Worst company ever! They shipped son a iPhone from Saint Louis, MO was supposed to go to Wyoming (the state) and tracking info says that it was delivered to an individual in Saint Louis, MO and now "customer service" is supposed to get ahold of me within 48 or so hours! There goes 400 bucks!

The price is very low if compare to other countries. I never had iphone . And I hope one day I'll buy from plug tech. Because the price is very low and the phone like new . I love it

The App is nice, if there weren't issues. Tapping and sliding on the screen makes my screen have a spasm which shouldn't be happening at all.

It's good but they have to learn the price a little bit cuz it's too expensive baby like $200 and stuff but I waited at 5 and a 10 or a 10 out of 10 if I can get a free iPhone 🩷🩷🙏🏼

I love this app all the iPhone, android,mackbooks. Etc my iPhone 12 pro max was in great condition the Shipping took a little longer then normally and for some reason after the second day it didn't show me where the truck was that had my package but I definitely recommend this website

Ordered the 8 plus in good condition literally can't tell it was refurbished. It's only one scratch on the bottom by the charger port so far for 2023 the phone is operating well. Definitely will order again once I upgrade.

I bought an iPhone XR from Plug and it has done me well I did recently buy a new phone from another place known as Back market wasn't nearly as good with communication and didn't send me the right device and I had to find my own way to get it to work. So plug is highly recommended if you ask me.

Hey guys, so this app and the phones they sell are definitely not a scam I got my phone and everything was good, the only thing is that they say it's 2 day shipping and will be there the next day, but I ordered my phone December 30, 2021 and it's got here January 3, 2022. So don't expect it to be there super fast. Also they'll ask you to to download an app to track your package, that map is not accurate but the words such as out for delivery or in transit are accurate.

Absolutely terrible experience I was excited to buy from this company I had followed them on tiktok and was excited to support them. When my galexy s9 broke (from bestbuy) I decided to buy another of the same phone as I like it the phone so much the delivery was fast but I got the worst phone after a day it started dying at 78% I had to be plugged in all day. Then as the cherry on top the back started peeling off of the phone. Save your time and money don't get your phone here.

These prices are high they are scamming people bc these refurbished phones the same price as the new phones this is fake y'all might as well buy a new phone they even cheaper on other apps like Amazon Walmart and others look at they price vs them Amazon in Walmart phone look brend new !

I tried placing an order and it cancelled it a few minutes late after. After contacting them, they informed me that I was flagged for potential fraud and to replace the order again. So I did and the exact same thing. When I sent an email for both orders. It was the exact same copy pasted email. Now I'm out $400 (until they refund my money) and they have been no help. I've given up on buying from them.
