This is the worst PFA ever! I couldn't access my pension, no SMS to customers, no emails. You will even send mails to them they may not respond until you send it over and over again.

Account suspension at slightest. Plus having to send emails to customer service at any time you need to update passwords is frustrating.

Why am I finding it difficult login in? Also when I tried "forgot password" it is not sending me the temporary password on my phone number. Please fix this issue.

This App has been long awaited for and should be doing more than this by now. Each time I try to get my statement it keeps throughing Oops login! When i am already logged in. The developer need to revisit this app ASAP to meet standard.

There is a lot that needs to be done. Despite login successfully i still cannot update my password. Keeps popping up Oops can't find the resource you're looking for. It is frustrating.

I found it Difficult to Log in, It's supposed to have something like Facial recognition or Finger print. Please work on that, Because since I downloaded this App I have not been able to Log in, And I have tried to reach out to the Customer service Center through my Email, but NO Concrete Result. Thanks .

It's a waste of time. Despite being able to login. The app redirects to where I can change my temporary password and that's the only interface I could access. It keeps saying "oops we can't find the resource you are looking for" on every attempt to change my password till I eventually got blocked. I contacted the customer service for help and still stuck on the same page.
