The application is superb. No passport is needed when you receive postages, no queue at the post office. All notifications comes fast to your mobile

Pretty usable app for me to receive parcels :) Expected next step - please move forward with deeper integration with gosuslugi site. I was surprised when app ignored gosuslugi app in the same phone. Waited that apps would cooperate, but no =( Thank you!

Amazing app, easy to use and cost effective. The posting fee is slightly cheaper when you do it through the app. And it saves time since you won't have to fill in any details at the post office.

One of the worst postal authorities in the world. It should be among slowest and just worst postal services of African countries. Very bad international services. Great amount of packages just lost or stolen. Bad customer support and awful package investigation / claim procedures. No answer for more than 90 days. Do not use Russian Post! Otherwise you will get lost! Choose normal express service instead of this piece of Soviet Union where not you send the package, but the package sends you away!

Never expected to write something positive about Russian post service as they were traditionally inept, but things have definitely changed in recent years, and the app is actually useful.

Thanks for suggestion it worked! Just printed into pdf from gdocs instead of exporting. This should definitely be shown in restrictions. Or as recommendation at least. Also please fix feedback form it shouldn't require so much of personal data.

Russian post office service is very poor. The delivery takes up to 90 days compare to DHL within 10 days - the same destination. The price is very similar to any other delivery service. The app is OK but doesn't recognize Australian phone number. There is no way of contacting the Russian Post support office within the app if you are still waiting your parcel, the sender has to go to the office and complane in person. Stone age! Use other couriers if you can. Stay away from Russian Post.

This is a great app. It offers alot of services. In Russia most parcels even small ones are not delivered at home but at the nearest post office, there are many so that's not a problem. If you have this app it informs quite often in advance when the package arrived at the post office way before you receive an receipt in your post box. The app even creates electronic receipt for you to show in the post office. Genius!

Very useful for working with the Russian Post. I think the following are the best features. 1. Easy notifications when a package has arrived. No need to check manually. 2. Bar codes to get the package quickly. 3. A convenient list of packages that are expected to arrive. 4. And even adding packages automatically by the phone number.

Beautifully designed app - great UX, easy to use, tracks multiple packages. I even like the loading screens! I just wish couriers in the UK were as good with their tracking... Note: Currently available only in Russian, but the UI icons make it easy to understand and use even with a very limited command of Russian.
