Very good application for payments, you can pay slips, buy games, order food, all for the same application, can still withdraw money in a bank 24 hours and better without fee, I used this code "GBWENM" and after my first deposit by credit card already won 10 reais back, very good, I recommend !! ❤️✨

App keeps stopping. Tried clearing the cache and still it's failing. Would also like to add that 6 digits (mandatory) is far from a secure password protocol

I have never created an account with you but I always receive transaction emails. I don't know how they can be such an unserious company if they handle money transactions. I have never registered or validated an account, I am also from Chile so your application does not even work for me. Please contact me and fix this.

Absolutely useless app. 1 out of 10 transfers passed. Support team can only copy the same answers and always do nothing. Security team - denying transfers from veryfied customers are at the bottom of stupidity. Do not rely on this app!!!

I do not recommend it! Its has a horrible customer service! If you have any question or problem to be fixed! Forget about! No solution! They never help you! Stupid app! To much trouble! They ask you to many personal information! They never take phone call! You can talk only with machine! If like headache and a lot of trouble! Download it! Definitely you gonna lose your peace! Zero star!

Amazing app to pay. I've started to use again since the problems evolving PIX transactions, not because of that but 'cause of the thieves here in Brazil who kidnap people to steal their cell phones and force them to transfer money from their accounts via PIX, which is a great form of immediate payment to definitely abandon the paper money as we know and use it nowadays.

When you try to recover your account using another device, your phone number has changed ..... how do you confirm with the old number? This application has serious problems Apparently the developers are relaxed for not creating options to change the phone number or email confirmations, what a disappointment!

My identity card is Brazilian, but because I am a foreign national the card isn't the same format as those issued to Brazilians. Because the card format is different it is recognized by the template windows in PicPay app registration. When I sent a contact message to the app developer instead of trying to help they just blew me off.

Foreigners are not allowed to sign up without a Brazilian phone number. It would be nice to register to use while I'm in Brazil but the app will not allow it. It would be a great idea and make lots of money for the company if tourists could use it here. Tourists spend lots of money.

It was better. After the pandemic the service is getting worse each day. I had few problems with them and the support was a terrible experience. For now I'm trying to use the less I can. Hope they can improve but I'm not recommending it right now.

PicPay is the best digital banking platform, no competition. They recently gave me a R$12 bonus out of nowhere. The app is easy to use and the mastercard is accepted everywhere, and PicPay facilitated people's lives by giving them early access to their funds during the Auxilio emergencial payments. They deserve 5 stars for now.

Just don't lose your time. Worst payment app ever. Promos are not worth it, has a lot of bugs and the SAC is awful. Plus, all your transactions are published as public by default, so anyone with your username can track your activities. I had a major problem with uploading files, so tried SAC up to 4 times and every time they sent the same automatic message. In the last time, the staff made me wait an entire day and didn't solve my issue. This app is bad in so many levels.

Never install this app, please. You will never recall a PENDING transaction to a person that you know, you know why?, because the service to support you takes more time than you need. You cant create a case, you can't create a account without number, you can't take the status easier. Your transition to Steam cards and riot cards didn't come with PIN code.

Simply awful. It used to be simple and practical to use, but now transactions never get through, you can't transfer from a baking account, and they always refused any credit card, for any amount, even though I provided documents and address. Don't recommend to anyone.

Kinda bureaucratic but it works. Interface is completely counter intuitive, it's easy to spend a lot of time looking for functions that should be at main screen like paying bills… Has the superb feature of sharing payments, which is (I'd say) unique to this app. Verdict: cool app but could be improved.

The experience and usability is really good, very intuitive and easy to understand. The credit/debit card functionalities are really useful and adjustable to your personal needs. Sometimes it gives you an error and the payment or transfer doesn't happen instantly and you have to wait 5 minutes so you don't make the same operation twice.

Really good bank. I got confused with original transferring but now i do love the PICPAY. For me is a good bank.
