Cute, enjoyable game. It doesn't give you many types of animals to take care of though; you have to either buy them (real money) or earn hundreds of coins adopting out animals (you only get a couple per adoption. It's entertaining, but does get tedious after awhile. Nothing new happens and no variety unless you pay for more types of animals.

Decided to download this app again (for nostalgia reasons) and found out a grammatical error. I have OCD, and lice was one of my main triggers for it when I was younger, and as a person with OCD, I won't even pet the guinea pigs that have lice/scabies mites because of it. Can you change it "and" to "or" so I could have a sense of relief? Thanks!

Downloaded this game once many years ago and once again recently for nostalgia reasons. The game is great! It's really fun and I loved earning coins to unlock the animals, I've unlocked all the animals that were worth 100 coins. I haven't played for a few days but when I came back, all those animals I unlocked were no longer there and I would have to rebuy them again. I still have the achievements for those animals and customers asking for them. I'm unsure what happened but pretty saddened now.

A mobile game that surprised me by not drowning me in ads or pressuring me into buying things every second. You'll see a single ad or optional purchase once a in-game day if you want everything right away. The randomness of what animals you'll get(once unlocked by just enjoying the game) makes it exciting! My mom also loves it. We unlocked different animals- and she focused on unlocking the huge selection decorations first. I really feel like this is a (rare) mobile game that awards gameplay

I love this game! The animals are so cute and it is fun taking care of them. And it is good that you can purchase animals with in-game coins! I have a suggestion though. What if there were some rare customers who asked for multiple animals? And then it would be worth 2 coins instead of one. Another suggestion: more ways to earn coins, as you only get one coin for an animal. But overall, a great game! Thanks for reading!

I had gotten this game when it was free for a certain amount if time and everything on there was free. After deleting the game and reinstalling it I didnt keep any of the perks and it made me start over, which is understandable. I just think its WAY to hard to get the coins. 300 coins for a dog is insane because it's almost impossible to get them in general. Please change this and I think that the game would receive much more attention.

I really do love this game. It's alot of fun to play when you need to pass the time. You can play however you want! I like the new fixes, and there are so many new animals ♡ I love the fox addition. However, Developers. I would like the inclusion of different species in the game, more than just different skins. Keeshounds, Greyhounds, Mancoon cats, Tiny Kittens, Clydesdales, and Beta fish. Give us more out of this amazing game. I'm excited to see how you'll grow!

This game is so much fun! It's got a lot of different animals and even though there is a purchase option, they give you a chance to earn in game money to buy them which is super nice.I only wish there was more to do in the game. You get to diagnose the animals for health care when they first come in to the shelter, but there's so few options that I've just memorized all the answers instead of thinking.Thats also an issue with the people that come in to adopt the animals. There's not enough dialog

I do love this game. Its very nostalgic for me as I played it about 5 years ago too. The prices for all the new animals are a little much but not horrible. I am disappointed in the graphics. They have not improved in the 5 years I didn't play and it shows that they aren't actually doing much new development. I would like more types of each animal like different dog and cat breeds, more types of reptiles and honestly the reindeer are just stupid. There should be event based animals in that stall.

I had first played this game when it was called "Happy Tails: Animal Shelter" for the PC. I loved it then as a kid and recently wanted to get back into it. Turns out I lost it at some point before, heh. Nevertheless, I saw this pop up in my recommend feed and instantly recognized the graphics. I was ecstatic when I found out you made the game for a mobile platform! It has been a wave of nostalgia for me to be playing my childhood game on a more modern device. Thank you so much!

Overall, Not Bad for Mobile Game. Honestly I downloaded this game... Maybe two years or so ago? I play off and on. It was a game I picked up originally while having insomnia during pregnancy and it was easy enough to do and the REPETITION would eventually put me to sleep 😅 I personally haven't spent any money because I would play other games to keep this one fresh so I have about half the animals. It's not a game for someone who likes to progress quickly/likes a challenge. But it's simply nice

Been playing for years ngl, you've prob gotten about 15 dollars of birthday money outta me over like 4 years or so lol. I feel like you've been adding stuff that doesn't need to be added like getting rid of the supply building and getting the water etc. I like that you can get stuff with coins. I like the constant animal updates (I usually play like a week every 6 months or so and there's usually something new every time I play) overall I wish there was less reppetition and more of a progression

I was playing for about a hour straight it is a really good game that keeps you busy. But eventually I had no more animals left so of course I just started a new day but it didn't give me animals so I skipped all the quests and tried over and over and over again for 5 minutes but it didn't give me any animals so I had to delete the game and start over I would really like if you guys could fix this bug and maybe I can redownload and give it 5 stars.

This app is quite fun and educational, but I found it to repeat a lot of stuff and be kinda boring. Maybe add some more interactions with the animals, add a little animal rescue scene, add a volunteer button that lets volunteers come in and entertain the animals, or you could make it where you can bathe some of the animals! That will make the app more interesting and entertaining than just taking care of animals everyday and adopting them out.

This game is so adorable! I love animals and this is exactly the type of thing I've been looking for! The only thing is I would like more variety in the animals and more customization on the building. Being able to change the color of the buildings walls and floors would be cool, and more variety in the pattern of animals would make it a bit more enjoyable. Mostly the parrots and the dogs. They're all very simalr uwu;; But all together I love this game! ^^

The game is overall ok. The animals don't have many unique patterns, it gets boring and repetitive very fast, and the animals take an absolutly ridiculous amount of time to unlock. It took me about 3 hours to get the sheep which is the cheapest animal! You only get one coin per animal you take care of and only 1-4 from the side accevments witch doesn't even help much because it requires tons of animals to complete those! The only up sides are that there are a lot of animal species and low ads.

I've been playing this game for a few weeks now. Often with this type of game it gets repetitive and I end up stopping within three days but this one has kept my attention. I ran into a small problem that was very generously resolved, so I can say that the staff is wonderful, prompt in communicating and very patient and persistent. A lot of game staff, after failing to find an easy solution to your problem will simply drop communication without a word. Not Tivola's staff in my experience :) It is also possible and well worth it to - with a bit of persistence - save enough ig money to buy the various animal expansions. The variety does a lot to keep the game interesting, each animal has different behavior and problems, and a lot of them have different ways to play with them. I actually have the premium expansion of the game, so I have access to all the animals, and I'll talk a bit about that. The sheer variety of customers and animals to look at is very fun, you end up with all kinds of stories and have to go around the entire shelter to find the perfect choice for each customer. A snake for the person seeking an addition for their aquaterrarium, a parrot for the one who finds mammals and reptiles boring, a reindeer for the girl who is allergic to horses but has a stable. The goats are deeply entertaining just to watch, and I recommend them in particular. Also, a somewhat unexpected thing, this game quite frankly has the most impressive and beautiful horse model I have ever seen. I own horses irl and have played a LOT of horse games, none of them have a model that compares. It was surprising, and I'm still getting distracted just staring at it. It's a horse person thing, to get distracted by the conformation and lovely head shape of a horse model in a game :) In short: the graphics are beautiful, the staff is lovely and responsive and the gameplay is very approachable, and while it is enjoyable from the start, it only takes a bit of patience to get the expansions. I recommend starting with the dogs, horses or goats :)

The game is okay. The designs, art style, and aesthetics are nice. It's fun to take care of the little animals and find right owners. This review would have 5 stars if it weren't for one thing. After a few days things get repetitive. The only way to make things interesting is to buy new animals with real money. But those in game purchases get expensive. Please add some more events or make a few of the pets cheaper or free. This will make the game much less repetitive.

It's a cute game and it's a pretty fun time killer but it does get repetitive. Would be more fun if there were some special events, or if it was easier to get new animals. The prices of the new animals are fine BUT it takes way too long to save up those coins. Why do we only earn 1 coin per adoption? Makes no sense. At least make it 5 or 10. No point in even watching a 30 second ad to take it from only 1 coin to 2.

It's a really great game that's an amazing time killer. Some problems with it is that once you unlock an animal in one saved game on it, its unlocked on another saved profile as well. Another problem is that it takes a lot of coins to unlock a new animal, which is fine because it gives the game a purpose. Overall a very fun game that I would recommend, especially for children as it is very simple.
