the service is good but iaccidentally uninstalled play wallet app and install again then play wallet need private key idont have screenshot of my private key and now im broke now i have 300 wemix in that wallet please can i recover my private key that wallet have gmail can you add feature that everyone can recover ther private key or password by there login gmail in there play wallet plssss we need that

does not let me log in anymore always check your password even though i completely remember my password, the services submitting ticket just doesn't help please fix this issue 🙏

Been using this app for 3years now, when i updated the app it asked for private key and i dont have one and doesnt even know whats asking and now i cant use my account with many balances.

Hello Good Day it's my first time using this apps play wallet, unfortunately I forget my password. I could not log in my account. Hope their's an option if one of your customer forget the password.

done use this wallet. you will lost everything. privatekey will be the log in not the use and password that typical to common wallet such as metamask. people dont carry around thier private keys.

Absolute waste of time! Im staking crypto at a loss from the first deposit up to now, 3 years showing no profit at all ! Whats the use of investing if theres no growth whatsoever??? Any coin I swap to does not show any % increase or decrease. This wallet is micromanaging holders assets!

Can't log in on new update. I already copy my Private Key.. Always stock on Precaution page it won't proceed on next page for entering the Private Key.

Upon opening the app, it is directed to the private key menu prompting to enter the password. Seems not not normal. Never experienced this from previous version.

Unable to connect my wemix ID to gunship battle crypto conflict. I allow it a few times with in my play wallet but as soon I go back to my game its not been connected.

Stupid passkey update wemix!! After the pass key update i am unable to use my play wallet due to the wrong password. I am 100% sure i did not forget my password. Wemix team will just tell you that its in the "terms and condition" to remember your own password. They will not help you at all -1/10 DO NOT DOWNLOAD WEMIX TEAM RUN BY AUTO REPLY BOTS

Can't seem to find to assist me, my problem is my private key, i recently bought a new phone, after I downloaded play wallet on my new phone it requires me to put the private key, but the thing is beofore I downloaded play wallet on my new phone I deleted the play wallet on my old phone resulting on not getting my private key, I already tried on installing play wallet again on my old phone but it requires me my private key. So I really need assistance on this Thank you.

Be careful. This app will lock your assets if you happen to forgot your password/keys. And there's no way to recover. CS does not help as they are composed of bots with predefined templates.

I can't log in using my wemix account . i still remember my play wallet id and password but i can't log in because of the private key is there anyway to log in my account without private key ? i rarely use my play wallet and didn't have the time to check for my private key

Poor CS. Wemix does not want to help its client regarding the password/passkey. Even people entering the right password it will just say incorrect password. I hope that wemix can help its client regarding this issue.

became useless now. I started using this app way back mir4 early days. and kept using it. now it shuts me out of everything because it is asking for my password that I already forgot. can no longer retrieve my balance. great way on stealing someone else's balance.

Why I can't view may private key? The account that's already been connected can't view their own private key after the update. Private key should only be used when you forget your password not as the password itself. S2pid update. Please fix this

After the June 25th update, many users got affected by the private key update! It was a very bad experience because after the update I wasn't able to login because of private key, other users get the chance to view their private key while other's didn't. Like me, after the update the app redirects me to put my private key eventhought I did not see it in the first place. They did not ask for precautions and did not ask for passwords, just redirects me to put private key. Very bad update!!!!

I was able to added KLAY in my PLAY WALLET from external wallet. Change it to WEMIX. Then used it for gas fee and had game tokens. Now I want to change my game tokens to KLAY so I can send them to my external wallet. But it gives ERROR. So I was wondering how come. KLAY can go in but cannot swap or go out.

After 25 june update. My account was restricted and unable to login because of this " Private Key " which i never had before. I try to contact their support and their reply is really terrible, the company doesn't want to help and they closed by saying they can't help if we lost our " Private Key " which i never had before. If you don't help us i believe many people will sue your company.
