Minimal controls in the video player. I prefer to download from the website and open in another video player. Also couldn't find where the PDFs were downloaded to.

Only issue is it would be nice to see progress on longer models so I know where to pick back up w/o having to open the video and find which is completed and which are not.

I am trying to complete an online course that I paid for and I have emailed and called Pesi and have not received a follow up due to the fact that the Pesi App is showing a "bug" and continues to close down....all day....unacceptable.

Very outdated interface and I always have trouble with playing videos. Takes very long time to stream and gets stuck. Tried from different phones and no difference. No improvement with update.

Unable to play audio or videos with phone screen off, locked or when app is not in foreground. I can't listen and do something else on my phone at the same time, or save battery life while listening.

Ca not download to phone. Tried rebooting phone, as suggested by pesi customer service. Did not work. Also suggested reinstalling the app. Uncomfortable doing that as I don't trust I won't lose all previously saved courses, etc.

videos doesn't allow forwarding. if I have viewed the video on my computer and just want to review some parts, the video doesn't allow me to jump to where I need to be.

My only complaint is that I randomly have to reenter my login information. Also, I would like to figure out how to watch, well, listen to the trainings when I am on my bike commute. I'm impressed with the selection and accessibility of some of our masters in the field.

Depend upon PESI for access to CEs during the pandemic, and afterward really. I chose several courses which are intensive, 2 day duration. However, I was hampered by long covid and was unable to access the complete course {which is intensive, ground breaking instruction and methodology} in time for the 30 day cut-off. I repeated sections in order to study them, specifically IFS methodology and theory with Dr. Frank Anderson. Please extend time limits for encumbered students to finish courses

Excellent training programs with CEUs. Can be pricey but if you sign up to get program notifications or download apps, you can get offers that save 50% or more for programs. Programs can be attended online live or get recorded program, handouts so you can take trainings in your own time. CEUs cost a bit more and are worth it!

I live in an area that I don't always have reliable cell service. I choose to download my PESI content but later the download is not there and I can't choose the same quality again. I have chosen low quality, then medium quality then I have to uninstall and reinstall to download the same content. This is my third time for one six hour course!! Frustrating!

I don't hate it, but it repeatedly dumps whatever you download for offline viewing. That is very irritating. Although I really like it that when I have downloaded content for offline viewing, it will start me where I left off, even if I have to re-download the content, it keeps dumping whatever I have downloaded so instead of being able to just pick up where I left off when I'm in a hurry, I sometimes have to do this several times for something as small as a one-hour course.

infuriating app. pay hundreds for a training and then try to watch a 3day training as one long video and that doesnt remember where you left off and constantly restarts you at the beginning. want to take a note in another app? start over at the beginning -even with the audio-only version and no multi-window either. Get a phone call? start over at the beginning. Accidentally turn your screen off? start over at the beginning. wasting so much time scrubbing through to find where I left off :(

I love the content, I hate the app. It becomes nearly unusable when playing audio only. Why does this not integrate with Androids media controls to play, pause, rewind, etc.? Even with battery optimization turned off the app frequently turns off when played in the background. I listen to the majority of content while driving or doing other tasks. Most of the time I'm forced to download content from my desktop and play it with VLC player on my mobile device so I can speed up content.

I've been trying to use this app successfully for years and am finally going to leave a review. As others pointed out, downloads are lost(?) deleted(?) after a period of time leading to having to redownload them again - this defeats the purpose of offline-use. Sometimes my progress is saved and sometimes it isn't (likely related to downloading vs streaming but IDK for sure) so sometimes I have to scan around to find where I was, roughly. It feels like the app is almost never updated, IDK iftrue.

I like PESI, but the app doesn't work well. I tried to download the lectures, but it never finished downloading, and then I can't cancel to try again. Has made the app basically unusable. * Edit to say that their support team told me that downloading isn't allowed anymore. why not just remove the feature rather than have people struggling. Also, this now means I can't watch on planes or when out of reception, which is very disappointing
