To start using this app, ask your healthcare practitioner to design & assign your home exercise program for you in Physitrack.
***

The PhysiApp® app lets you download your PhysiApp home exercise program to your Android phone.

Once you've installed this app on your Android phone, all you need to do is login to the app with the access code that you received from your healthcare provider.

Next, you can download your custom-made home exercise program, consisting of high-definition, clearly narrated exercise videos. You can even use Chromecast to play the videos on your Chromecast device.

From now, you will know exactly which exercises have been prescribed to you, and how you are supposed to perform them.

With PhysiApp, you can securely report back to your physiotherapist or chiropractor how much you completed of a given exercise, and if you felt any pain.

PhysiApp lets your physiotherapist or chiropractor track your progress in detail, and intervene if necessary.

can't see the 2nd workout because I need to tick flick on the app, I didn't realize this until now. I only used it to make sure I was doing the exercise correctly not to track everything

PhysiApp it's a very easy app to use and fallow the indications from each video / exercise that you have to work out. Even the evaluation of how much in conform or disconfort you are (little emoji faces) are very helpful too.

Some proper support on line would help since my 'physio' has not enabled messaging! Just what default times should be used between each 'rep' and 'set' as a starter. Will try the physio in the new year but videos could be a LOT better at demonstrating what is expected ... and desktop version should record completion so I don't need to duplicate later on Phone!

Why on earth can't you have two physio programs? I have one from physio and one from podiatry, but I don't want to log in and out several times per day just to view them. Therefore, i only use the app for one program. The other I've got on paper. It would be very helpful to also be able to open a child's program on the same app. Instead, I've had to use a different device. Also, I can't mark off the exercise twice in a day when assigned two sets of exercises per day. Can't go back and edit.

Great app for sharing and tracking exercises between health provider and patient. One negative if you go to multiple health providers that all use the app is that the app allows only one active programme at a time. Would be a nice improvement to be able to add multiple programs at the same time and either see them combined or switch between them!

Great app. The videos are really helpful on how to carry out the exercises. Also, it provides a convenient way to track a record of completing the drills.

The app is good, but you have to log out and then log back in again to access exercise programmes sent by different consultants. It would be better if the app was user-focused, not consultant focused.

Useful exercises to develop strength and flexibility in the leg muscles after total knee replacement. I spaced the repetitions out throughout the day, occasionally alternating the sets. progress can be monitored.

I am enjoying this app! It's great to be able to have the exercise and video to demonstrate how to do each exercise. There is an alert that can be customized for reminders to do your exercises. A mini physiotherapist at your finger tips.

Everyone seems to like this but my experience has been hit and miss. I was sent the link to this preloaded with a program by a physio before even being examined, so maybe I get the actual treatment as an endgame reward? It's like looking in the Black Mirror. I don't like it. Is it possible to get a musculoskeletal diagram for users to select a problem area they wish to strengthen or mobilize? Maybe that's a DLC.

I can't do all the sets and reps prescribed, I don't have enough time or energy. It only reminds me to do the exercises once a day, even if some of them are prescribed more often (which I don't have time for). And there's no way to scale how much of an exercise I've done, it's either 100% complete or not done at all. I have no choice but to click complete even though I've only done one set of the prescribed amount. I prefer a timed workout, I can commit to 10 minutes. This is not sustainable.

There wasn't an option to message my physio until she messaged me first, then the message icon appeared. I'm also unable to record the details of my exercises (weights, rep, sets or intensity). I also cannot leave any comments or feedback about specific exercises. To let my physio know, I'd have to send a direct message and disturb them unnecessarily. My partner has an iPhone and she is able to do this on her version of the app. There was also no way to easily add a new program code.

I'm on Samsung S 10 E. I have it a try for months but surrender. It keeps making me restart the app to record my completion. I like all the features if the app would work. Good video and timer. Now I just use it to go through the PT list but that's all. I hope things get better. I really respond to data. Tx.

I've had every problem imaginable with this app. It freezes constantly, drops exercises from my exercise progam, takes multiple attempts for my PT's calls to actually connect for remote therapy, etc. I've been "using" it since late June 2020 since it's what my PT uses. Promising app, but VERY BUGGY. I've probably spent more time trying to get it to work than actually being able to use it.

Updated 3/10/21: user error was corrected by changing download settings and pinning the app to the Home page. The app didn't load an icon onto my device Home screen so I can open it. I had to go back to my email link to open the app until I figured out how to fix my phone settings. App works great, I love the demonstration videos for the exercises.

Could be tremendously useful if the problems were sorted. Glitchy (videos are sometimes just black boxes), but the worst is that every time exercises are changed or added, your program expires and you cannot see them. Customer support is slow, cryptic, and evasive. The workaround is supposedly to sign out and back in with a new code, but the code never arrives. PT has asked repeatedly to do away with expiration dates but support is non-responsive.

Poor design, so buggy. When you complete one exercise, the only option is a back button to go back to the very top of all exercises. Would make more sense to swipe thru exercises. Half the time nothing happens when I click an exercise to open it. Sometimes it has my PTs comments and sometimes not. Have to restart the app at least twice every time I use it. Option to only show incomplete exercises would be nice. This is such a simple app and it's so, so poorly designed and developed. Really sad.

Has potential, but not great at present. Pros: Videos and explanations are super helpful. Like that I can add comments. Cons: Loading a new program causes apparent loss of data from past programs. Very frustrating as I want to be able to reference that for tracking my overall recovery. Inability to copy text from previous comments on exercises. This would be helpful for streamlining future comments with similar content. Comments get cutoff / partially deleted at times - very frustrating.

This app has had a number of features removed with the recent updates. -The screenshots don't relate to the current version. -The ability to message the practitioner has been removed. -The number of sets actually completed can't be adjusted. -There is no ability to state the pain level. If you enter the exercise program as complete, then discover you have entered the results for the wrong date, the app will not allow you to delete these entries. A poor app is now worse.
