It could not properly identify the plant I took a picture of. It also could not tell me what was wrong with my plant, it gave me basic "it could be this or it could be that" It was everything that I had already found online. I installed the app so I could get specific answers, not the stuff I could find online for free. It would not let me cancel my subscription without contacting them all because I have an Android phone, if it was an Apple phone there was a direct link. Favoritism towards Aple

Tried the trial just to be sure. Yup, just a scam: what you pay for is a page where it says "overwatering, underwatering, uneven watering, too much sunlight, not enough sunlight, not enough fertilizer OR too much fertilizer". It literally lists every single problem, this is 99% of what the app does. As for the other features: there is none, no smart watering schedule, or any other schedule, nothing. The only thing it does is tell you the amount of water you need, to kill it it of course.

I'm not a fan of this app. The identifier is so so. I'm royally pissed off that after trying the FREE three day trial, which I had for one single day, and decided it wasn't right for me, and then tried to CANCEL but they make it so difficult to do that, it is very frustrating. I tried for two days straight to figure out how to cancel with no success. I'm not sure if this is intentional so they can charge the monthly fee or not. However,I finally mmanageto get an email address. Hopefully it works

This is the most ridiculous, user extorting app. It is not only giving you just three days of trial but also charges you $10 per week after that. On top of that you cannot really try because the app is constantly asking you if you want to upgrade. And lastly you have images of different plants under one listing. Sometimes totally different in looks. Very misleading.

Would like my refund! Charged me 18 hrs before expected, so the free trial period was not straightforward. I set a reminder to cancel a say ahead, but still was chargedbas I attempted to cancel! The app has poorly set defaults.. (white font on white background for AI chat). The plants' descriptions are being incorrectly paired with the pictures of others making it unusable for inacurracies. I need to money back for this horrible app that I've already uninstalled.

I tried this out. I took 3 separate pictures of a rose bush and the suggestions it gave me didn't match. Then I tried a multi picture of the same plant and the app told me I had reached my limit. I never did get a successful identification and now my only option is to buy the app. Not confident it will work and a 3 day premium trial feels like a trap.

It only let me take 3 identification pictures before it told me that my trial was up and that I needed to sign up for a subscription. All 3 identifications were incorrect. I mainly downloaded the app to help me diagnose some of my plants, but I was unable to even try this feature without paying for a subscription. Since this is an app that I would be using very occasionally, I would have preferred it to have ads instead.

This app is insanely expensive, has horrendous grammar and spelling, poor diagnostics of plant ailment, and redundant/conflicting advice. I'm sure I could list more issues if I had chosen to waste more than 10 minutes of my life on this app. I'm canceling my trial moments after starting it. I wouldn't use this app even if it was free. Google Lens is free, more accurate, and provides more information.

Should be 0 stars! It didn't identify plant correctly until multiple attempts. The diagnosis was not specific to my plant. It was generic: It might be under watering or It might be over watering. Maybe it needs more nutrition, or is over nourished. I tried to unsubscribe, it took me to iTunes music store. I have an Android device. Now I need to figure out how to unsubscribe before they start charging me.

This app doesn't do what it shows. In the advertisement, you take a picture and it gives you both a quick diagnosis with a remedy such as add sugar and water etc. This app doesn't do that. It gives me the same diagnosis for almost every plant with 5 different causes(easy to get from google) and that's it. You have to read a page of causes and no real remedy.

I've read most of the reviews about this app & disagree on 1 point. I had it identify 2 plants & it got both right, hence the 3 🌟. Would give 5 if the trial was better AND if it wasn't so expensive to purchase. I mean really ... $200.00 for a lifetime membership that's way out of my budget. I'm disabled & on a fixed income so I can't afford this. I'd love to purchase it but can't afford it! It's a good app though.

There is nothing free about this app. You get a couple of scans free and then you have to pay either each week ($6.99) or lifetime ($199 - wait! You can get it for 75% off! Woohoo.) How do I know if I want a Lifetime subscription after 3 scans? (Some of which were incorrect.) It comes up almost instantly to upgrade but I thought the basic info was free and additional info was premium. Nope. Time to uninstall and look around some more.

I found it from an ig advertisement, and i feel letdown. I tried identifying and also the anti-disease functions. The identifying worked well maybe but I wasnt sure if it was accurate, the picture was different than my plant and there were only 2 pictures. The disease feature was really vague, it basically said it could be over or underwater or over or under exposure to sun or not enough nutrients, which im like okay thats not super helpful. Then finally there were a few English grammar issues.

The app has big gaps in its information. E.g., it was unable to identify Antherium andreaenum, a very common house plant. Nor.did it have the species in its database. It was unable to identify a kalanchoe. It insists that my neon pothos is "sick", diagnosing brown spot fungal infection. But my pothos is perfectly healthy, with no sign of black or brown spots. I like the design of the app, with its intuitive workflow and useful features. But without accuracy, it's a no go.

Canceled free trial minutes after I started it. I tried it on a few of my house plants and it isn't completely accurate and there are a lot of grammar issues that make it hard to understand at times. Diagnosing plants just gives you different suggestions so you have to guess if it's over or under watering, etc. If you do try it (remember it's not free after the trial) just go to Google subscriptions and cancel it there as there is no menu in the actual app for your profile. Wish it was better.

Good luck canceling if you try the app. The only link is for iTunes users even though I downloaded from Google store. There is a link to an email address in the terms of service way down at the bottom, but it doesn't work. Scam! And as mentioned by others it gives super generic info, basically it might be "too much water or too little water". Duh!

Nice looking interface. Right out of the gate I was turned off due to the cost. I can pay weekly, or I can pay a huge one-time payment, and I have 3 days to decide. I tried identifying one plant and it can't get it right. I tried 3 times. It got the correct family but not the species. So, I'm going to pass. Disappointing as it would be nice to have help identifying issues my plants are having.

It's making me rate the app before I can access it. There's nothing in the Play Store indicating costs. you must accept the vague fine-print terms of service before you can see anything. so far, my vote is no confidence. Update: Immediately after submitting the above review, THEN it gives the rate page and the fee trial auto-renews to $6.99 per week after 3 days. There is nothing about this that indicates legitimacy. Uninstalled immediately.

This app DESPERATELY tries to trick you into paying for premium, repeatedly forces that screen on you, so you have to be careful when clicking next or continue. You get like 3 plant identification scans, and it's over, everything after that redirects you to buying premium again. I can't give it a one star since it at least worked for those scans. I'm even someone willing to pay for premium, I just don't like how predatory it is.

I tried to identify a plant and got 2 different answers. When I tried to Uninstall before being charged, I was unable to cancel without downloading ANOTHER apple app. So instead I contacted apple customer service and they were unable to help, they said I need to contact the developers... well, they aren't exactly easy to contact. This is not how I wanted to spend the past 30 minutes, and its still not cancelled. It should be just as easy to cancel a subscription as it is to sign up.
