¹ IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OPENING A CARD ACCOUNT: To help the federal government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, the USA PATRIOT Act requires us to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU: When you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and your government ID number. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying information. Card activation and identity verification required before you can use the Card Account. If your identity is partially verified, full use of the Card Account will be restricted, but you may be able to use the Card for in-store purchase transactions. Restrictions include: no ATM withdrawals, international transactions, account-to-account transfers and additional loads. Use of Card Account also subject to fraud prevention restrictions at any time, with or without notice. Residents of Vermont are ineligible to open a Card Account.

I like the card it really helps me out but if you don't pay monthly they tax you on almost every transaction

Amazingly amazing, only a statement I made that forshadows itself into the paralleled hyperbaly in wich my first statement wich was only a reply from a servey question I answered honestly.

Who ever is stealing from me used this app to transfer money I'm pretty sure. I will not take any losses. So we'll see how customer service is soon.

This card is a joke !!! The locked my card after depositing 400 to it. They asked me for documents, I provided them with it ...not good enough. Submit more and still not good enough.

I like to play online casinos but my bank and credit cards have casinos blocked. Now that I have this card I can play at any casino I want. This card is awesome. Transfers from bank to debit card and vise-versa are quick. I highly recommend.

I love this card. The app is pretty straight forward and easy to use. I appreciate the security measures that safe guard my account. My money is available immediately when loaded at a store. I have used my card with multiple merchants and my payments went through perfectly. My card does what it's supposed to, without any issue, all the time.....

I've had my PlayCard account for almost 4yrs now. Never had any problems. Actually trust PlayCard more then 95% of the actual bank institution out there.

I would love to use the card but your fees are way to high for my budget so I do not use it no atm free no nothing is free to use that card so what's the point ill stick to my usual payment method no atm fees or balance inquires and very low international transfer fees .but not play card outrageously high compaired no transaction is without a fee with play card so no thanks I'll pass .
