Deals that aren't available at my store are available to order, right up to the end. Cost ia unclear as toppings are added or removed. No way to select light sauce. The "leave at my door" option doesn't appear to transmit to the store, given the fact that the drivers won't leave the pizza despite being communicated through the app selection, the speaker on my ring camera, and generally no one coming to the door. Overall a terrible experience that I have given too many second chances.

I closed my account a long while ago and then recently renewed it. However, I'm plagued with issues such as: unable to change my preferred restaurant, unable to change email preferences, unable to see reward points, etc. Contacting Pizza Hut support has proven pointless. After contacting them several times & being told that they would escalate, nothing has changed. So, if you close an account, create a new one if you return.

Easily the worst android app I have ever used. The issues happen repeatedly every single time I have ever tried to use this app regardless of how recently it's been updated. The app won't log in, crashes when trying to look at menu, crashes when trying to put together an order, crashes when trying to add item to cart, crashes when trying to look at cart, crashes when trying to checkout, crashes when looking at or using rewards. Takes 10+ minutes to try to order 1 single pizza. Pizza is 5 stars.

App offers lots of potentially great options but freezes and looses information or crashes completely. I've spent 30+ minutes trying to order a pizza on the app only to have it loose the order and its lost my free pizza offers. One was replaced with an email and the second one is not added to my app,an email or my account. Love my Local 13 mile and VanDyke warren MI location. Pizzas done well and timely. Michelle has always made every visit pleasant and timely. I am grateful. But, the app.??🤔

The credit card never works the first or second time. If that worked I would give 5 stars. I love being able to see all the deals and work through my orders unrushed. It is very frustrating to have to delete my card from the app, then have to put in the EXACT SAME information and try again, most times twice, to complete my order.

I have no clue what is wrong with the app but ordering is next to impossible, it's incredibly laggy, and half the time when I try to order stuff it tells me it's having problems and try again some other time or it just straight up crashes. I was literally trying to order something now and after fighting with the app to put the item into the cart, I got to the payment screen and it literally just took everything out of my cart.

The website was at times not responsive and had poorly thought out menu options when selecting your food. I tried out the app only to find it is the website linked through an app. I ordered a dinner box, and for some god forsaken reason, a 1 topping pizza does not prompt toppings options. Instead, you get pizza options, none of which are one topping. So you have to choose a pizza and deselect the toppings and add your own. It's the little things, but I hardly believe Pizza Hut can't do better

It is very difficult to order a pizza if you have an existing account. Mostly when you get to the ordering for carryout/delivery, if you're logged in, the app doesn't register your email address as "entered". For some reason the email box populates with the first and last name on the account instead of the email address associated. TLDR; If you need to order through the app, log out.

Pizza is great. App is terrible for this time and age. Should be able to auto fill card information, and always allow email to be edited, because it thinks its automatically picking the right one. But it's just filling in your name, preventing you from submitting the order "because it needs all your contact information" that it won't let you change

The app and website are so incredibly broken that it takes me ages to order a pizza. Once I went to pick it up and the order hadn't gone through at all, but it did eat my rewards points. I had to call the rewards IT line to get my points back then reorder the pizza and wait at the store. The app closes randomly and deletes everything in the cart. Using coupon codes also causes it to crash. I adore the pizza y'all make and the workers are always kind. Please, please, fix the app and website.

Easiest way to order since Pizza Hut went to using overseas call centers. BUT the app SUCKS. It's EXTREMELY slow. Slow to load, each selection is met with a very long processing pause, lots of times the deal that I go through the trouble of meticulously ordering ends up not being available at the store. Absolute pitiful, glitchy app. It's either the app or take your chances calling and not being able to understand a single word of broken English by the representative.

App suddenly and randomly closes. Very frustrating when you're almost done creating your order and have to start completely over multiple times. Almost gave up and ordered dominos. Lucky for pizza hut, their boneless wings are much better. Edit. The above was written in 2021 and STILL CRASHES! At least in 2021 I could make it through an order after about 30 crashes. Now it crashes immediately. Unbelievable

PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THE APP IS DOING!! App was buggy. I had to open it 3 different times to place the order. Also looking for topping is almost impossible. You have to choose the pepperoni pizza in the main selection then take off that to order a different topping. Took me 15 of looking to just try that and it worked. Finally it almost delivered it to another address that wasn't even in my "delivery addresses" almost gave some one a few free pizzas if I didn't catch that!

App crashed on me first time using it...had to uninstall and reinstall, but both times, it does not give me access to my rewards points. The website always messing up and not showing my points is the reason for me downloading the app expecting different results. This needs to be resolved because it makes me feel like I'm being conned out of using my rewards. Food is always delicious, but the website is a never ending problem that needs more focus.

I AM ONLY RATING THE APP. Can't seem to access a description of their 'melts.' New item to me. It is hard to go "back" in the app. and add an item.... The app. makes you cancel your order, and then you can go back to the menu. I Can't tell if delivery instructions were filled in... does not "seem" to limit the number of words...(?)... but displays only ONE line of text. Not a user friendly app. for those of us born during the rise of pizza hit.

App rarely works. I try to order and it usually tells me that a network failure has occurred. I usually have to close the app several times before it will work and a few times I ordered from somewhere else because the app wouldn't work at all. It's very frustrating. Update: Tried to redeem my points and a network error occurred. Now my points are gone and I didn't receive what I redeemed them for. Big fail!!

This app sucks, if you can get it to go past the login phase without crashing, you can add food to the cart, then it glitches out when you add a second item and removes the first item half the time. If you try to use their "deals" section and add more than one item to your cart, it cancels BOTH items "deal" This app is trash, 90% of the time I can't even sign in because it crashes as soon as I click the button.

The app is slow. It doesn't allow you to call the store. It doesn't save your information when reordering. It's a pretty terrible experience overall Edit: 2 years later. Still no change with the app it still sucks as an app. It seems to be a web app that's bundled into a mobile app. The user experience sucks. Pizza Hut get in touch with me I have some technical notes.

This is an absolutely horrible app. Want to change from carryout to delivery? Screw you, you have to start the entire order over! Very few customizable options when building a pizza or combo. None of the comment boxes can take much text, which becomes a bigger issue when there aren't good customization options. Unfortunately, using this horrible app is still easier and less frustrating than ordering by phone, because you cannot speak to a local restaurant. Your call goes to a call center.

Usually a struggle to get the app going (sign in glitches, app crashes), but once I finally get in, things tend to run smoothly. Much easier than trying to call the store and order, especially with some better deals being online only. Needs some improvements, but overall not a terrible experience. Frustrating once in a while, but no enough to avoid using.
