Q: Can I get my pictures back if I reinstall the app?
A: Your files can be recovered using the same account if you have enabled backup and have uploaded your files to the cloud. If your files are only locally stored, they cannot be recovered after an app reinstall.
Q: Can I take out my media from this photo and video Locker?
A: Yes, you can easily export photos and videos using couple of steps.
Q: Photos and videos are stored together or separately?
A: You can hide photos in photo locker and videos in videos locker inside this app.
Q: If I forgot my password?
A: If you Forget Password you can always Recover Password by your given e-mail id and regain access to this app by click on forgot password option on lock pad & from QA option.

It is a great app overall. It keeps ur private pictures and videos safe . And about the password , keep it easy like putting ur birth year in a descending order etc . I downloaded a lot of gallery secure apps , but didn't got the way I wanted it to be . Then I found this one and it is just the way I want . Its system is easy so anyone can understand quickly . But then there is just one problem, it has a lot of ads when I say a lot I mean it . So now just remove the ads and it will be best app

very good app once a file is moved into the gallery lock app,,,it can't be seen unless u enter the password.

I was surprised when I did not see gallery lock missing from my mobile...I went to play store download again...but I was sad to see...my all data...lost...how can received again....please ........very important

Very terrible app. I uploaded a video and wanted to delete it from the app, it deleted the video from my entire gallery and I'm unable to recover it.

This is so worst and dangerous app Never use it. My all important files and pictures are automatically deleted from this app . I Will case on this app for hacking and corrupt my data.😡😡😡🤬🤬

ATTENTION: If there are any people looking for a make shift look alike gallery lock. This is the best you can find in the market. The features that I love about this app is that you can disguise the gallery lock as a another app (for. ex. News, Calculator, Clock), you can export videos and photos here with just a quick tap and it doesn't require any internet connection (which some apps do), it supports SD card storage which is awesome if your locking up a lot of videos and so much more! So, to the people looking at the reviews; this app has all you need!

It's really a good safe folder. Whereby if you don't any one to know your password, you can use a finger print to unlock

very good n very fast. The only problem is that the content locked can not be backed up, which means when u lose the device, all your locked content is gone, yet a times important data is locked.

Amazing app, always worked properly without headaches, has a nice folder sorting system and doesn't let anything inside of it show up even if the phone is plugged into a computer.

i don't recommend this app, when you see or watch one picture then add came up with 5 second cooldown, and it repeats one picture 5 second add. it's just makes you more stressed than a enjoying it.

I am really sad. I just discovered that my app went missing from my phone. Came to playstore to redownload and i couldnt access my lost informations. All my credentials and files went missing. Is there a way to login previous account to access my stuff

Great Great Great! When I have this application, all my private data is safe. means when you lose your phone, don't worry, nobody can unlock this app!

Didn't work at an for me. I could get into the app, but when I tried to hide my photos they wouldn't show up. It read that I had x amount of photos but would read the folder as empty. Wherever trying to hide videos they would show up but it always said it failed to hide. There was also a full screen ad that popped up on occasion that couldn't be closed, requiring the app to be closed and reopened.

Edit: Too good to be true. Ads have gotten worse. Take up the screen, takes seconds until you can skip. I get it, you need revenue. $5 a month?!!! $90 lifetime?!! You've got a screw loose. What service are you providing that requires constant pay? So much for nothing changing. Get good reviews, bait and switch the product. ....................Rare 5 star for me. Works like it's supposed to. Hope nothing changes.

I'm quiet interested in this app, unfortunately there is are a few issues. 1. Attempting to add photos crashes the app. 2. Attempting to add videos results in failure 3. Viewing galleries shows no images 4. Viewing videos shows no clip so I can't see the video. There are several more issues but these are the important ones. I am using a Galaxy S10+ in US. You are more then welcome to reach out to me via email to address these concerns and if we can come to a conclusion I will change my rating.

This is one of the best Gallery Lockers I have ever installed! 🤩 It works very smoothly, and has barely any ads! Also, the features it has are just 👌. Like, the feature to hide and change the name of the original app is genius! Also, the feature to delete the original photos without having to delete them manually is again, genius! This app is very good, it is great if you lose your phone or if someone takes it! It keeps your photos hidden! 10/10

It's totally awesome!! I Love it! The "Radio" icon, in addition to others, are ingenious. The app takes a photo of anyone trying to break into (with wrong password) your Private Photo / Video "VAULTS", so you can see who's snooping around. Like the app developer(s) warn, tho, be sure to "unlock" & move or otherwise "SAVE" your media content from within the app before making any major or permanent changes, or you may lose access to it all, forever. Well done, App- maker(s). Thank You So Much.
