I have used many bank apps, this is probably the worst. First it can't be used in phone that has secondary workplace. Most Samsung Android has Knox, which allow to have separate work profile. This mean all the high end phone can be used. I called them, and no solution, and no road map at all. Second, it links the device to a phone, and there is no way to unlink it except by phone. They loved the call center so much. Why bother an app?

Terrible application, it's never working when you need to pay something! This is why many people open an other bank account to another bank, as all of us in the family. Seriously guys, just do something good, fix this application and make it working.

Always got kicked/logged out because of "fingerprint changed" error while i never change my fingerprint. Login process is also so long and cumbersome along with bad UI design.

The app is error on the "BAYAR TAGIHAN" It can't be used. Pls improve! This app is very much slow. Please improve!

This app said my password was locked and need to reset and make a new one but the problem is i NEVER RECEIVED the OTP code to reset my password! But i can get the OTP code when i try to check my User ID? What actually happened here?? this app is so useless. Also sometimes i always get an error code when try to pay via Qris

The app is good. But then the balance is not showing up and also some letters from the text of the button is missing. Fix this ASAP (If you care enough to fix the bug)

With no doubt, Permatamobile is the slowest m-banking app compared to the other m-banking. Error on almost every features on the app, especially for QR payment. Can't imagine if permata is the only m-banking app someone has, lots of transactions would be cancelled. Please fix it! It's been yearsss -_-

Horrible app. I've been trying to log into the app for over a week now only to be shown a connectivity issue warning regardless of how stable and fast my internet connection is. I can't pay my bills and am put in an awkward position because of that. Please fix this awful app instead of posting the same unhelpful and embarrassing replies of contacting customer service who is just as useless and frustrating as the app. I wish I could give it a minus 5 star rating because that's what it deserves.

Permata don't give a damn about customers and the app shows it. Constant login issues, constant issues with the system now showing favourite transactions, so every payday it's a nightmare to pay my staff. Finally the scope creep. Unfortunately the bank are arrogant and simply don't care. Whoever runs the IT/App team must be immensely powerful, because they have been serving up faeces for so long but seem to get away with it. In short, this is objectively the worst app I've ever used. Globally.

Very bad. Poor transition , poor log in . Tried million times to re installed and never got OTP code. Now I can't log in .

Such an awful apps. It keeps error all the time. Can't use it for any transaction.. The old one is more useful and easy to use.

after first install, opening the app had no problem, but when opening the app for second time the app wont open, so each transaction i need to reinstall the app.

about a month ago it offer the ability to use different currencies in one account but until now I cannot do that. when asked to branch marketing she said that I need to open new account with the same type (ridiculous right?),then I ask the permata care but they do even more sloppy job like asking when and how did the transaction went (even when I already stated that it do not offer me the ability to transact in another currency therefore I cannot transact).then there are no more reply.

the ui is a bit clunky. i found a bug or perhaps misconfigured. if you share a receipt, you can still see the image name is still default to react native. 😂

Lately, the QRIS payments are not working, the app leads me to log in again. Also, when the merchant is asking the tip, I can't continue the payment, whatever the amount it won't let me finish the transaction. So the scan feature are totally unusable.

Installed but cannot register etc. because it said device in not compatible or like that. My device is Infinix android xos version v13.0.0. please update the software. Other mobile banking apps like BCA, BNI, UOB e.a. can be used safely, not like permatmobilex. I am considering to .move my investments to other banks

I have been forced to use this application for 3 years. 3 years of suffering. Constantly does not work, does not open. Updates don't help. -- Update: 1 year has passed since my first review, and the problem is still not resolved. Every evening is a struggle when trying to make payments. The app consistently does not work.

How is it possible that you can only login ONLY WI-FI!? this app used to be great, I've recommend this bank in the past based only on the mobile banking experience. Now I'm thinking to open an account with a different bank. Also, that copy/paste message directing reviewers to call to their customers support does not help anyone. Just fix the bugs.

Regular forced updates, so if you don't update, you cant login YET when you try to update (like now) you're unable to do so. Things are so unnecessarily complicated. Also, if you mistake your password accidentally, they block your whole online banking and physically require you to go to the bank taking hours of driving, sitting in line, etc. Every online banking should have a simple way to reset your password without traveling in person to a branch. It's 2019. This app thinks it's 1999 still.
