I originally gave this game 4 stars. It's super cute, and the side games are alot of fun. The ads are absolutely outrageous. I will play for 5 minutes, and half of it is sitting there trying to get through all the stupid ads. It's very off-putting. Makes me not want to play anymore. Yall need to do something about the ads. Because I'm sure most people quit playing because they don't want to watch ads. Over and over again. It's honestly ridiculous.

Could be really fun, however lots of bugs, to get certain items you have to watch ads. Once they are done, you don't receive the rewards. Purchases of food and items do not always show up. Chests again have to watch ads and don't receive the rewards. If they get the bugs fixed, I will give higher rating.

The penguin should move and sit in the chair and do things rather than just stand there. Also we were unaware we shared the coins and inventory. This should be mentioned. To sync the penguins and reload everything we have to constantly restart the game. Also the amount of ads is absolutely unreal. You should also be able to see all of your previous rooms and have more variety and not just pre picked furniture. So many glitches and half the time you don't even get the prize.

Way too many ads. It's cute and you can connect with your partner, but there are way too many ads and your pengu dies quick if you haven't gone on in 24 hours. It's literally every time I get on I get an ad, I do two things and then its another ad, can't even play their mini games more then 3 or 4 levels before you get another ad and then get another ad after you exit from the game! Y'all desperate for this game to be free to play but not seeing how ads are affecting your game players.

I love the concept. Unfortunately, there are many issues that affect the gameplay. This very much feels like it's still in the development stage - it lags, touch is not always recognized, and the game will sometimes freeze. The concept itself deserves 5 stars but because of these issues, it lowers my rating significantly.

The game is kinda pissing me off. Mini games just do nothing but lag. Watching ads to get additional items only leads to errors and not being able to collect anything, which just leads to losing a lot of rewards. Notifications to feed or send love also leads to errors and actually don't need to go to game when both food and love bars are completely full. Edit: it's not gotten any better still laggy asf and now it's reset all mini game progress.

I am getting to higher levels where I don't see all the pieces in pengu puzzle. The last piece doesn't pop up until I use all of the other ones. It cost me a life when I would've won the level if I knew what that last piece was. I don't know if it was because of the game UI or because there are ads in the bottom but there should be more space in the bottom for pieces if a level has that many you know? Or at least a scrolling feature. I don't know it just sucked I lost cause of that.

I loved this app, I diddnt mind the adds at all considering that it came with so many game options and different things you could do to help your pengu. What I'm upset about is that I've gotten my pengu up to level 9 and I went to check on her and I couldn't even open the app, it went crazy, opening and reloading as well as taking me to a troubleshoot screen and I tried force stopping, re-downloading and even restarting my phone but I can't access it. I got attached to her too now I'm sad :(

Was a 3. Now a 1. Ads weren't that bad up until 2 days ago. Now the ads keep crashing the app or causing other issues making it so I can barely do anything besides send love and feed. Can't even enter the store without it forcing an ad that crashes it. My phone can run 3DS games yet this game crashes? Clearly something wrong with it. Also... Your push notifications are predatory/guilt trippy AF with it trying to make you feel bad for being at work all day. Like come on. We both deleted it.

Half the time it won't load the menus to do anything, and the other half it forces you to watch an ad just to traverse the menus, only to watch more ads to get any food or coins. The penguin requires you and your friend to visit at least 4 times a day each, which takes at least 5 minutes each time to get anything done

the game is so cute especially because you can play games to get coins, get food, clothes, accessories etc. The reason I gave it a 2 star is because the Penguin doesn't go to sleep and there isn't a way for you to put it on sleep mode so eventually it can die. If there was a way that we can put it to bed and wake it up that would definitely make the app better. Also keeping the hearts full is a but hard because even when you give it cuddle and food it's not enough to fill it back up.

The app is fun but could be better. The game suffers from bugs. If you already paid to remove ads, I'd recommend not getting the Pengu Pass. When your subscription runs out, you will have to deal with ads again. A bug makes the game forget about your previous ad removal purchase. I have contacted and left feedback for the developers, but they haven't been responding as in the past. Really wish they would work on bugs before adding new things too. Still fun at times but needs improvements.

I like the game. it's fun to play with my husband, who doesn't love an adorable penguin you can dress up, feed, name and decorate a house for? My only real issue is how many ads there are in the games you play with your penguin, every two levels you have to watch an ad, going into every other game there's an ad. Plus most of the games you only earn two coins per level. with the exception of a game or two

When I first started 5 stars were given. Sadly now my friend and I will be deleting it. Our pengu has died twice because of glitches. One day the game wouldn't open and another day every time we tried to feed it or give it love it said error. So maybe after the glitches and everything get fixed I might come back. So much potential but lacks everything!

it's cute but the pengu never sleeps so it's always starving or almost out of hearts when I wake up. Just yesterday the app wouldn't load past 14% for the whole day and all of this morning. I tried uninstalling, force stop, and restarting my phone nothing helped my friend also had the same issue so our pengu died. the mini games are fun but freeze all the time. you hit play ad to get stuff just for it to not count.

i dont even wanna give this 3 stars. this app feels like a straight up cash grab. the concept is great. some of the execution is fresh & manageable. but because of the onslaught of ads i get just from doing the basic login necessities, i hate playing this game. its not fun, its a chore. the pass is an exorbitant amount of money just to make the game feel playable, but some of the minigames are near unplayable anyways. as a wholesome game, it shouldnt make me feel awful about playing it

This game is so cute and has potential. I love the concept of sharing a penguin with someone But you LITERALLY can barely do anything without an ad. Even the stuff that says free. You would think you click it and it's actually free. Nope, you have to watch an ad for it. Thus making it not free! Most of the ads are long too! I get that this is how you get money but yeeesh! Also, there's some kind of bug when it's time for me to collect stuff my screen goes white.
