While decently operational, at best, it is thoroughly unimpressive. The app is advertised with efficiency and speed but provides none of the aforementioned. Moreover, the communication and delivery (for R35??) aspects are lacking greatly. On multiple occasions, my order arrived more than 2-3 hours later than the "asap/60 minutes" promised, with no communication from the store or the driver. It is an extremely tedious task to have to call the help line because you can't find the cancel button.

Automatically linked with the number I had when I got my SmartShopper card years ago, despite being updated on the app. Two orders returned in 1 day with refunds only available after 5-7 days. Client services said it was a system error but nothing could be done once an order was returned. Very frustrating for a first time user, will not be chancing a third order.

I made a purchase on the app, and the money was deducted from my account. There was a problem on Pick n Pay's side with the transaction, and I never received my goods. I phoned their customer support, who first lied to me and said it would take 3 hours to refund me, phoned them again. It's now 5 days later, and I'm still over R1k out of pocket. Don't buy from them. It's been 4 days now since Pick n Pay has said the money will be in my account in 24 hours, and it is still not in my bank account

I have been waiting for multiple refunds for months now. Everytime I call, they say they'll escalate it to the finance department, and to send an email. And guess what? It never goes anywhere. Its always the same story. Honestly, dont waste your time. You won't be refunded and its just going to eat your money. I suggest you try the Checkers app instead. At least there, they only charge you for what is actually in your shopping bags, and refunds are issued IMMEDIATELY. 0/10 for Pick n Pay.

the rugby game is at too difficult for most. miss the petrol reward. vouchers only apply in store which makes no sense seeing they are loaded on the app. convenient to keep track of smart shopper points and check products in store. December update-now there is no game. you can only partake if you spend over R500. Come on, it's the festive season?! and the rewards were an incentive to spend.

On the ASAP App they keep showing items that aren't available, and this is before the day has even begun. Even worse is that AFTER I get the out-of-stock statuses, I can STILL find the items shown as available in the app, and I even managed to add 20 each of them. To make matters even worse, there is no option to cancel once SHOPPING has started, no option to cancel an order where less than 50% of the requested items have been shopped, no compensation for the inconvenience caused

I was messaged at the time that my products were supposed to be delivered, that both items were out of stock. I then changed the store and ordered again. I wrote the unit number on the app and informed complex security, but the driver said he didn't get the information and didn't do the delivery. Further, the app is glitchy, and freezes. PnP ASAP doesn't work for me and I won't use it again. Rather use 60 sixty

Always late. We are paying a fee of R35 per order for delivery and still need to tip the driver additionally. And there is always an issue, eather item is out of stock, or they are waiting for a driver and then the order have still not arrived after an hour of the delayed time. No way to even track the driver. This service was excellent at first but got bad over time. Not happy at all. we are all working households and it helped allot to order on the app for dinner planning. But now you wait.

Your money is never returned to you for items out of stock. They take the actual amount plus the balance. They claim it will take "3-5 days" to return to your account because, according to them, they don't charge you for out of stock items - which is a lie. I placed 2 orders back in May, and I'm still waiting for the balance of my money back. I placed another order now at the beginning of October, and they took the full amount there too. Customer care is useless, and they keep blaming the bank.

It's like a Money sucking machine. They say that you'll only be charged once your order is out for delivery, A BIG FAT LIE!! you're charged as soon as you hit the go to payout button, when items on your list aren't available, there is nowhere to get your refund. And the difference they charge you for the alternatives is always higher than the actual price and it never comes back to you! I enjoyed using the older version of the App, this one is a big no from me.

The service is sometimes good and at times it's awful. When you receive all your items it's always great to compliment the service, however there are those terrible days when your items are missing and getting refunded is the most time consuming thing, because if I didn't receive something my money should be returned as this is not a charity organization and we don't receive anything for free. So there's a lot of improvement that can be done.

it's great. user friendly and efficient service. however, whenever my total after the shopper has shopped all my items is less than what was actually debited from my account, the access money is never refunded. And I do see the response from PNP of funds being reserved, that's a lie. Money is deducted from my account immediately after I process payment. my last two orders are actually proof of that

The app is not particularly user-friendly, unlike the Checkers app which is, and is always a pleasure to use. It's very difficult to find individual items that are easy to REORDER by just being able to click on a button next to them. Searches bring up all sorts of UNRELATED items. If there are discrepancies in the amount paid and the final invoice amount due to out-of-stock items, a credit isn't simply made into the buyer's wallet to be used on their next order, like on the Checkers app

Nice to use app - I find it more user friendly than some other grocery shopping apps, especially with filtering products. However - please please create a notification to let the user know an item in their cart is out of stock during the shopping process. It's a small thing but makes a big difference with the shopping experience.

My experience with this app, where do I even begin? It's basically the worst shopping app I've ever used, tenfold. Deliveries go to non existent addresses, orders get cancelled and then get delivered, orders never go through but money gets taken, refunds take forever, the app keeps logging me out. I've been waiting for a refund for 48hrs as we speak, I was supposed to get it 2hrs after my call to customer service. I'm never using this app again, and will be deleting it after I get my refund.

I downloaded this app as I was using the old one till last month. Much better cause you can order up to 45 items as the older one you could only do a max of 35. Delivery also seems to be faster on this one, got my order in under 1.5 hours so hope that's consistent. Only thing is this app glitches A LOT, if your ordering a full basket like me then it's best to start adding things on 3 days before checkout cause it takes forever Keeping 1 start for the glitches and another stat for delivery time

when you select 'Shop all Specials' and I've been scrolling down. when I select a product to go into its details, and when you press the back button, it takes you all the way back to the top of the specials list. I then have to scroll again all the way down and find where I was last. very frustrating when having re-scroll all the time, instead of the all taking you back to your last scroll position

Incredible first experience! I switched over to this after a failed attempt at using the Sixty60 app, and this was so smooth to use. It's incredibly simple and easy to just select my items and have them delivered. My delivery was also INCREDIBLY quick, with the entire order being complete from payment to delivery in just under 30 minutes. Amazing service!

Definitely my favorite shopping app as I can select my store, opose to other apps where you are stuck on the store selected for you, thus limiting the products to what that store have available. I can even make peace with the fact that you can't select a replacement item live. Please consider adding a tip for the shopper and not only the driver.

Crashed within 5 mins of installation. An hour later and I'm still trying to place an order because of pages that won't load. Pick N Pay ASAP (as slow as possible). An hour later, after closing and reopening the app, my entire cart was emptied and somehow my saved address won't allow me to select it. I hope this partnership with FNB is shortlived because this is a horrible experience just to place order for groceries. [Edit] Same issues 3 months later. Horrible horrible app to use.
