Peo Pay app its fine and convenience to use,but yesterday when I change the network over border ,phone start crazy and I try back on app,no chance I try press and App .Finally I called Infoline to help but if you don't know password you can be out of bankìng line on the street.Thats should be change I intodruce my details they should provide aid rightaway.Whats about if you will be abroad and don't have it your password, then what ,you finish.

The app was working great and it has English now... But for a week now it's been crashing, can not login, only use blik and accept payments... When is this going to be solved? I'm using the latest version from March 4.60

Never had any issues, nothing to complain. Except maybe all of a sudden, key presses started vibrating and i dont know how to turn it back off.

The PeoPay app had recently improved a lot, but this latest build is a step back. It is very "unfinished". This is essentially a new program and the coders were even too lazy to set the name of the app. It currently appears, not as PeoPay, but as Sdk (software development kit) and is recognizable only by its icon. Some functions have been lost or are too hard to find (financial analysis) and the translated version contains serious grammar errors.

Good functionality but really requires complete bilingual interface in English. If one used the previous versions, he / she might be aquainted with what each part of the interface does, but for a new user who does not speak Polish it can be quite disorienting not to have a complete English vers (+DE & FR) Five stars because i know the app is good, just needs a bit of work on translating the Polish. I have been using the app for almost three years now and I am quite happy with it.

Still not fully translated to English. As standard should not have balance showing up at login, but only as option after. Apart from that, looking as a good update. Sad that no more tablet android/ipad app version. After sometime using the app decided to move for 2 stars. The only thing here different is the design. The apps fails to load frequently. Can't see history or credit card details for example. Stays loading and loading and nothing. Previous version was full English and very functional.

After only couple of days experience, I find it well designed, I can find easily all I want to do. No stability issues. Better than apps of other banks that I experienced.

When blik is disabled please show it's DISABLED AND NOT ENABLED. In the app it literally shows that you have blik enabled but when people try to send you money error pops up that says "this person does not have blik" or something. But then, to fix it you need to disable and enable blik. Like, literally so confusing. Fix it. Oh and also I can't have Google pay for some reason. No one from the bank helped me. So, there's that. I have NFC in my phone btw, the option in the app is just blocked.

I cannot change the category of my transactions, cannot confirm some transactions such as purchasing bus tickets with biometry, don't like that I have to type in the PIN to have access to transactions older than 90 days, which means that at certain times the default analysis which is done for the last 3 months requires me to type it in and sometimes not.

Annoying ads, no proper separation of different types of notifications. Keyboard used as a system replacement feels unresponsive.

Absolutely idiotic application. I've spent all evening trying to install it on my new phone, it required tons of passwords and logins but didn't work in the end cause 'you've exceeded the limit of devices'. I DON'T have it on any device! And now I can't even download it ony previous one! Absolute mess!

The app is not compatible with password managers. There's no way to use autofill or even paste a copied password. When switching between the password manager and the PeoPay app, the password input gets cleared out. It seems like you have to either use two devices or jot down your password somewhere to log in, which doesn't seem secure.

You have a bug in the app. Address that you write ✍️ in the address section do not update in the card delivery address. I first time updated 10 days ago , then I went to office they update 48 hours past no changes and before that I did it in the app no changes after 10 days. As a result I can't receive my credit card two weeks

very good bank app on the European level, gives you plenty options of payment and transactions, in many different currencies in the app. all so, i like to add dark solid colors to the app and background , black , blue , navy blue ,gray ,dark gray, dark blue.
