Overall, not a great app. Foremost, every time it opens it asks me to agree to the new terms of service. You hit agree, but the screen just stays frozen. I used to be able to log out and back on to get access. Now, it constantly tells me to agree to the new terms but the agree button does not work. In addition, I live in the South, and the app matches me with people in Michigan. It's common to get people hundreds to thousands of miles away, women🤮 or 20yrs older. Tons of fake profiles.

This site is annoying. I hate that it only lists cities, not states, cos there are cities of the same name in several states, so it's not always easy to see where someone is. Also wish there was an option to scroll without swiping one way or another. Sometimes I just want to look without deciding. I also frequently get an error message when sending a message. I end up having to copy it, close the app, reopen it and paste the message. But I guess for free you can't expect miracles.

The online version works well, with a limited free version and a paid, full-feature option. The app has the same options, but I find it confusing to use with the consolidation of several other sites into something called "Live!". It regularly jumps to this "Live!" feature regardless of what you choose to do. For example, click on the Messaging icon, and it will jump to Messaging for a second, then jump to "Live!". Plus it randomly prevents me from messaging. Poorly designed app...

Not really user friendly when every other message you try to send gets an error message asking you to retry. You have to exit out of the app, then try to send your message again, IF you don't have to rewrite it altogether. You can't find your messages in one place and you constantly have to refresh your pages. Other than that, it's ok. I've met 4 guys, in person, and have plans to meet 2 more, all within the first week. As always, the scammers are out there, so be safe and be smart.

Had to register again because i was locked out, and i paid for subcription the second time registering. After three or four days, they canceled my account, and now I can't get in to cancel my subscription, and the help center is no help at all. This has happened twice after I called out a scammer . Pof is the worst dating site I have ever been in. Update : went through the help center and they let me back on for a day. And then was locked out again. 59.99 down the drain. Don't pay if you use.

I keep trying to contact customer service with your guys process there's absolutely no way to remove my credit card. It used to be that you could remove it from the app. I'm fine with keeping a subscription but also I'm having one hell of a time every day 5-10 times a day with error messages then immediately crashes the app. It would be nice you guys could fix this problem I have sent in requests about this and no one seems to be able to help me, have reinstalled and reset cookies nothing works.

I can't remove people from my likes, so even if we aren't a match, I'm stuck with them cluttering up that part of the app. People will like you, but then you go to view them, and the app blocks you, which is weird. The messaging is buggy, SLOW to notify and only allows you to share pictures that are already part of your profile. And then all these dating apps forcing you to pay to get the basic features is so greedy. 3 stars at best.

I've met more people on this site than any other to be honest. However it would be nice to be able to reset my match list. I can swipe a couple a day then it runs out. (I have been on for a long time though so makes sense just wanna reset to see them all again.) Plus preferences change and might have accidentally passed on one when I meant message.

I paid for a one week subscription and all of a sudden both the app and the app developers are saying I don't have an account with upgraded subscription. Tried speaking with multiple reps and nothing has been done to get it resolved. Sent screenshots and everything. Pretty much stole my money. Update: Was finally able to get some assistance. Thank you for rectifying the situation.

Its alright but after specifically put location, shows people mostly everywhere else. Its profile, selfie verification sucks. Too damn picky, hard to get it to accept a slfie, hard to line up photo, and then even if you get a success, goes back and starts over. Very frustrating. All so frustrating puts profiles on a page that says something like picked for you and then have of them it brings up a notification thats says you are not what they are looking for, even if by thier profile you should

The app itself runs fine, but the company behind it seems super shady. The profiles they let you scroll through are of people that haven't logged in for almost a year. You get tons of interest when using the free version, but as soon as you pay to actually see who's who, the profiles are either several hours away or seemingly fake. Once paid for you suddenly stop getting interest from others. Major scam just to take your money. Just delete it and never look back.

The biggest thing that irritates me is this app doesn't keep potential matches within your search criteria. For example, if you only want matches within 25 miles of your zip code, or only matches age 42-55. It provides matches that are hours away geographically or matches 10 years younger/older than requested!! You have to scrutinize each potential match for basic information like that before you evaluate other things about the match.

The "free" version algorithm of this app just lures you to become a paying user. I swiped-right on someone and we matched. We were having a good and solid conversation, back-and-forth. The additional chat features were unlocked (like voice notes and sending photos). Then suddenly, as I hit the "send" button, I get this error prompt that my message couldn't be sent. POF deleted the profile of the person I matched with, just like that. An obvious successful match but POF won't make money so...Poof

I received a response from a woman I was interested in, and when I tried getting back to her, an error message came up. When I exited out of the app and reopened it, the exchange disappeared. Then, I've noticed that when I try to view the profiles of women who liked me, a message stating sorry , this profile is no longer available, even for upgraded members. It seems I won't be able to really get anywhere with getting to know different women as a result of these app bugs/glitches.

This app sucks I don't know much about other sites, you cannot have a photo of your pets as a photo on your profile even if it's not the main one. You can only send one first contact message once every 24 hours and when you do if you mess it up at all there's no retracting and resending you can't follow up either if you send an unfinished message accidentally you never know if the app will actually send your message because it fails seemingly 80% of time even on WiFi

This app has gone downhill. I don't like it. Previous version was better. There's no option anywhere to choose which notifications you get unless you turn off ALL notifications. It's annoying to get notified every single time someone "likes" your profile or goes "live". We should be able to choose if we want to receive those specific notifications or not. Too many pop-ups of an "error", not able to send a reply or message. I have to copy my message, close app and reopen just to send. Annoying.

This app is garbage. Half of the profiles are either fake or have been inactive for months. Can not change the distance or age range search. Worst of all, a profile will come up in mutual matches, you click on it and then the app tells you that they're looking for someone different and won't let you send a message or add to favorites. Again, this app is garbage.
