I load a photo to make some changes and it INSTANTLY wipes background with a 'look how easy that was!' msg. I quit and reload. Background wiped again. I hit 'background' tab for options and there's all kinds to choose, except the original of course. Maybe I'm dumb. Maybe immediately stripping the background is what 99.9% of people want and the app is doing a favor. I just assumed id be making the changes myself. I don't think this editors for me.

It used to be awsome but now they changed the way the background remover works. It used to delete the background now it will just separate from the object you're trying to keep. There's no option to delete that background either. But you can delete the object you were trying to keep. Smh. Checkout Picsart if you guys are having the same issue.

So it's really great but when I try to get the trial for Pro, after I authorize the subscription, the screen goes black and it never goes through. I've force closed the app, updated it, everything. It will not allow me to go pro and it's frustrating. I don't want the logo on my family photos, sorry. Please fix the glitch.

App was great for removing backgrounds and formatting photo in a square as Poshmark uses, and then the update in late December 2023 broke all functionality for me. Every photo now shifts the object to the right and fills in the left with a distorted version of the real background. Removing the background leaves the object off center with the bottom and right side cut off. No longer able to use.

The app is solid, easy to use, and versatile BUT the ai generated backgrounds need a huge update. It cannot make a custom image from a prompt to save its life. You can be as specific as possible and still get a blurred, warped, jumbled mess. There are free ai art generators out there that stand head and shoulders above this app when it comes purely to image generation. This app would be a solid 5 stars if the ai generated backgrounds were better and it could follow a prompt.

App is great but costumer service and help is seriosuly lacking. I've been using the pro version since 2021 on my phone, but then decided to try and use it on desktop as well. It should be something simple but it has been 2 FULL days of me playing message tag with their costumer service bots. It seems there is noone there to actually assist when you have account issues. So just be sure not to run into any account problems and I'm sure you'll love the app.

This used to be an AMAZING app for posting professional looking product photos for free. Now they have taken away all the great aspects of the free part (like having some backgrounds for free and others for purchase to now having zero backgrounds for free). I was going to pay for the app because I used many of the features before, but charging $4.99 per WEEK is beyond ridiculous. I used to have a paid membership and it absolutely was not that expensive. Uninstalling because now what's the point?

This app is not only rediculiously expensive but they do not give you the slightest bit of warning before charging your account the nearly $90 for an annual subscription with no other option for shorter period of time. You are only notified after you are charged that amount. Similarly, there are many free apps that perform every bit as well available on various operating systems and platforms. The app is clunky and less than intuitive! SAVE YOUR MONEY! I would have given ZERO stars if option.

I used to love this app, but it's getting more and more buggy with every update. Now it's moving photos, blurring them and all kinds of weird things on the initial upload then you get to the point you want to add in a background, but it doesn't show text in the preview nor does the text affect the AI backgrounds. And what's with it throwing text or people in the backgrounds? I will never want random text or people added to my backgrounds. Trying to cancel is proving difficult too.

I love the app once I figured out how to download to my photos. The only reason I am giving it a four is it would be nice instead of getting an error & wasting time searching how to fix it, or just stop downloading it would give me an idea of the problem. Like "you have exceeded your monthly free downloads, to see your monthly list go to"... before you begin it tells you to update. Other than that it's the most affordable and user friendly one out their. Hope it remains that way.

The background remover function is excellent. But so are other apps for a better price. Bummed that recent updates did away with all of the color and preset backgrounds, leaving only the AI-generated options. They are good sometimes but lately have been mostly disappointing. The photo editor is not good enough to be listed as a feature. Now I'm debating whether or not it's worth what I pay and I'm again in the market for an app that does what yours used to. Bummer.

Wow. I've been using this app for a few years. Up until today when the app updated, I was amazed by the results. As of today I rate this app to one star. Cutouts are bad, creating a background manual yields terrible results, and none of my prompts are available for another round. They all disappear instantly. I use this app for creating my own ideas, not business related. That angle seems to be erased for me. All good things come to an end. A shame. I loved this app till last night.

This app has truly transformed all my editing abilities to nearly a professional straight from being a novice. Their are so many tools & backrounds & AI generated functions & colors & design & on & on. it's has nearly unlimited functionalities & can be used by anyone. the interface is so well designed & is incredibly user friendly. The free version gives you a great deal of opportunities to design your favorite photo, but the pro version is just astronomical with its abilities.

After using this close to a year now and seen some of their updates, I can't say I'm very impressed with this application. The vast majority of their content is locked behind a pay wall and some other their free content doesn't even work, that is it can't be used. It just throws up an error message with a sad Emboji face. To make matters worse the app is Constantly trying to push the pro version onto the user. It's extremely annoying.

First use: crashed 5 times. I lost 20 mins of work each time. I thought I had finally found a huge editing time-saver for product photos, but not if I can't edit long enough to actually save it. Too bad, I even started the free pro trial based on reviews. Back to clunky Canva on my PC. Sigh . . . I'll try one more time, but I'd recommend letting this app mature a bit more before investing any time in it or relying on it for anything beyond Instagram posts for non-business-related content.

This is an amazing app. It is one of the best photo editing apps ever!! This photo editing app "Photoroom" has everything! Removing of background for you and it removes the background to perfection! No ragged edges or nothing! It also has a wide selection of unique backgrounds. You can also do AI art and so much more. It's very affordable after the one week free trial. I will be using this app forever! Who needs Photoshop when you have this all!?!?!! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐s!

Update: I want to use the same background for different items! Batch uploading just leaves the original item in it, while tossing a new one in front of it! We need the ability to save a background and be able to add images to it! Seems every update screws up the app. Option to replace item when you click it removes item but a blank cutout is left that won't go away when a replacement is added! HELLO?????? ANYBODY THERE??

The recent update to Version 3 has not met our expectations at all! The new design elements, including the cartoonish and bland backgrounds, lack the professional appearance of Version 2. Unfortunately, there is no option for cancellation or refund for the remaining balance of the prescription. Had I known about this significant downgrade, I wouldn't have made the purchase.

Edit: updated 6/3/24. Issues have been patched, and the ai is on another level suddenly! Great update devs! Rating changed to reflect fixes! For the price of a subscription to this app, it shouldn't have these awful bugs. Every time I upload a pic, the program stretches or squishes it and there's no way to fix that, so it's unusable. Also it's irritating to update the app EVERY time I open it, it seems like, and for absolutely no reason.
