Horrible, I had to wait for my order for more than an hour and they show on the app that the order is on the way but on the live link it is showing that the order is still in the kitchen. Who are you trying to fool?????. Pathetic and horrible service. My guests had to leave without eating and Pizza hut has to do a full refund for such horrible service.

The hut reward is never updated even after multiple times of reporting the issue. This issue has been the same since Jan 2020 and even after repeated mails and communications it is still the same . Rewards are not reflected ! Next as of Nov , 2020 , the pizzas have lost its value . It is not worth anything . Just horrible , no toppings , no cheese , over cooked base etc.. too many to name ...

The application is very good .. however, it have three things really need to be improved.. the first one on the offers section if you want to order an offer pizza not all type of pizzas are there. Second thing if you want to remove an item from the pizza that option is not there in some of the pizzas .. the finally .. if you want to add remarks such as put the piperoni under the cheese on the piperoni pizza .. now one even read it .. so you need to do the old fashion and call pizza hut

Very bad experience...the restaurant cancelled the order with out calling or giving any feedback 😕 and even after contacting the customer service twice..nothing done...no pizza and no money...this is my first order through the app. And ofcourse the last one. 👎

Very bad service. My friend was waiting for 1 hour 15 minutes cause of your - ♾ rated service. He had problems with your team's communication, delivery and the overall service. Next time he expects a multilingual staff, on time delivery and good pizza actually worth his time. Don't disappoint my friend again.

As much as the app is user friendly, and since you encourage using your app, your delivery is very unsatisfactory. I ordered twice today. In the afternoon I was supposed to receive my order at 2pm...got it only by 2.45. Evening, was scheduled for delivery at 7.30, yet customer service informed me that they can deliver only at 9pm. Sadly this would not motivate me to order on you app. I take away 2 stars, one for each order of mine today. Sorry.

The program does not work, when you submit a purchase order, the program puts an old date for the order and records the order without paying the amount. Also, the other problem is that there is no follow-up by the staff in customer service, as well as they are not interested and unprofessional in dealing with the problem, for example, I ordered a pizza Yesterday and until now, it has not been received....disappointing

Very good app, I like using it simple and intuitive , to the point, but my issue With the default address don't load while checking out.. I have to manually enter the address every time I order which is annoying , also I can't edit my address , only there is delete option

Very bad 👎 😕 I have placed an order online from application, and i called and confirmed my order as well before going to pick up. And then they said from the salmiya old souk my order was canceled 😞. And it will be delivered or they will make a new one if I need after 45min from the time of the order that I placed !!! This is really not acceptable and I'm disappointed with the service even the customer care staff also was not satisfying. It's really bad this issue should be escalated.

The ordering system is fine. But the tracking and order history section is crazy. Does not update accordingly. And the reward points are not updated properly. I missed reward points on 2 orders because of the bug in the order history and tracking pages probably because my orders are still active!

Loved the application and the sincere customer support until one fine day. The order is delayed by 2 hours! Worst of all the application shows a 30 mins delivery time! I had been anticipating it haven't received it yet! I would have prepared accordingly if I have mentioned earlier if it does take 2 hours, but NOPE. Sorry guys, you lost a loyal customer. Worst if all, disappointed I was left with nothing, not even a repaying offer/coupon.

I've difficulty trying to browse and navigate through the app menu, so much lag and app become unresponsive and it doesn't just stop there, at checkout the app simply give me msg "we couldn't place order, please try again!" This app is just broken I don't know how they release such things without testing. Edit: after dev response I tried to give app another try, issues I been talking about seems to be fixed, app working just fine atm!

1. Please make sure your delivery employees are familiar with the areas to which they deliver the orders. 2. The rewards section doesn't update. It is always zero no matter how much you buy. 3. I wonder why, unlike other apps, the customer has to choose pick up or delivery, add the address and set the order time before even seeing the offers and the prices to decide whether he is going to make an order or not!

Very very disappointing experience. The order was supposed to be delivered by 7.13pm yesterday evening but received at 8.15pm and upon asking very casual response. The boxes were not stickered with "safety blue stickers". Pizza was not hot. The app also not upto. The order tracking is not at all good. It just got stuck with order confirmed till now. Better to order thru website.

Updating my review 28-3-2021. Super bummed out you guys removed the buy one get one free deal from the app. From personal experience, In a lot of cases, it was the main thing that got many people to order Pizza Hut instead of other alternative competitors in Kuwait. Also, I've noticed the Hut Rewards seem to be bugged, if you sometimes use different phone numbers, on the same account to order from the app it doesn't update the rewards as it should and it stays the same.

App was working until they supposedly upgraded it. Now I can't access it. I have over 800 points accumulated which I now can't use. It says it will send me a notification which I should agree to first. They never send it. I've tried several times without success. The exact same thing happen to my McDonalds app. Exact same update notification. They must be using the same app administrator. Unless they fix this they have lost my frequent use of their establishment!

worst customer service support. I got admit food is good but they're very bad at keeping they're word. they're program pizza hut reward is the one of the worst. I have been ordering food through application and I only get the first order reward after there is no adress. I even called the customer team and enquiry about the issue still no response they told me they will contact me back it's been a month after that still no response. food is good but never trust they're word

app is good. but pizza hut kuwait..pizzas option are less, delivery fee for every order now also on buy one get one free. location wise, pizza quality is different. Apart from pizza, more focus is on the side and dips and wings.
