Great little app that takes very little effort. Highly recommend.

Constant problem linking my Amazon account I've changed my password & still can't link my account, but I can login with the same email & password directly to my account, credential. Scan receipts keep says it can't see the date. Sometimes I open the app and it says let's get started like it's my first time into the app. I thought I would try this app. I've been using fetch, they even give more points for scanning a receipt. Guess I'll continue scanning with fetch. Just a waisted time for 3 days.

Accounts keep saying they need to be linked again then "credentials" are incorrect even though I know the information is correct. Will be uninstalling, not worth all the aggravation. Update 3/25/24 Decided to try again. Same issue. I know I enter correct info to link accounts and it tells me it's wrong. 3/31 Bonus syncs take a ridiculously long time. I gave up after 8 minutes.

I use it daily and I like some features except it gives such little points so it takes forever to build up to actually get use out of rewards! Even if i spend 100s or 1000s I get 4 or 10 points which is rediculous. Also I love they give daily rewards to sign up to walmart plus etc.. but everytime 8 want to use it and try to hit redeem the app conveniently freezes and doesn't work every single time!! It's infuriating! I even got so many people to join and it's not looking good!

Unable to sign into Amazon or Walmart and these are both the same credentials that I use every single day. Also, when entering username to link any of the apps, if you try to put a capital letter,it automatically reverts to lowercase and then inserts a whole bunch of letters in the blank space. I do a lot of online shopping and would really like my points.

Was a great app but now I can't get any support help and all my receipts are coming up ineligible even though they are all separate receipts with separate transaction numbers. Also had trouble reading dates so if you scan and it can't read the date and you scan again for clarity, you make the receipt ineligible for points bc it's classified as duplicate, even though you're never awarded points for it. Fetch is way better bc they have a way to add missing context and their support responds

i have used this app for over one year. i wish it would work on a consistent basis. it's always unlinking from the accounts and it's just plain irritating. reset your password , unistall/ reinstall the app so that you get your just rewards. i have the app set to automatically update but that's no good if accounts aren't staying linked. can ya'll do better?

I enjoy using the app BUT my biggest issue is with its constant request to "relink various retailers"! Nothing (on my side) changes yet even when I try to "Fix Error", it does not work! Frustrating!!! Thx for the response & do look forward to your update. You should also look into your scanning receipts process. Many times I have to rescan a receipt multiple times with the date & amount easily displayed but your system won't recognize it!

The location points don't work anymore. I open the app to claim the points and I get nothing. And when I close the app, it keeps notifying me but not giving me anything. The app is generally unreliable with a lot of the features. The bonus syncs barely work. The surveys are horribly unreliable. Even contacting support gets you nowhere because they never responded.

The last few months have been getting worse. It was fine for a long time then started kicking me out of linked accounts occasionally. Irritating but I could sign in again. The last month or two I've given up trying to sign back in as it either hangs (10+ minutes) or says credentials don't match, when I can sign into the actual account with the same login.

I use several of these apps, and while Pogo may credit points more quickly than some others, and the receipt camera appears to work well, I will most likely be uninstalling soon. I gave it about two months...in that time, I earned a pathetic four dollars. But the biggest issue, by far, is that I constantly get "error, please fix" messages on every single linked account. I fix them - as soon as the app actually responds and lets me, that is - and then the messages are back a day or two later.

Doesn't always sync properly and you have to keep redoing your info... **Literally has been unusable in every single way now for over 2 months straight. Very frustrating, especially because support took weeks to respond to my linking/syncing issues ticket with absolutely the MOST LEAST helpful/informative reply of... Yeah it's messed up on our end, here's 10 points! ....really...?

It's alright. Half the time it will say it can't read the date or total. When I do a rescan, it says it's a duplicate. Not really a way to win with that. Next to impossible to send in a contact request because it'll push me off of the page before I finish, especially when I try to upload media to support my claims. Update: The team reached out to me and fixed my issue so quickly. Updated to change the two star rating to five star

This app has been great. One of my most rewarding payouts has been from the gaming section. BUT, since one of the recent updates, the games section doesn't display. It is a white screen, with a nearly invisible counter rolling through numbers, almost as white as the screen. I really appreciated the survey section as well, can't seem to find one anymore...

Having issues with linking my DoorDash and Amazon—Target, Instacart, and even Walmart were no problem but the two I mentioned at the beginning, is not linking and I know for sure I put in the correct email and password. Please fix, I REALLY want to give this app a chance and like it. I'll give an more positive rating if you can get it to work as it should. Thanks! 🙏🏻

I enjoy the app and also have had issues linking my amazon account. I managed to finally link it today, but it was taking too long to scan for receipts. At the 2 minute mark, I gave up. I also wish that the points you got per scanned receipt were more. Another app I use gives 25 points per receipt, no matter the amount of purchase. It is taking me forever, in my opinion, to save up enough points for a decent cash payout.

Had issues syncing my Amazon account. Reached out to support: they responded very quickly, credited me points for my issue, and saw the issue through to resolution (took some time, but I think it ended up being a bigger issue than expected). Haven't gotten enough points for my first cash out. Will revise to 5 star when I reach that milestone, and successfully recieve payment. Good app. Great service.
