The app doesn't work well at all. I can't edit credit card numbers, it won't save properly. It also has been giving me an error for 2 days saying there is no internet connection and a 409 conflict error. The app never worked very well, but it has really ceased to even function at all.

Buggy It ultimately works, but not without issues. On my first attempted order the app first crashed, though it saved my order, and then threw Boolean errors when trying to save my vet refill information. I think the order went through, but I'll have to check on my desktop browser. Overall, not a robust app, and I don't trust its security as a result. Sloppy work. Thank goodness for PayPal.

App indicated update required. After the update completed, the " turn on notifications" page displayed. The app froze at this point and failed to move past it. Uninstalled/Reinstalled app- no change. I used to be a faithful customer, but doing business has been difficult.

What happened to the app?! why won't it keep me logged in? why does it suck so bad now?? If you're having issues with updates on Android, your Play Store prob needs updated, but idr where I went to update it

Kept saying I HAD to update my app. I updated my app and now I am stuck with a screen that lists the benefits of turning on notifications. I can't close the screen or access the app to order a prescription for my dog. Totally useless now.

Not sure what happened, but its completely unusable at this point. I cant properly navigate the app, constantly freezing, no products can be added to the cart. I'm logged out with every few clicks.

I was trying to order my cat his Revolution Plus medicine and it kept saying "no wifi", "try again later", "unable to process" but they gladly took my money when I tried to order even though it says I haven't ordered anything!😡

The 2 worst bugs are: 1. Single sign-in using Google account returns the following error message: "Access blocked: 1800PetMeds’s request does not comply with Google’s policies". 2. After initially signing in with my username and password, to access the Account area, if I navigate to ANY other area in the app, (Discover, Cart, Pet Health, Menu), and navigate back to the Account area, I have to log in AGAIN! Just have a sign-in page when the app opens & keep the user signed in!!

After reading your reviews I won't be using your service. This has been on going with your app since at least 2019. I don't understand why it's not important for you to fix this issue. It makes it seem you don't care about your business or customers. It's lazy. There are too many apps that are trustworthy with no issues. I'll stick with those. I wouldn't feel comfortable connecting my cc & being assured I can even sign back in! I have to have a trustworthy app to manage my account. This is sad!

I have been a customer for nearly ten years, I believe. It may be more. I have never had a bad experience. My orders have never been wrong and I've always received them in a timely manner. This app is a failure. It no longer works plus when it comes to security people can easily hack your account. My account was hacked and when I called customer service the first person I spoke with was very rude. He kept interupting me and trying to rush me. Sadly I had to make a new account due to being hacked. My order was not shipped on time and I still have not received my order plus I can no longer use the app. It just shows a picture of animals and freezes up. Auto ship does not work.

Installed it. created an account, but never able to log in. kept saying that it couldn't find my login or password. attempted to set up account again, but it said I already have an account. if I could give a review with ZERO stars, I would. Putting out a product that doesn't work is the quickest way to for a NEW customer to take a vote of no confidence in your ability to provide the CORRECT medication for my fur babies.

App is unusable. When opened, I'm given a message that my version needs to be updated, but when you click update, and you're redirected to the app store, it says I don't need to update. I even deleted the app, and reinstalled but it still thinks I need to update and will not allow me to use the app without updating. Tech support sucks. I'd fire the whole crew due to incompetence. I can recommend a couple of 6 graders that can fix the problem in a matter of minutes.

Search is inconsistent, different results when the same wording is rearranged. Auto ship option is hidden in the order process. I don't know if I signed up for it or not but surely don't want or need it. Hopefully I can figure it out when my order arrives. Shipping has changed so free is 3-5 days rather than 2 even though I ordered over the $49 minimum.

Friends, yes this apps bad. Its like this for a long time; I've been a customer for several years. It was issues from the start yes. I did as others unstalled/reinstalled but no better; I just dealt with the bugs though. Recently the app stopped opening all together. I was due for an upgrade on my phone & thought it may start opening sadly no. Saying all that.. no worries, just call them about your script refills. They have all your info & will give the best discounts possible. It's what I did👌

After I selected several items on the website, I saw the option to open the app. #1 When the app was open there was nothing in my cart so I had to find everything all over again. #2 Even though I typed everything perfectly and my password was acceptable, it wouldn't let me create a new account. It said my password needed certain characters which it already had. #3 When I uploaded a photo of my pet to create his profile, the photo would not load. There is no reason it shouldn't load.
