I couldn't verify because the app has an issues to input RT/RW even my address is the same with the ID card, annoying

1. They only have basic chart, you can't put any indicators in the chart such as moving average, rsi etc. 2. No stop loss function or trailing profit 3. Can't running auto order so need to do order manually and for me it's so annoying. I think this app still need a lot of improvement if you want to compete with other crypto app

For beginners like me, this application is very helpful, easy to use and learn about crypto. Just a suggestion that the options for transferring funds be increased and made easier, especially for e-wallets, not just those registered with the same cellphone number.

1. Set limit order, didn't hit. Weird. 2. Chart is different from Binance etc. Weird. Seems like your apps and camera integration with itel s23+ blum bisa focus dan tidak smooth. That's the reason why KYC got rejected terus. Chat feature kept on closing. Please fix the bug.

i cant even create pin, always needed to confirm pin whereas my pin is correct. and FIAT withdrawal takes to long. Live chat didn't respond (already waited around 10 minutes).

Easy to use but the price is relatively too high compared to the real market price. Having no advanced charts make it really hard to analyze the market.

Not really good apps compare to other apps the price gap too big also the chart only have basic chart. To simple for advance trader. Please give more complicated features on the chart analysis and futures trading

I really love how easy to access this app is, and all coins mostly available, but why the chart is slow to update realtime price, and why the entry price is different from the chart making enough confusion to entry at the right spot

So far so good. Easy user interface, no problem on deposit & withdraw. Legal, safe, low fee than other, very good. Many coins listed. BUT, please help to add the US$ currency as well on it. Thank you in advance!

Used to have a very good experience with this apps, however I recently came back to it and was unable to withdraw my IDR balance, support is very slow and is not helpful. Support keeps repeating that my bank account may be dormant or inactive, the support person named Adrian seems incapable to understand that a bank account that is actively used to receive and send money, as well as being used daily, cannot be dormant or inactive. Left unresolved, i will be making report to the news media.
