Apart from the interface looking a bit different from the previous one, loading is slow. Validating is becoming very hard to submit; it makes validated pioneer to expire before submission. Error Message always pop up and then it's expired. Data subscription is very expensive in Nigeria to waste anyhow. This occurs mostly with Nigerian Pioneers. Now, the Pi browser is no longer opening. Please look into the app's KYC section. Thank you

All of a sudden it no longer works, i Can't open my wallet to see my balance anymore, i entered my passphrase a million times but it keeps telling me to try again, there was an error, i tried my finger print that I've been using since it still didn't work, i un-installed and reinstalled the app again this time it didn't open at all!! 😡 😡

My experience on this new updated browser is really very bad. I have not been able to access my wallet for once. Efficiency should be preferred to magnificent and size. Former browser was simple but effective and efficient. Should a browser spoil Pi global project? This browser don't recognize members paraphrase to access wallet,do something about this urgently. I love Pi.

What is the point of this App? NOTHING works. Access to KYC stuck on "Logging in". An error occurs every time I try to access my wallet. All other options present nothing more than a blank screen. Iv Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and now it's stuck on "Welcome to Pi browser" screen.

The browser doesn't function at all. I've been trying to edit my details on KYC portal for months and it's been falling through. It's clearly stated that we can use the edit icon to change the information, but clicking on the icon will direct me to uploading my identity card instead This is so frustrating!

Update: App is easy to use. But for KYC, the camera button won't work. As well as the 'liveness check" just keeps loading for eternity. It doesn't function at all. Kindly look into this, and fix this asap! Will change the review once it functions. Thanks.

I was not able to login to the wallet it was showing "unable to load wallet. an error occurred while loading your wallet" every time and I was so frustrated, then I searched it on YouTube and found out the solution on how to fix it and it worked. 1. Go to mobile settings 2. Go to mobile and data or connections 3. Private DNS 4. Turn it off and boom you're Wallet will work perfectly.

regular browser and not just function on pi pages, otherwise it's a waste of space. But, otherwise, good and wonderful app. Edit: They've restructured the app better now, at least webpages show, and it's wonderful. The necessary improvements now are adding tab capacities, and structuring history like a list. I will give it a four stars rating now

I've been trying to complete my KYC registration for the past 2 years, but I couldn't, I always get the same response to as 'Somethibg went wrong with uploading your data. Please try again'. I don't understand what the problem is with this App, i am highly disappointed and despondent with the way the App behaves, kindly do more to fix this error/bug.

I agree with what I've read so far. I just accidentally navigated away from the review page and lost everything I had written. That's just one of many bugs in the system. Worse still is the fact that none of my referrals are logging, and I can't access the browser even though it's supposedly installed on all my devices. I can mine, but what good is that? You don't know who I really am or where to send my bitcoin once I've earned enough to send. Developments would be strongly encouraged!

As an example of the capabilities for the team behind it, this app is an absolute ball buster. From the get-go it just seemed like a social experiment of sorts - but this.. I would expect this from a first year programming student. Not whatever joke of a an app this is. Good luck resetting your password, even if you've got it memorized (or copy and paste) still indicates wrong password entered. What a laugh. Stay far from this nonsense, waiting for the date it becomes just a data harvest fest.

Update: Some voodoo happened and my status is now pending... I'm stunned. The camera portion of the app is junk, it freezes the camera so that I cannot scan in my ID, then when it does snap a photo it doesn't even attempt to focus. They are aware of the issue and clearly do not care at all, just see the other reviews stating the same.

Incomprehensible. I went through the checklist, but the button opens the app listing in my Firefox browser. Downloaded the app, but all I get is the welcome screen. Read through the reviews and gave the app permissions. Went back to the checklist, but all I see when I click on anything is the "Sign in to Pi browser" button which takes me to the same app in the play store in my Firefox browser. It doesn't open the app. Like some other people said, if it's this hard to use already, it's doomed.

Works fine, as far as a layman can tell. Except for enrolling in KYC. I am unable to complete the process because the app uses the widest angle camera on my phone (galaxy s20) when I try to give a picture of my drivers license. This makes it impossible to get a good picture, and there's no option for uploading an image from my phone! Y'all should be better than this.

I've been trying to complete the KYC verification since it was offered, but they refuse to fix the in-app camera functionality so that my brand new phone can focus. I've taken over a dozen photos of my ID outside of the app and theyve been high quality and easy to read, yet even the highest quality one I've taken in the app isn't good enough for their quality controls. Or if they skipped the automated assessment of the picture and showed it straight to a human there would be no issue.

The app doesn't appear as an option in default browser settings, the wallet isn't attached to any other account, which isn't good thing, also it has a different app publisher than its companion app (pi network) everything needs to be better integrated and thought out, project management needed. Reach out to me for hire, and I'll be glad to be the project manager of issues and solutions department.

Don’t wait for something perfect, take this moment and make it perfect. I come across on my feed. I can see comments, like, share, etc. But I can't click the video to pause, rewind, anything! I've cleared the cache, and I have also uninstalled and reinstalled twice. This glitch or whatever is annoying! Also, don't even get me started with the amount of ads and random content. I have hundreds of friends, and I hardly ever see any of their posts. When you are loved by someone. Good app thanks
