Almost all medications are available, the prices/discounts are good and delivery is fast. But the only reason I would consider ordering from other apps is their annoying habit of calling repeatedly. As soon as you add something to your cart, you start receiving a barrage of calls talking about alternatives or upselling random pain oils and medical tests. If you thought insurance and loan companies were bad with their never-ending spam calls, Pharmeasy can give them a run for their money.

Disgusting experience, I ordered on 31.08.2024 and still waiting for the medicine to be delivered. First they show you items available but then everyday they send you a message saying this item couldn't be procured and the next day 1 more item couldn't be procured by our partner and this repeats. This is sheer negligence and failure. Really terrible.

Worst service. PharmEasy doesn't have devlopers who can work on inventory system. If they don't have any product available They don't show product out of stock. They take orders for unavailable items. They will call you after 3-4 days and told sorry sir we have tried our best to arrange the product but couldn't then cancel the item. So don't depend on this app. Worst experience. Tata 1mg is best app for medicine.

On the positive side pharmeasy has the max variety of medicines which I really appreciate, however the annoying part is whenever I order I always get a call asking me to replace the medicine from a different brand which is not required as I have clearly selected in the app as even there multiple options are given for the same medicine. secondly in the same call people try to sell additional products and at times try to convince hard which is really not required as it impacts the experience.

The experience was very unpleasant. Even their search result is unoptimised and forget about return/Exchange , I feel there are better alternative to it . Uninstalling it right now. There was Customer support they kept telling Non-returnable . If so, why is the search result so unoptimised and biased , generally someone won't read the whole name and continue with the first option since it's most likely to be the correct one ,but not the same with this app. Horrible experience.

This app is very worst service and they don't know when the order will reach the destination. Even after complaining to customer care, they don't respond.It's been 3 days since order reached the destination, still no delivery. Very dissatisfied with service, Flipkart health plus is much better than this, at least it delivers on time.

I have been using Pharmeasy to buy medicines since last 3-4 months. The experience has generally been good. Recently however I was not able to use a coupon code after purchasing Plus Membership , for which I had raised a ticket. The customer care agent Mr. Sameer was kind enough and promptly addressed this issue by providing me alternative coupons that effectively gave me higher discount than the original coupon code. So, all in all, good experience so far.

Can not log in. Such a stupid update. Unable to place order. App is stuck. Tried installing and uninstalling 2-3 times. Still not working. Finally uninstalling this stupid app. NOTE- Switched to truemeds now. Amazing interface and easy to use. I would advise others to try truemeds once.

I'm writing to warn others about my appalling experience with PharmEasy. I placed two orders, which were accepted and paid for. However, three days later, they cancelled one order due to "out of stock" - something they could have shown before I placed the order! Now, they're sending me the other medicine with a delivery charge more than four times the cost of the medicine! I'm unable to cancel the order, feeling cheated and frustrated.

I had a frustrating experience with my recent order. I placed it on July 5th, but after it arrived at my location, it was automatically cancelled without my knowledge or consent. Then they call me and again re-placed my order. Thankfully, I received it on July 30th, after 25-day. The refund process equally disappointing. There are many online medicine option available, offering good service and efficient delivery.

User-friendly app and no complaints on deliveries either. I failed to understand why I can't I modify the delivery address after placing the order. If I book an order on wrong address, I have to cancel and rebook it to new address. Money paid on old order gets stuck with you until you process the refund, which may take 2 or 3 days according to your policies. Are you trying to penalise the customer for the mistake of placing an order with the wrong address? Ridiculous.

They charge extra for early delivery and don't deliver on time. Then the shameless people say "Delivery Postponed on your request". Despite not fulfilling the service they charged me for, they won't even cancel the other and refund. I'm filling a complaint in consumer court.

These people are involved in fraud. I paid for my order in full online. Thy also charged me extra for express delivery. but order never got delivered but app was showing delivered. This is nothing but fraud. be carful. if you want reliable deliver choose someone else. dont go by higher discount they offer. they hv no delivery confirmation otp like other professional apps. I dont understand how such people can play with patients health. Medicines are ordered because of need on time. Do not use.

Delayed delivery and reason given is I requested to postpone the delivery when it's they who have made the mistake. The seller told me that if there are 10 delivery persons working at the same place mistakes can always happen hence the delay in delivery . No option of calling customer care, only a bot which is useless.

They modify your cart without your consent. Fraud app shows unavailable items as available and then modify the cart. They mention something at the time of taking express membership like free express delivery but again cheat you for asking extra fee for that. They call at odd hours for marketing once they see you browsing. Not trust worthy at all! Their rating here also is fake because all are dissatisfied withrir promotional gimmicks!

I have been using their services for 2 yrs & is plus customer..I really dread using this services.. I will be switchinh to another if they dont improve in a month or two..Customer support, pharmacists keep giving conflicting suggestions & transferring to each other.. App is useful since I can't upload prescription there.. This problem is since more than year but they give resolution.. Customer at last priority for them

I have had good experiences in the past. But after my recent order experience, I have decided never ever to use this app again. They have no control over third party delivery agent, neither they take control of the situation when needed. Delivery agent not delivering even after 10 days of reaching the destination city. Worst customer service follow up ever.

I used to love it and am a regular long time customer. But off late recently, there are delays in processing, are they going downside? I wish they shouldn't. Also help option is very limited and time consuming. No phone number mentioned. If your issue is not listed in there help section, then no option for us to report. Also, no place to track the previous issues raised. I left a message in chat but now there is no option to go back to it to see if there was an update from them. I wish they fix all this and continue to be very good online pharmacy app.
