I really want to like this device and product but it's 10/2022 and it's still buggy and crashes consistently. I would be surprised if you completed one activity let alone the setup without it crashing. It's not your device, I wasted a day trying this out on multiple tablets and phones.

Either doesn't work with a phone or doesn't work at all. I downloaded the app and was setting up the play mat and it just kept repeating place the tile box on the magnetic box of the play mat. Couldn't get past that. Very disappointing for my four year old who was really excited to play.

This app worked fine for the first 5 times my son played it. Now it won't open. I have closed out thr software restarted my phone and Uninstalled and then reinstalled the app with no luck. The app opens to a black screen and never does anything else... the educational devices that the app works with are not cheap this app should not have this type of issue. I'm on 5 days of my son not being able to use his game.

Absolutely love Plugo. Started it with my kid when he turned 4 and he picked up quickly. Very educational and fun. I have bought more products from Plugo (including Piano, Orboot Earth and Tacto) and best investments ever!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! (You need to sit with your kid first and walk them through once.)

Great concept, engaging. Kids enjoy a lot. Worthy of 5 stars. But the app has issues. The installed app does not recognize the items on the game pad until the game is reinstalled. Please fix this. Update: Shifu team followed up with me about the issue and fixed it with priority. Thanks.

So far the best toy in my home. I love that the voice is super clear, we have to turn the tablet down low because the wrong answer buzz is painful for special needs child but voice is still loud enough to hear. So many great things to say about this system, easy setup, great customer service, I think my only issue is I can't find game descriptions to see what is appropriate for beginners who needs help with recognition letters and numbers.

Though while buying it seemed exciting. But as my son(5 yrs old)started playing, it felt quite boring and same things/questions repeating after another. (Magnet+link) . Even updated the apps today. kindly suggest, if i am playing wrong. Moreover the set was quite expensive too. Also there should be option to select any level in each game as it starts with very basic.

Set-up was really quick and works totally fine with my Samsung phone. Probably enhanced experience with a tablet/bigger screen. Overall, much better than I thought it would be. AR technology works really well and without issue. Sure this will help with spelling! Would recommend.

My daughter is special needs kindergartener/1st grade. She needed hands on learning and this app has been very beneficial. My wifi is terrible and i haven't had a single issue with the app. Just correct your device position (more to the left) and adjust your magnetic gaming piece until it reads properly then have fun. NOTE: Please make sure your tablet or device has the camera on the short side of the device. If it's on the long side then the camera may have issues configuring.

Good learning app. Although having a problem with frequently connection lost with gampad. Reason is - the new tablet we got (realme pad 10.4 inch) is having front camera in centre in landscape view. While the plugo app is expecting it in centre of portrait view. Request you to update the app configuration to support landscape centre camera mode.

Interface orientation is not changeable, camera on phone is on yhe bottom it doesn't flip or rotates the inter face , can't change the child profile details too. Placing the phone on the matt is hard it doesn't fit with or without cover

Honestly, it's a good game and I'm proud with the execution. It justs to be more difficult and tone down the lagging a little bit. Otherwise, it's an awesome game.

Amazing!! The issue was actively worked and resolved. Very professional. Thank you so much. As it truly deserves, I have upgraded my rating. 19th Nov I purchased Samsung galaxy tab A7 2020 model, only for using plugo. But this app doesn't even show install. It says the device is not compatible with this version. Please help.

When I use the Counting option and space game. It calls out the numbers. My niece places them on the Shifu, the number shows on the screen but for some reason it's not registering the correct selection. Says shes getting it wrong. But I'm sat right there watching and she is not getting it wrong. What's the issue with your game or app?? At this rate would prefer my money back.

App is very dump in identifying any alphabet placed and stuck forever Even after placing the letters and the camera is able to see the alphabet tiles placed in trunk, the word is not verified or identified by the app. Its stuck for ever. Waste of money. App is not working in both my devices, tablet and phone. The app requires a lot of storage as well (1.4GB for a single suit). No response for both the tickets raised from the my devices.

Been playing with it for over 2 hours believing the twins will greatly benefit from these. Each device you sync you may have to turn off everything ride prior to it working... my only issue is how to teach the kids progress. Update - unable log into the the parent hub app app stated that my devices (phone and Tablet-Samsung S22 ultra) were "not eligible devices to install the app". Cus serv (online) was very nice, asked for a week to find a fix, will update in 6 days.

It's not working!!! It's frustrating for my kids. We have the coding and games started, but then stop. The Bombom Chase I don't understand why even is there, because they can't do anything! The other games they can't finish or keep playing because the app just don't let them. It's frustrating, very frustrating for them. Waist of money!

Horrible game play and idea. we got this as a gift from Playshifu for a bad experience with a different game. we have a kindergarten daughter who is learning her letters and sounds. but when she got home and was excited to play the game it is set up Horrible and the scary part is it is meant for pre-school children. the game pieces are all in uppercase yet the game requires you to figure out the lowercase letters. the pieces are uppercase on both sides. so yet again we had frustration and tears.
