Loving it. This game is keeping me so entertained. Only a few small things that aren't huge issues as its a beta. Not sure if it has a battery save option as this drains my phone 3x faster than any other app even with minimum brightness. Currently believing there is a glitch in the battle rewards system, as the last several battles I've 100% has yielded 0 pheromones, making it impossible to attract more creatures. Ive also not seen any no creatures respawned on the map. Still loving it Thanks

Pretty cool, lots of promise, but extremely buggy (pun not intended). Application crashes are common, but occasional kernel crashes (phone reboots) also occur; likely has memory leaks. I don't understand how a game of this sort is so resource intensive. Anyway, it's nice to see a fun pseudo-AntSim clone, but needs work in the stability and bug department.

Great game. Tips and review: -I noticed that the music control button doesn't seem to be responsive immediately. -No matter how many ants I have collecting food and converting food to fungus, It always seems like one of those two activities will be drastically slower than the other if I'm running them at the same time. -I think a great suggestion would be adding 'bees' to the game -I think it'll be a good idea if you were allowed to capture ant, resources or get a resource bonus from conquer

Honestly, it takes forever to actually get started in this game. However, it is ok after you compete tutorial. Winning battles is not too difficult once you max out queens chamber. My biggest complaint is that the game doesn't progress offline, so it takes FOREVER to collect resources. My suggestion is to have passive progression offline that doesnt deplete leaf resource.

Updated Review: 8-31-20 after the update the game has been Fantastic and I have had no issues. Super fun game Its a great and fun little game but I gave it 3 stars because it crashes pretty often. I've been playing for about a day now and its crashed at least 10 times on me. I'm using a Galaxy note 9 128 gbs and have enough memory and this is the only game running at the time and it still crashes. Once the bugs are fixed and the game is developed further it would be amazing and worth 10 stars.

I love the game personally, easy way to spend my free time. Wish the game actually played in the background while the phone is locked. Resources popping up randomly lasting for sporadic intervals would make collection more interesting. Would also really like more creature encounters instead of once every 24 hours or forced to play against other players.

I mean, it's fun and cute. But you have to leave it on to farm food for like hours which is a major battery waster and you can'tdo anything else at the same time, and there's a very limited amount of building to do. And the combat system sucks, you're basically helpless yourself but you still have to lead fighters into battle, so if anything attacks you you're dead immediately and have to start over Plus it takes *forever* to save up the harder to get supplies for even early on upgrades Deleted

For a F2P mobile ant colony sim, this game is phenomenal, but it serves mostly as a relaxing time-killer rather than a truly engaging experience. Gameplay is simple and customization is limited to basic stat increases and skin changes, and knowing about the many things ants can do, I can't help but feel let down by this, as well as fundamental issues with design, like not being able to transfer leaves from their chamber to the food production room, or having animals not be a source of food.

I like the game I do. But I've had less crashes on a modded Skyrim playthrough per 10 minutes, add to the fact any upgrade you choose would crash the game and back load it to the point where your re grinding in hopes it doesn't crash again when you upgrade. Please make it more stable if you can UPDATE: Thank you for responding, it seems to be working better this go round truly you have the better ant colony than the other games, keep up the amazing work doode :)

Great game with a few issues. 1: The bee hive is way too difficult. 2: Resin upgrades are super overpriced. Everything requires thousands but you can only get a couple hundred at a time without going through the impossible bee maze. The difficulty of it doesn't match the simplicity of the game. The third issue is with combat. You can't send your army anywhere. You have to drag them around and try not to die. More options for army movement should be added, as well as options to allocate soldiers.

Extremely addicting. You can play all day or just for a bit. A couple of areas that I really want to come in the future updates are a better save system(saves automatically upon exiting), a more dynamic terrain with more frequent incentives to search the map, a better system to control your ant. Updated fighting commands, hive skins as well as a more progressive look as you upgrade. I have many other ideas but I'm already addicted 😂 so keep going strong boys 💪

Fun, retro, maybe kind of indie-feeling game. Great MIDI-style music. A bit mysterious in some aspects, making you want to find out more. Surprisingly hard on my device- my phone always runs hot when playing it. Would like more robust management of my soldiers during battle and less hands on management of worker ants (where they work out what to do themselves).

Hey there! You all have been very responsive to feedback which is why I'm editing this comment. I love watching the game develop. A current issue I'm having is after winning a pheromone battle when returning home the loading screen will often freeze. If it does so I have to force close the app and I lose my winnings. I have not lost my army or battle entry pheromone but its ultimately frustrating.

Love the game, thankful for the joystick option. Much is needed for it to be great. I personally lose progress alot, there's no save or autosave that I'm aware of so everytime I open the game I'm back tracked. Could we get more defensive options like guarding resources or lines with the soldiers? Also, producing food from the leaf storage. Maybe a soldier unit focus tool? like choosing their group up and/or targets. Overall just more content, map details, complex maps not just an empty square.

Pocket Ants is a good game, and it has a lot of potential, but some things need to be changed. There should be no chance of failure when fusing creatures, as it is pretty much pay to win because even though I worked hard to get THREE red scorpions, I was reduced to one because they all failed to fuse, and it was over a 70% to be successful. And fusing 3 star creatures is almost impossible! 7% chance! It pretty much requires pay to win. And paying money is pretty much the only way to win.

I've been 0payong pocket ants for a while now and due to an issue (the issue is not pocket ants fault rather my own) I lost my account. I deleted the game but now redownloded the game. I thought I would never get any progress but to my surprise got pretty far. This game has so much longevity and replayablity. This is a superb game and I would love to see what you have for us in the future!

I love this game so much, there is one flaw though. The dragonflies are too op on defense, they are hard to kill because of the fact they go after the player, since it is the one infront. They only land when killing something, so this makes it hard when you are the one being targeted, since you can't press the attack button. They are too op, please make them land for longer. I keep losing to these buggy bugs.
