This application is a big fraud no customer support number or no service provided by this app. I paid a amount of 200 for purchase some coins for reading the novel but my account got debited and the coins was not credited into my account. I request please look into the same and resolve this issue asap.

This app plays with the reader when you start reading books and got interest,they will start asking money to read further in the form of coins or you are asked to watch ads.Earning money is not bad but the way is totally wrong.you are asked for one time subscription or buying books to read like kindle but not this way

I like to read novels and i read half novel by watching ads and earning coins..so this is the easiest way to collect coins and read more chapters, but in half they stop the method of earning coins and forced us to purchase novel in 800 coins. This is very expensive.. they can give us monthly subscription for reading novels bt 800 for a single novel is not worthy. They make us fool bcoz in starting they send so many coins bt after few days they stopped. Worst and fraud app

Used the app did a purchase and read a novel half way. But the pricing is too costly to buy so many coins and there is no other subscription system like other apps give. With this poor experience, leaving with a disappointed mind.

Worst support team I am a writer on Pocket Naval. In the month of March, there was an issue with my payment. I mailed the team several times but never got a good response from them. Many times the ticket was closed without resolving the issue.

After update app is not working properly... from last 2 days all episodes are locked and not unlocked free... before update daily some episodes was unlocking.. I will wait for tomorrow.. if it doesn't unlock then i will uninstall the app.. Pratilipi app is better than this

The chapters are locked and unable to get coins to unlock them bcoz there is no option to earn coin for free and most important please make a yearly or monthly subscription for ur regular readers. The unlock price for limited chapters or the whole novel is too high. Please bring the subscription policy and try to maintain the charges (like ott platforms). Please don't disappoint your readers.

These books are so costlier than the hard copies of bestseller. Also if you are reading,for every new chapter either you have to buy or earn coins by watching videos which most of the time they cheat and use double coins for single chapter. Also, in daily unlocking chapter it shows for 2 chapters but in actual only 1 chapter is unlocked. They are cheating openly and there is no way to raise issue.

I am writer on pocket novel . pocket novel app is great app . earlier I didn't rate this app . sometime before I was very tensed because I didn't getting my intensive for writing but after sometime I get little bit.but I have trust that everything is fine .if you facing any type problem you should write email to pocekt Novel ,it can take time but you get the solution . Be happy bless with writing or reading . Thank you I will definitely change my review if I need.

Not good at all....I was reading 2 stories. 3 to 4 chapters r getting unlocked on daily basis but now for last days , single chapters didn't unlocked by them and coins r very expensive. One more thing, free coins r also very time taking one video for one coin..totally disappointed

UPDATE: I am reading two novels and the app has been unlocking 5 to 6 chapters each day. Now today only 1 chapter for one and two chapters for the other were unlocked. Tomorrow's unlock SHOWS two chapters for one and three chapters for the 2nd. 2ND WAS ONLY ONE. THIS is a bad practice. This is the same reason I uninstalled the audio version of this app.

This is a cheater and cheap app, not good for readers or writers. I have signed contract before three-month. I is showing me the one time bonus approved on the screen but didn't give any payment yet, just repeatedly changes the date of payout day after day. I have all screen shots. It is not even answering the mails. First its employees message me in an another app , ask to write in this. After 60kwords when I got no response for 1month I stopped writing. Then it sent contract, l finished 120k

I can handle that it is short chapters but all of a sudden instead of 5 or 6 chapters it is one or 2 for the 2 novels I am reading. I am only reading 2 at a time but now am not getting enough to make it a memorable and enjoyable break from my day. Well I got a response saying that I can get 1 chapter for free every 24 hours and that I can watch ads to earn coins only this app does not have that option any where in it. Soo thanks my biggest regret I actually liked the novels I was reading...

I have got a good opportunity to turn my hobby into a profession. I would also like to praise the team of Pocket Novel, they work very hard and are always ready to answer any question. Very very bad experience with this app. Not able to read a single story even if we pay more than 500. Comparing to other apps they have monthly much lesser than this amount I have paid about 300 but still not able to read the complete novel. Very much frustrating. Always asking for money and very much expensive comparing to other websites/ apps. I will not recommend this app. I am going to uninstall this app, since I can't able to read a single story completely even after paying 300.

Although the story line is engaging, the "chapters" are broken down to barely two pages so you have a book with over 300 chapters. Even if you're willing to pay to continue reading, to read all the rest of the chapters at your leisure/speed it costs $99. (I could finish the book relatively quickly.) Although I like the storyline, it's not $99 good. I'd be willing to buy it as a paperback book from $7.99 to $13.99 - now I get what some of the reviewers were stating about the cost. Disappointed!
