How does Picnic work?
1. Download the app and order your groceries online
To order at Picnic you need the Picnic app. Download it now and register. You can collect all the groceries you need in the app as soon as you can order. Make a shopping list, and choose a delivery time. We’ll take care of the rest!
2. We take care of your shopping
Now it's our turn! As soon as we have all orders for the next day in, we send our shopping list to our baker, greengrocer, and the other suppliers. Once everything is neatly packed, we are ready to leave for your neighborhood. We keep the fresh products nice and cool in separate crates.
3. We deliver your groceries to your home for free
With our sustainable, electric cars we drive through the neighborhood via smart routes. In this way, we ensure that everything on your shopping list is delivered to your home, punctual to the minute.

great delivery service, never anyth missing from what was ordered, all the products of the same quality as in edeka shop itself. once (out of 9 deliveries so far) the delivery was a bit delayed - so they offered chocolate as an apologise for the next one. plastic bags from a previous order are picked up and reused, very environmental friendly.

4.5 star experience! We've been using Picnic app since covid time, and it only got better. Now you can tip the deliverer via the app using Ideal. There is a useful field to add instructions for the deliverer on how to find the address. The only thing in need of improvement is how the items are being packed. I have stopped ordering products that are prone to be damaged when placed under heavy, hard packages (such as custard or green salad).

Can't complain at all. Delivery is always on time, delivery guy is kind; Prices are okay too. So far, no downside. Maybe the product choice could improve, but they just started anyways, so I am sure that'll take a bit of time. Good!

An unexpected plus point is that when I (inevitably) forget to add something to my list, I don't have to plan another trip to the store to pick it up. I can just add it to my already-booked delivery without any extra fees!

Easy in use, but would be even better if more vegan products were listed as such. I now see a lot of vegan products listed as vegetarian or not even that. If I wasn't already familiar with these products, I might have scrolled past them, and who knows what else I miss when I'm in a hurry.

I am so thankful for Picnic! Due to my chronic illness I'm basically bed ridden from time to time. Usually I have to buy a bunch of microwave dinners or canned foods so I can rest in bed to recover. But thanks to Picnic I can more frequently buy fresh produce without having to leave my house! Their sortiment is large and their deals are saving me money. The function of being able to add products after you've already ordered is very useful too! The drivers are all super friendly and on time!

I would also like picnic to make a desktop version for 2 reasons. 1. My handy is very small and old so when it breaks down i wont get another so looking at tiny pictures doesnt appeal to me. 2. My computer screen is huge so hopefully in the near future we can order from our computers.

Cute app and very easy to use. But maybe consider the assortment for more countries foods included? Majority of the selection are Western though!

The experience and everything are amazing. I give it 4 stars because I believe that picnic as an international company and since in their warehouse they used English as the main language. They should also have the app fully translated into English. If they change it in the future, I will give it 5 stars.

This app is simple, easily understandable and amazing. It was so easy to use. And the delivery was just great, I could follow the deliver person as they drove here. Plus, the person themself was extremely friendly, helpful and smiley. Just an amazing app overall.

Overall good quality service and the payment summary easy to read. If something is out of stock you get money back and on top of that sometimes get a free replacement product. Also delivery times are always accurate. BUT... I really need more payment methods. I need to use Mastercard debit or Paypal options. Please add it. Untill then i'll order at Jumbo.

I missed my order, that part is on me. The very intermittent support contact and a lack of drivers, I did not like though. I ordered groceries in bulk because I am unable to pick them up from a location... Now I will receive a partial refund, since it wasn't possible to reschedule the delivery. Edit: I gave you a second chance, my oder was delivered in a timely manner, I am happy thus far. But if you don't refund about to expire produce, why did you sell me expired bread?

Please let us set diet preferences not only for recipes. I don't eat meat so I don't want to scroll through all meat sales to get to the stuff I actually care about. In general i thin the sale page is really bad to find stuff you actually would care about because there are no options to filter at all. It's just scrolling and scrolling and scrolling. Apart from that I think the app is nice to use and look at. Good job.

Overall not too bad but unfortunately it's not possible to remove products once the order is made. Yes, I can cancel the whole order and add everything to the cart again. I did that, but my original delivery moment is no longer available. How come? Even when I try to make the new order within one minute after cancellation... Had to choose delivery on the next day... Other than that the app becomes very slow on Pixel 7 pro, so slow that it's very hard to use it. Force stopping helps.

I downloaded the app months ago to try out the sevice and I was at customer number 2500+ on the list. Currently, I have made it to somewhere in the 1300s. I understand that delays are going on due to the current situation, however, the major grocery stores hired on more people and got it sorted it out. What's ridiculous is several people in my apartment building have the service. It's a logistics fail that this company doesn't address this. Still waiting... Maybe I can order for Christmas.

It appears that the application is experiencing compatibility issues with Android 13, resulting in frequent crashes and device restarts upon launch. This problem seems to be widespread among various applications. The application works flawlessly on other Android devices. Despite this technical hiccup, I must commend the excellent service provided. The timely delivery and absence of any problems encountered since last year are greatly appreciated.
