Best app I've ever used so far, i have Dutch bank apps, Spanish bank apps, Chinese bank apps, and this is the best banking app I've ever had, so intuitive, so easy to use, so complete, 10/10 very satisfied

Very fast ,simple and good bank service applications.for transfer also fast and simple.its a very good application for account holders of Pichincha bank. Others banks application are very difficult,Pichincha banca móvil is the best amongs the other Ecuadorian bank.

Unfortunately, there are few times when system doesn't work, but that's enough to send customers under too much trouble. Loss of time, loss of money, stressing out. Too bad.

Horrible. You have to leave the app to check your email for a code that only lasts TWO MINUTES! This is ecuador, the internet sucks, then once you finally get the code you have to log back in and the code expires. Will not allow you take make mobile transfers even though the option is in the menu. Slow golf clap for yet another fail in this country. Its a bad bank period, besides the app...

I love it because it's friendly design, simple steps to make any transaction, menu bottom well displayed so you don't get lost with too many options. You can increase your transfer limits thru the app, change your personal info, most important works perfectly abroad, at least with Android system, therefore is no need to go to a branch.

The app is super simple to use and has a very user friendly design. For example, you can choose to hide or show account balance after login so that no one near you can see your balance. These kind of small details makes a big difference. The transactions are super quick. One of the best banking app I have seen so far.
