If i could have rated it zero then I would have given it a zero rating. Worst possible app I have used , i don't understand if it's the bank's problem or bugs in the app, nothing works i have neither been able to pay or create my virtual id . Please fix the problems. yes the interface looks clear beautiful with clear options for everything but what's the use of all those options if the can't work properly.

Very user friendly. Some times there is a lag. But promptly message is sent that functionality is not available. So if we wait a little becomes accessible again. All in all a good app to use

The functionality is very poor. I cannot transfer my PPF because it is showing it is not linked with the number! How is it possible while I have done so many times. I have faced this type of error so many times while using this app but I ignored. Now it is really disgusting when you cannot submit your investment in proper time. I tried to link it the way they asked but all in veins.

Kindly solve one problem in this Android app, when the account access setting is set to no access, only view, then if you try to see the account summary it get logged out automatically. Thanks

PNB has come a long way ahead of what it was a few years ago in terms of improvement in the app. The UI has improved a lot, however the user experience still has a lot of work to do... for instance the options in the app should be based on type of user. e.g. as a salaried professional, I have nothing to do with krishi options. why do I see it... it is making the app cluttered. it becomes difficult to find the relevant options for me. This is just an example, there are lot of othr similar things

Worst Banking application in the history of mankind. Thanks for the revert but not gonna invest my time regarding writing the email. If you want to improve you can make a note of the problem here itself. While scanning Qr Code for UPI the app logs out or most of the times it says service unavailable. Technical glitches are in abundance.

To slow. Multiple times session fails and exits. First we face login issue i.e. unable to going due to session timeout. If got login then if I click any tab then it takes atleast 1-1.5 minutes or fails. & Again login or wait. So pathetic app. Looks like without performance testing of app only it is launched for customers.

Not satisfactory.every 20seconds session timed out.hence sorry .its not up to good level.for one txn it takes 10 minutes.today again tried to open it shows pnb one has stopped.when inserted pass word it appears "Unable to Process your request Try again later" And mailed my problem to care pnb They insist for screen shot but System deny to capture the screen shot.

Worst app, hardly works, especially when u want to use it Even after 3 years, still challenges remain with the app. Month-end if you have to use, then it is really frustrating. You can go into app, but you can't do any transactions. Will appreciate if this feedback is taken seriously.

Worst app I've ever seen. Not operational at all..Shows the same error multiple number of times..you cannot do a single transaction via this app..everytime it fails..Also, forget managing your FD's and all..it. doesn't work..shows error or server down everytime..kindly make it operational..its a big fail

This app, like most other govt. service providing apps, seems to have been programmed by adolescents. I am unable to decide whether the app sucks more or the PNB website, or the bank. For some features, the security features are needlessly aggressive, and then for just the subsequent one, they are super lax. The IT team needs absolute revamp. Pathetic.

App is not opening. When clicked on open error App has stopped. Close or send feedback, message is being displayed. Net Banking after login, big list of security questions are being displayed. Why insist on 7 security questions. Even after selecting 7 security questions and entering answers, account page is not opening. Don't trouble customers with this type of cumbersome process. Make simply and easy.

It's really user friendly. Transaction becomes faster as compared to earlier version. Having UPI facility for the transaction. Having loan facility for the needy one. Loan repayment facility is really amazing as compared with other bank loan repayment facility. No one can compite it's facilities now a days. Thank you so much

Below issue repeated again."Application error. The co nection to server was unsucessful. 3rd Time (file:///android_asset/index.html" Every time I open app it stuck up for a minute or so and then error message displayed. thereafter the login screen displayed after 3 minutes. NO CHANGE IN REVIEW

Probably the worst banking app I have ever seen. App doesn't open most of the times with the error "Unable to process the request. Please try again later." Customer support people don't have any clue regarding app problems & ask to send emails which are never replied. Recently they have removed the Aadhaar authentication to reset TPIN also. I'm planning to migrate to a private bank really soon because of these aweful experiences.

Super payment app. I greatly like this app's easy payment process; congratulations to the devs for resolving my issue. I believe it is the best payment app among BANK products, albeit the user interface, particularly in the recent payments section, should be improved. Unlike e-wallets, this program allows for direct bank transactions, making it easier to move funds and pay bills. App seems to be having a lot of features. But, unfortunately, they don't work all the time. 'Send Money' feature fails at the last bit of transaction. Sometimes, no transactions can be done. A message pops up saying 'Mobile number is not registered with the bank'. It is frustrating at times because customers cannot visit the bank all the time for simple transactions. Please make the app usage more reliable.
