The delivery service is absolutely horrible. I waited 4 hours for 2 large pizas to arrive. The restaurant is literally 15 minutes away!!!!

unfortunately the app is not user friendly, very confusing and the tabs available lag terribly, this app needs to be re designed with a more modern user friendly interface if not it will definitely result in loss of customers. nice attempt but revisions need to be made.

The location selection for delivery for your app, and from your site is complete trash. Why can I select the middle of the savannah as a location for delivery but not most of Port Of Spain when I've has food from your establishment delivered here before? I'll just get food from somewhere else.

Geez get this app fixed already. It's down for months now. The older version was workable. When using this app..at the very beginning you can't even select pick up or delivery. Total rubbish. The programmer big fat thumbs down

Because of my son, I'm an avid user of this app and I have got to admit, it has been quite easy and convenient. Site navigation is user-friendly, selection process is simple. And my order is always ready upon arrival for collection.

It allows you to order from the comfort of your home, which is very convenient for those without access to transport or doesn't have at all. It also gives you precise prices with the delivery fee included. This app is very useful and easy to handle. Really great invention.

This app is greedy you make a 48ttd deal and then when a person wants to check out they must buy something minimum 60 ttd to order when delivery already cost 25 dollars and drivers bring it late..so basically you are forcing people to pay almost 100 dollars for a bloody pizza ,funny thing is my own isn't even that large it's supposed to be private deal.. I'm very disappointed

app is not working. I ordered via the website. an hour has passed since the estimated delivery time and I am still waiting. when I try calling the south park branch, no answer. I tried messaging you on your Facebook page, no answer. 0/10 service. this is terrible.

To place the order was a breeze. The delivery time was miscalculated as we got our order delivered 1 hour and 45 minutes late. The driver was rude when he asked us what we wanted to do with the order as we asked about his lateness. This was my first time ordering through the app, and it would be my last time. Keep the pizza! Pizzahut Priceplaza.

Wish I could rate it -5 stars. Absolutely ridiculous. Service was terrible. After placing the order online since 8:45 I reached at 9:45 to collect only to meet one cashier, who didn't know anything,had to wait for 15ms before even being able to find out any info about my order, met at least 15persons waiting to collect orders they also placed about an hour beforehand (who still had to wait at least half hour) only to be told my order wasn't ready and they don't know how long again it would be.

Ive had this app since 2023, and since then ive had a few bugs here and there but recently the app has been unusable (literally) as in you cant select anything. Reinstalled now the app wouldn't even launch to the home screen🤦🏽. Im not sure who the dev team is for this app but poor poor work.
