Good game, love the idea, but hit detection is all over the place. It's to the point where it goes against the flipper physics, making the game frustrating and very easy to lose progress. And I really don't like it when I have to get premium to continue from checkpoints. I never spend money on games, and because of that, I have to play the same first levels over and over. That's boring and uninteresting. Will keep playing, but please do something about it.

Amazing idea for virtual pinball. Graphics, gameplay, physics are all top-notch. Buy the premium version for a few bucks, it's worth it to save at checkpoints. @devs please add full button support for navigation and play. Currently the flippers work with buttons but it'd be great if you had button navigation too for virtual pinball tables. Thanks!

Consistently an amazing game, it's one of the very few games I have reinstalled occasionally while trying to play a game just for the sake of the game, the music is fantastic, the levels and music are integrated so well that it really immerses you into a world of chill, nighttime musings, hallucinations that actually are real... There's a secret to the level design that if you keep your eyes open, you will see, and once I discovered it, I felt a vastly deeper appreciation for the developers.

I've been playing this game for years and love it. BUT, an update is long overdue. Please!!! Edit - I'm having a lot of performance issues that started when I reinstalled the game on a new phone. The left flipper randomly sticks. I have reinstalled twice, and because I love this game I'm trying one more time. Perhaps I'm just wasting my time and the app is no longer being maintained - which seems to be the case.

What I liked aboit the game was how the game feels where you hace this Tronish/somewhat 80's retro vibe (including the soundtrack). The main problem of this game is how the game is controlled. The flippers on don't even function like what a normal pinball flipper would. Not to mention, the game itself can be more frustrating even when the controls were off. Bit really, do you need to buy the premium pack to get checkpoints? Really? That's more disappointing like what EA would do.

Great theme and idea but incredibly frustrating very early on. You're constantly on a tight time limit, trying to earn extra time as you go, but a problematic spot or a miss-timed bumper can have the ball falling back through several stages. And once you've lost any ground in this game, good luck making that ground back in time. I wouldn't call myself a pinball enthusiast but I fell like this game should be more fun and rewarding, instead of punishing.

Great time passer. Graphics are GREAT!!! I Like how you adjust the settings on it also. The levels aren't too hard but definitely challenging. I paid for the pro version of this game and it was definitely worth it. This game brings pinball to a whole new level. Even if you don't like playing pinball you'll like playing this game. Try it out and if you like it purchase the product version it's worth it not having to start back at level 1 when you were on level 5 when your game ended.

Amazing Soundtrack and Great Atmosphere Buy the soundtrack on Bandcamp. This is a fun "tower-climb"-style Pinball table with seemingly endless progression and matching synthesizer tracks for each area. I'm sure it can be completed, I've just always run out of time before reaching the final level. It's challenging, has nice mini-game interludes, and looks great.

enjoyed the game initially, so i purchased the full version. On playing, I realized that there were major issues with flippers not flipping when tapped, whiched caused balls to be lost and levels having to be restarted. There is also the issue of the full version only having 8 levels, and after you reach the final"infinate" level you can only play on time that you earned previously. overall, the gameplay and concept was fun, but there siould be much more for the full paid version!

Fantastic game that deserves a far better rating than what its been given. I full-clear the game on the regular, and the soundtrack is emotional and the game deeper in theme than most people will ever realize. I wish the game was longer, and that it was designed as a table rather than it's not so endless climb to the top. Anyone complaining about the difficulty simply is lacking in the skill required for self-evaluation. Every day they simply add to their own perpetual struggle in this world.

PinOut's greatest flaw is that there just isn't as much as you crave, there's 8 boards to clear before you start looping, and trying to clear them as fast as possible or reach as far as you can into OVERTIME is really fun, but I crave more. If you just want to reach "the end" you'll get about an hour of play time. There are never any ads which is lovely and you can go beginning to end of the game without paying (although doing so is much harder since you won't have access to checkpoints!)

Great music and atmosphere and a soem fun arcade gameplay. I beat it, getting through all available stages and then heading into overtime. That said, I've now uninstalled. After I beat it, all that's really left to do is try to perfect your times to get a little further in overtime and that quickly got more frustrating than fun as I felt I had to restart at every minor mistake. That might be a me thing though. Definitely give this game a shot, but be ready to let it go once you're done.

Enjoyable pinball game with a futuristic neon theme. You aren't locked to a single screen, but keep trying to climb further and further up the course. The countdown timer keeps the pressure on, but there are checkpoints so it isn't too frustrating. You get to keep your best runs and carry forward your extra time, which makes it highly replayable. Overall a well designed and balanced game. Kudos to the developer. The game is anything but "mediocre"!

This game is addicting. I love everything about this game. The music, the aesthetics, the vibe. This is the only game I have to play with the volume up. My one complaint is that sometimes the ball follows predetermined angles off of the flipper so even if you're slightly off the timing on the flipper you get a wildly different angle for the ball. Not that big of a deal since it encourages developing better timing. Overall an amazing game.

This is how games should be made. What a masterpiece. Sound, colors, fun factor ... Thats what I've been saying... Then I hit level 6. WEEKS of trying and cant get past it. Paddles are super far apart so a miss sends the ball back almost 1/2 a map segment. You need to hit the ball perfectly 100% of the time, after figuring out the right path to take, in the matter of seconds. Infuriating.

Honestly one of the best games I've played on Android. Great graphics, incredible music, and just a really neat concept in general. They only in-app purchase is the ability to resume from checkpoints, which isn't even needed to enjoy the game. Loses 1 star because it hasn't been updated to accommodate modern tall screens, so the sides are a bit cut off. It makes it feel a little more cramped than my old phone, and the ball occasionally goes off-screen. Hope they'll update it!

A beautifully designed game with an awesome OST. Even the ambient sounds like the faint air blowing, and particles that appear after a ricochet makes the experience all the better. Adding more time through the retro mini games and powerups makes this even enjoyable and challenging. By far one of my favorite pinball games. Hope there is a version two in the future. Thanks a million to the designers and musicians!

The only game I have ever bought. Big mistake. I love real pinball, computer pinball, any type of pinball. The problem with this game, is once you reach level six it is impossible to complete. The ball is too slow with many unrealistic obstacles for level that starts with 20 seconds. Fix this level, so we can move on. My son, husband and I have been stuck on it since I bought the game almost one YEAR ago. Add some more time or speed ball up. I don't mind a challenge, but come on. Be realistic.

One of my favorite games! An absolute gem with incredible audio and visuals. The polish makes the game feel real. I still remember playing this game in high school and being blown away (senior in college now). However, it seems certain game events scale with frame rate. For the racing mini game, it is absurdly fast while my Pixel 6pro is set to 120hz, while at 60hz it is much easier. My score difference upon changing my frame rate in settings went from 8 to 40.

Fun enough that I was willing to pay the $2.99 for checkpoints but my transactions were always declined regardless of payment method. Play balance, PayPal and card transactions were all declined and yes, there are funds on all. A fresh take on pinball and granted there are a limited number of boards before they repeat but it was worth it to me.
