Awful... the website isn't working, tha app is always in maintenance, the sms option is not working neither, and the call is getting cut, there is no way to know what is your balance.

Edit: it's working fine now, 5star. It does what I need it to do. My cards do not appear linked to my account and trying to link them again only gives the message that no link between my card and my account. Tried sending a mail to the developer contact and the mail account doesn't even exist. 1 star

App is too slow and doesn't grant me access saying that there is an issue with the internet connection. Clearly the app is the issue as my WiFi and data are correct.

The transactions doesnt reflect on real time. And they lack of customer service. There is no tutorials or explanation of how to buy from Amazon and if my cards are indeed acepted in this store.

This new app sucks!!!!! My old user and pwd do not work. Now I cannot see my account. The Happi app was fine, why did you change it? If you are going to make changes, be sure yo migrate successfully. Very bad service!!!!!!!

1 star If I could give it 0 I would ever since I received this card its been the worst experience you cant even use it in walmart unless your in the same city you registered the card in thats just pathetic, and to top it off they have deducted my money out of no were, and wopeee the app sucks it rarely even works, they should just take sodexo away its the most useless platform EVER....

I only have one star cuz I can't put 0 just got this from work and when I tried to login says check your internet connection. I know I have internet connection I tried with mobile data and also through wifi so you can't blame it on my internet. This app sucks, its so frickin g slow. And I'm not sure on any of the questions because I can't even log in once.

We cannot download the app, all the time the process entry to a infiniy loop and never ends to download the app. The problem start because I was not able to log in my account and tried to solve the issue intalling the app again. Too bad app.

Taking a long time to get in, because it keeps saying "Check your internet connection" when I'm already using either WiFi or phone data. And when finally logged in, when it comes to checking balance, suddenly I'm logged out!

Uneccesary publicity for the kind of app, besides that it forces you every time you open it it also forces you to evaluate inside the app. If you ibly want to see the savings amount you have to wait until it loads both things before being able to. And this is EVERY time...

To whom it may concern, The app seems neatly designed, unfortunately I can't get past the login screen. I input all required fields, but the red login button does not solidify, instead a text box appears pointing at the password key icon with the words "objectOBJECT". I would greatly value and appreciate a timely response as it is a component I include in my expenses provided by my employer. Thank you for your time. Kind Regards Victor T. Garcia

The App doesn't work. I haven't been able to use it since December 2023. The SMS service is not working either and I cannot see my balance on the Web.

I feel like it can be better like providing more celular services like phone recharges or some bills payments like light, internet and water.

Several years ago I had a Sodexo card before they change their name to Pluxee, now I'm unable to log in because I don't have my older password and the platform doesn't allow me to restore my account by creating a new password.

It sucks! You can't access the cvv code to make purchases online. It's very limited. Half of the app's functions don't work. Very Dissapointing.

Terrible app I used to have Sodexo cards a couple years ago and the app was great, now it's been a month since I have this pluxee card and I can't even reset my password because it's been under maintenance for over 1 month, disgusting and filthy service that pluxee provides 🤮

UX is very bad, and showing publicity in full screen before showing the app is one of the best examples on how not to do UX. The service is very unstable, comes and goes with no warning
