Samsung s23 updated now I can log in or out. my husband installed it on his and it works great. both phones exact same settings. plz help when I log on it just sits there at loading... I tried on different phones, and it works and on chrome on other phones, it works. just not me

I wish there was an option to receive notifications from this app (ex. when your schedule is posted or changed last minute). There have been many days where my schedule was changed and I wasn't told about it, resulting in missed work and me being greeted by angry managers, wondering why I didn't show up. Adding notifications would easily boost employee productivity and reduce the amount of no show's. Other than that, the app functions as it's supposed to and I have all the info I need on it.

Horrible app Pilot can't find my location so I can't clock in. It worked before but it's been 2 weeks now.

I work for Pilot and this app is awesome for everything related to my job. From clocking in & out, fuel discounts, my meals, our learning center, checking on or making changes to my benefits & contacting HR. This app does it all & more!

Glitches. Buggy. SLOW! My goodness, is it slow. It's gotten slightly better since this latest update, which is why it is 2/5, instead of only one.

The new app has to many problems and flaws. I am not able to get the log on and out page to load at all it just closes the whole app when I try to open it up. I wasn't having these issues untill after the app update.

So many issues... My meal discount and fuel discount work but the clock in section doesn't work at all! It would also benefit EVERYONE if there were a way to get notifications for schedule changes or anything else important... It's really aggravating to constantly fight with the app!

I've tried everything to get it to work without luck!!! I cleared browser data again!! Cleared Cookie data and made sure third party cookies were allowed!! It's still not loading Timeclock!! It says third part cookies aren't allowed, but they are!!! I restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, updated Chrome and it still does not work!!!

Awful, can't get app to even open. We are supposed to use it to clock in and out, get our meals while at work, and use our fuel discount. I can't even get it to open! I've restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app... Still doesn't work! And when I do finally get it open at home.... It glitches again and won't open for days at a time.

Have not been able to sign into app for almost two weeks now. The myboards in the store are often slow or don't work at all so I end up clocking in late or having to have a lead do it for me. Considering how the store is being ran, it honestly doesn't surprise me that something like this isn't working either... Corporate has low standards everywhere I guess.

app is pointless You have to sign in 2 , 3 times just to clock in if it works. Most times you get. this page has expired. Even though you went threw 2 sign in prompts. The apps also to big for an app that takes you to web apps forwarding you to a web page which guess what You sign in again. won't even get started with standing in the middle of the store and told I'm not in my expected area At least let managers if the on the schedule clock in regardless.

GPS always putting me to far away while in the store, no push notifications for important things like schedule changes, trouble opening alot, says update to continue using with no update and can't continue without it. Considering this is the only way to do things through pilot code it needs major improvements. Our company this large should be able to produce an app capable of doing what it's supposed to when it's the only way you can do things within the company

This app sucks so much dick its lips smoke. Everything was just fine the way it was without this trash, but now. Its saying i need biometrics on my phone to have the app work. Or it crashes. I have to waste my lunch printing a piece of paper. Why cant we just give our employee numbers. Please have some people who know how to fix it look at it. And our systems computer as well. Every 5 sec my scanner doesnt work, or my pinpad resets itself. Causing long lines.

Has anybody figured out how to get the "Recent posts" under the dicounts section to show anything other than a white screen on Android? Used to work on Apple. Can open PDF's after downloading and can click images but text is non existent. Been like that over a year and a new phone doesn't help any. If it's over 2 lines long before "see more", unable to view past that point.

Not a fan of the barely functional biometrics, constant problems logging in or viewing schedules. Right now stuck on a 'you need to update to log in' screen with no update available. I'd rather just clock in normally like every other job. Only actually let's you clock in or out about half the time. Pressing buttons will often just refresh the screen but not actually do what the button is supposed to do. Seriously quit making me use this please.

I have had this app for years, every once in a while I have an issue here and there but nothing major to complain about. But the last 2 days I haven't been able to punch in and out. Though it let's me do everything else with the discounts ect. Just doesn't make sense I have Uninstalled and Reinstalled the app 3 times same results. Something needs to fix it cause idk whatelse to do. It has been making me late.

Problems with logging in frequently. Also there's no push notification option, for important things like schedule changes. If no one calls me to tell me it's changed how am I to know? Would be convenient if that were an option. And helpful for the company as well I imagine. Also needs a way for each store to communicate with each other on the app. That would be very helpful too 😊

I really wish someone would fix the constant issues with this app. I sign on & my fuel discount works and my meal discount works but cannot get the clock in/out page to load. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail. I am using a brand new phone & everything worked fine last week. Even went to the cricket wireless store to see if they could figure it out but they suggested everything I had already done. Our my board at the store doesn't work so that's not an option.

Worked great until it didn't. Haven't been able to log in to the time clock for almost two weeks now,a couple of coworkers can't either. Chrome always redirects me to the app, so I have to run through Brave to clock in. I've uninstalled three times, cleared cache, you name it. It just shows a loading page. When you close out from any other page or go to minimize to use two pages, the new one never opens. If you guys can fix this, the app would be great compared to the older one.
