please create a version of this app that can run on a android/Samsung watch, so i don't need my phone, at least having function to unlock club doors.

I'm guessing the majority of users only have this app to unlock the door at their gym, and you've buried that function deep inside a clunky, slow app. Guess I'll go back to using the fob

The app is good for unlocking the door. that's where it ends. The website is useless if you want to access via mobile.

horrible app and also horrible company. will not let you cancel membership through online portal. just buy some weights and workout at home. go for a run.

I profoundly dislike this app. I have to use it to access the gym & a good proportion of the time for various reasons it doesn't work. 👎👎👎 Plus Fitness won't give me a fob. 😡

Honestly a pretty useless app. Sinxe there are no other features aside from gym access, it should at least be front and center when you open the app. The main pain point is it auto logging out and having to put a login code over and over again. if I had a fob I'd rather use it over this app.

The app has trust issues! Every four or five weeks it doesn't believe it's still running on my phone, and insists on sending me a code via email which I then need to enter into the app. For the next month or so it doesn't miss a beat, and then - trust issues again.

Running GrapheneOS. This app would always have a loading circle on the "unlock door" page, leading me to not get into the gym every time I walked there, until a couple of weeks after signing up when it appeared. If I were the devs I'd want that one feature working as fast as possible. Rebuild from the ground up if you have to.

It's broken. Before the update it was flakey but now it's unusable. It's not like we can choose a different app anyway. No reply from the support team either.

The software does work on Android, takes me age to open it. The previous version used to open without issues. I am not sure what was the goal on this new version but it seems that developers probably did not test it before release.

The app is useless. I installed it as I was curious about the class bookings and seeing the gym availability feature. However, classes page is completely empty, the availability feature doesnt exist. its a completely useless app.
