Worse. Experience the phone number would not ring and the only thing I could do was text. Give me my money back. I tried to cancel and it wouldn't allow me to.

Works fine but if someone sends you videos it doesn't load them or even show them.

Downloaded and ended up purchasing about 90 CAD for a number for one year. After a few days they suddenly locked my service and said to verify my personal phone number. I tried to verify my personal number multiple times (my personal number is a real mobile account with Freedom Mobile in Canada). Their system keeps saying this number cannot be used for verification. Support is useless and demand copy of DL and utility bill now. No such requirement was mentioned before purchasing the services.

So, far w/ my experience on this app it's similar to TextNow App and that's my go-to app, when I have issues w/ either my service and/or my devices that I seem to not have the best of luck w/... I recommend this app to anyone that won't mind spending some money for "text limits" Minus, running out of free text limits.... Back to TextNow App. (You never run out of free limits FYI). 2-Stars bc that's my biggest ICK for many important and urgent reasons.

This app does not do what the description leads you to believe it does. I purchased a credit pack and an additional starter pack and still lost functionality after like 3 calls. So I basically paid $7 to make three calls and then it locked me out. Waste of time and money. I want a refund.

This app is not free. You can only send 5 messages and after that you either have to buy their credit or watch unnecessary ads. Stay away!

I do not recommend this app. Please stay away from this app. Nothing works except for the payments only. Feels more like a scam and customer service doesn't respond At all.

This would be the worst app I have experienced, We have to purchase mobile Number and to call and Text we need pay additionally, This Number Doesn't work with any social media What's the use purchasing Mobile Number? No calls? No Texts? No social Media? I don't know why its active here and promoting Viop numbers

This app is not user friendly, and like all free text appa, it CONSTANTLY tries to get you to upgrade to the paid service and won't let you receive verification codes if you don't .

Tried unsubscribing before free period was up, it didn't allow me to. Now getting hut up big time to renew. So now I have my bank blocking them.

For the most part it works but the quality of the call is questionable at times. I keep having to tell people it's just something with my phone right now. The other thing is, it does not show who's calling... I go ahead and answer it because I know not many people have this number but then I'm sitting there trying to figure out who it is if they don't identify themselves right away... and when on the phone don't leave the screen and go into any other apps because It will mute you.

Pay for credits to text and get no credits. Messaged customer support and their response is, "If this message requires a response someone will get back to you." And received no response. Avoid this app

If I could give 0 star I will, this is a fraud app, they let you buy credit and even with the verification done, you can not make use of the number for anything. Worst app. My advice to anyone, don't download it or waste your time they are only after your money

False information, the app says FREE TRIAL, YET I was charged $16+ immediately before any trial and the renewal date was 30 days from the date the app was downloaded, so what free 3 day trial??? I immediately canceled the app and have not used.it at all and still havent recieved a refund. I would like a full refund of my money because what you advertise is not at all what you say it is. You basically lied and then proceeded to steal my money.

Lots of unresolved bugs with this app and functionality is extremely limited: no video calls, no group calls, etc. (unlike whats app functionality). Customer service has struggled to fix bugs with poor response times, such as display of contact names on summary page of texts. I have to open each text to see who the number belongs to as one example, which is inconvenient. Phoner concept is great, but serious work needed on bugs, functionality, and Customer service

Wow ya what a great app, that sucks. I gave my email address, that's it. Then continued to pick a phone number. All of them that I picked, gave me this message, "numbers from this country are no longer supported"!! Ya so couldn't even get a number in my country! A country thats clearly on this apps list. Very disappointing.

Took my money but not provided with a phone number... I downloaded and installed the app, chose a phone number and paid for a subscription. As soon as the transaction was complete the app went haywire and closed. When I opened it again it was prompting me to pick out a phone number. The one I had initially picked out was nowhere to be found. I hope getting a refund is not a difficult process. Will update if I receive a response from support and/or if I receive the refund.

This is just another phone app. You buy credits and have to use them to buy a phone number every couple months number expires unless you extend it. Has pin,password, and email recovery options. Phone connection quality decent from the US east side of country. Messaging delivery does not take long for delivery. So overall i give the app a 7 out of 10. They could give customized options, startup screen selection, encryption options. Thank you to the folks thar spent time developing the app and all

Application does work, text, send and receive calls, but when there is a problem, response times are not quick. Additionally, IMO, there are many fundamental features missing. Group texting, adding new number to address book, some others. The lookup is cool but it sits on top of texts so you can't see the full conversation and you can't minimize or turn it off. It's worked but still not there for use as a "business" line depending on how many calls/texts you need to make or receive.
