Mala experiencia no quieren hacer dinero no respetan a los clientes dicen que somos importantes pero mentiras me dejaron fuera de la app 2 veces y no deja cambiar la clave voy a buscar otra app NO LA RECOMIENDO Bad app they say they care about us clients but when we need them they give you an email and don't answer so I'm going to get another app DON'T RECOMMEND THIS APP

I REALLY LOVE this app, it's the glory how fast you can go to your destiny and obviously avoiding all the terrible traffic jam wich is a super plus.

The app is not letting me in, it shows "activate gps". Although it's already active that page stays there and blocks everything no matter how many times I press "already did"

I has been an active user from a few months ago but in today's trip the bike driver was so unrespectful to me, he was arguing all time because he wanted that I sit on the rear rack. You need to be kidding... Why I need to sit on the rear rack? You must check drivers capabilities to communicate with users, because this is not the service we want to receive.

I'm sick of all the drivers asking me where do I go before even pick me up. If it's a place where they don't wanna go, they just cancell the service. All the drivers in my city, Medellin, do that. I have proof of this and I also took a screenshot of the last driver who did it before I became so angry that I decided to unistall this application.

Is good app, but sometimes the system is not good, have some mistakes. If is possible the internet manager could help the users. The experience can be better.

The app was excelent before. The last update, os ver buggy, and takes more time to navigate. Not good when you are in a hurry

It was fast and very convenient for the hard traffic in Bogotá. If it wasn't for picap I wouldn't made it on time to catch my flight at Puente Aéreo. Jason was willing to get me as soon as possible. He helped me out

Excellent app. Some drivers are cheating, though. They won't activate the service in order not to pay you guys the percentage. Careful with those cases, they may damage all of your good work. Despite that fact, I love picap.

Driver gave a wrong turn, had a very old bike and did not respect any traffic light. I wanted to report that. However, I realized the driver cancelled the trip. I chatted with support and they did nothing. They told me there was no records of who took that ride. I am not using this anymore

Can no longer use Picap. The app asks me to verify myself. I have used 3 different IDs, passport, cedula and drivers license. It will not accept any of these. So, I'll stick with Didi and Uber motos, they're safer and the drivers are not thieves. Ya no puedo usar Picap. La aplicación me pide que verifique mi identidad. He usado 3 documentos de identidad diferentes: pasaporte, cédula y licencia de conducir, pero no acepta ninguno de ellos. Por eso, seguiré usando Didi y Uber Motos, son más segur

The worst client attention that I have never saw. A driver stole my exchange and when I tried to report it but nobody helps me. The central chat doesnt work well, the agent doesnt help, just reply whatever automatic message and later finish the chat.

Really bad process to add a card, buggy mess charges to the cards and then stops working correctly, having to wait for the system to delete the not verified card that doesn't work cause you can't verify it nor delete it to try again

YOU !!! Yes YOU who thought about and created this life changing problem resolving app. I stopped taking any public transportation and was able to avoid all the sexism woman intimidating on public buses. Finally was always on time no matter where I was getting the service. All very professional drivers totally thankful for how it made my life just easier and trouble free.

The service is good but the app is terrible, the worst ever. Sometimes it just doesn't work at all. I've hade to use other transportation options just because of the app glitching.

Usually it works out great, reinstalled and now it won't stop showing error "please activate GPS" even through all permissions were granted and all data and cache were wiped. Message won't go away like it hasn't been active even through the message clearly states that GPS is already active. Glitch needs fixing.

It used to work well enough but now the last update just messed up everything here in Guatemala the location doesn't work well, source and destination are usually wrong mapped and the new map is horrible has way less detail than the previous one, I wish I could go back to the previous version.

Took 4 attempts to reinstall. No way of going back a page, then when I try to apply a payment method other than cash it won't even let me input my data correctly.

in the sign in view I'm trying to login with my Google account and it redirects me to the register view even when I already have an account. it looks like a bug, it should be possible to login with my Google account.

Terrible customer service. High fare prices. Un-fare cancellation fees. Lots of fake drivers. They take a lifetime to reply to requests, and it's simply impossible to talk to a human. I was charged twice in two different rides, they refused to reimburse me even when I escalated the request on the very first day. Supposedly, they created a ticket for my case [#415], but I never received any formal answer for my request.
