This app would benefit from some major improvement. I don't understand how there isn't an option to access your favorites!!?? When you're on the go and need to order things, it's a pain to constantly have to remember what you use and rebuy, look it up, scroll and scroll because the search doesn't work well to pinpoint exact products. I use the app for emergencies only when I'm out and absolutely need to pick something up because of these issues. I ususlly use the website bc it's easier.

I just downloaded this app and as soon as I try to save the frist screen it shuts down. I have tried repeatedly. I cleaned the cach, restarted the phone. Nothing worked. I am going to give it one more chance by unistalling and reinstalling. So far this app is not worth the trouble. UPDATE: Just did the reinstall and the same thing keeps happening. I am now going to uninstall this app. what a waste.

At first..I loved it! I loved getting the latest Coupon that is scanned off my phone. I think you should advertise the extra coupons you get when you play the "treat trail game" in the menu... I think it would be awsome if you could order food & supplies for free in-store pick-up. AND use our earned coupon. But now.. I have not been able to log in for over a month now so I've uninstalled the app. I spoke to customer service. And was unable to fix the issue

I can see how this app would be very helpful for grooming appointments or what have you. I don't really have a need for all that though. I joined Pet Perks for the sales, not going to lie. Then Treats came out, and I can earn points?! Pretty neat. Then, I discovered the in app mini game (Treat Trail) where you can win coupons. Once again, pretty neat. Only one problem. It doesn't work! When you go to draw a line to match the pictures, the line starts way over somewhere else besides where your finger is even at. Pretty frustrating when you keep reading how "easy" it is to win stuff and it's not possible.

The app had struggled through many different updates. Most recently it crashed so hard that it froze my entire phone. I'm consistently getting logged out because my phone has to clear the cache to even try to boot the app up. It's very frustrating and difficult work with. I can barely get the ordering to work. I only keep it for some of the coupons but it's decidedly a very bad app.

I've tried for months now, to make a simple cat food order, and it always has a payment error, even when I try on their website... I realize this may be a trivial issue to most people, but part of the thing with online ordering is curbside pick up, and let's face it, I'm lazy and enjoy the convenience. Forcing me back to chewy, which is even less convenient.

I had a curbside pickup and spent more time trying to find where to alert the store and there was NO PHONE NUMBER on the outside signage. Very frustrated, I had to go into the store and wait in the checkout line, which was long, to ask for my order. I thought there was a special button inside the store for help, but no!! I hope I got my bonus points!! I hate this app.

Honestly...I give up PetSmart! HOURS been trying 5+. Second time I missed a nice cash back offer on another site to shop online at PetSmart Pages reset constantly. I have to reset search filters constantly. The most absolutely irritating thing is when I go to checkout. I make sure every item is correct and hit continue to check out but no ..takes me back to same screen. Now a warning: "Please review your cart as available quantities have changed". Looks same but can't proceed. Worst app ever

It keeps crashing when I'm trying to make a purchase or it doesnt "process" the payment & fails. I've tried multiple times with multiple cards & it keeps failing. Haven't been able to make 1 successful purchase on the app but somehow see the hold on every card I've used. I've tried customer service but they all suck. I get the same answer "use afterpay instead". No I'm not splitting my bill into 4 payments. Fix the damn app so we can successfully buy what we want

This glitchy app gets worse and worse. For the past 3 weeks it's been impossible for me to check out with PayPal. When I go back to try another method it makes all the canned food in my cart quadruple then I have to empty it and start all over again because it resets to the high amount always. Not to mention the app drains battery very quickly and overheats my phone. So ridiculous. Fix your app.

Can't checkout. It says the credit card cant be validated but the information is exactly the same as the last few times I ordered. Can't even use paypal since the app freezes after the update. To top it off, my cart was deleted. I hope this isn't going to be the new normal, otherwise I'll just deal with waiting a day or two for Chewy

Truly the worst app I've used in the last decade. It used to just take forever to load, but it worked. Now it takes forever to load, and I can't even grt past the checkout screen since it pops up and disappears. You'd think they would test it before pushing out an update this horrible. Please, please, please, hire competent developers. You're losing business because people would rather go to Petco at this point. If I could rate it lower, I would.

This app ALWA6S drives me nuts & IDK if it's my phone or the app or the 2 in concert. But inevitably the app jumps me to a screen I did not request or back to a previous screen I'm done with or, as this a.m. when I ordered 2 of an item, it insisted I order one & no amount of trying to order 2 was acceptable. I am retired but I plan my days out, and I always have to add an extra half hour to deal with the bouncing, jumping, & recalcitrant. Don't like calling for assistance cuz it SHOULD wrk.

I have had nothing but issues. The app is convenient for me because I work a lot and can usually just stop quickly and pick up my order or have someone else get it for me. I haven't been able to shop for a week this time. It says all my cards are an error. Will not let me add a pick-up person. So I have missed out on sales and coupons. Before this it decided for me which card would be accepted. I'm quite disappointed. Before all of this, I loved the app. Please fix these issues.

Cannot compete an online order. 2 times on the app and 1 time on the website, every time it goes to the "uh-oh" page cannot be found. I have to dispute 3 afterpay payment plans and wait to get my money back and have them cancelled. I even tried a debit card and the same thing happened. This app and the website need to be fixed asap. I'm losing out on $12 in discounts, lost my $2 in points that were redeemed on an order that never went through and my card was charged 3x for the Afterpay.

The last update made this app SO MUCH WORSE and I didn't even know that was possible. I'm afraid to update it again, because how much worse can it get? I go to my faves to find the stuff I order most & half the list won't even load then most of the items, I click on them and just get "something went wrong." Once I get that error once, forget it. Everything I try to do just says something went wrong. I have to force close it at least a dozen times trying to place an order. Infuriating.

The second the app opens, every single time, I get the "sorry, we couldn't find what you were looking for. Please try again later" message. I can occasionally click to a new screen, but the pop-up just continues to appear, making the entire app completely useless & I only downloaded the app because the PetSmart website was doing almost the exact same thing.

Update: 4/2/24 - the glitch has been fixed and the app is great again. The one thing I wish it had though, is an option to scan a barcode for a price. The only thing I dont like aside from the app being a bit slow, is that it glitches every time I go back to the app after doing something else on my phone. The loading paw and the page will blink repeatedly and won't fully load for at least 5-10 seconds. It's really annoying when the screen keeps flashing in your eyes like that.

I like the app. I wish there were more ways to save, though. They offer a lot of online purchasing coupons, but I use in-store 99% of the time. However, the more u purchase items and use ur member ID, the more money you save. It does add up and I've jad $6-9 off my purchase for dog food whc8h is $65-85 so doesn't hurt! Anything helps in this economy.

I'm having similar issues as others. Clicking on an item to order I consistently get "Oops something went wrong. Try again later". Or if I click on a category, I get a blank page. This is a good way to turn off customers and force them to a competitor's site. Update 5/25/24 - app is still unusable! Will not pull up searched items, still getting "oops" message, and even if you pick a category, you get a blank screen. Please FIX the app!!!! Just updated the app; still not working.
