This is an awful app! It looks pretty, & promises to make everything easy, but does not work properly when you are just trying to log in or do anything. It just waits and waits and nothing happens. Nor is it possible to register on the BOLBOL feature, because the phone number field doesn't allow any other prefix number! So don't bother with it! Mind you, their website doesn't work properly either (on any mobile browser) - so either way you're screwed if you wanna fly with them! Aghrrrr!

I purchased a flexible version of the ticket. I canceled a flight and haven't received a refund. Support confirmed that I canceled it correctly and should receive my money in 7-10 days. It's been 2 months already.

The app is fine despite it gets stuck every now and then, but the 1 star is for the airline, I mean I get it, back wrecking seats, no ententainment, bad flight attendands on some routs, all is understood for a cheap airline, though it would make sense to give the option for an adjustable seat at leeast. But for the airline to try to rip you off by not checking your cabin liggage and then give you a penalty to let you take it onboard that is way more than any extra luggage fees is just too much.

Very bad experience with flight PC979. Staff member dealed me in impolite way and spoke only Turkish, even though I said I don’t speak it. He asked me to pay 50 EUR for my backpack only in Turkish, although I had no issue with the same bag on my flight from Egypt. The flight was also delayed by an hour, and I missed my train. Very disappointing. The worst flight in my life.

Very bad Air lC changes flight schedules without any warning or alternative from 2 hours waiting to 23 hours and they do not accept give a hotel overnight experience that I never repeat and do not advise anyone to book Edit i tried what they said they don't give any proper options and there isn't any other option I wrote an enquiry to yous I can provide my reference number for it

Received a text saying my flight was cancelled. They still charged me cancellation fee. I tried to explain but still wasnt refunded. Update on 20th Jan 2025 in response to Pegasus reply: Thanks for your reply. But I had already submitted a complaint. After review by Pegasus customer service team, I was told there was nothing they could do and wasnt refunded cancellation fee. Case number = 11311574

Terrible experience! My baggage was delayed for over 48 hours, and there was zero customer service to assist. No one responded to my repeated attempts to report the issue, and the airline offered no compensation for the inconvenience. I had to spend money on essentials with no idea if I’d ever get my luggage back. This was my first and last time flying with this airline. They clearly don’t care about their passengers. Review; Avoid this airlines!

I love pegasus but they let me down. in the app it says all bolbol members between the age of 12-27 can be member of Bolbol Youth program. But when i apply they say its only for turkish citizens. I looked for it in the whole description page. there is absolutely nothing about turkish citizenship. All it say is all bolbol members.

My wife bought 2 tickets from pegasus Air line london Stanstead to Bieruton cheap season they charged for luggage and on our way back they charged for luggage again we could not show them the receipt on mobile phone because no Internet he insisted that we pay again to go on board .I need my money back.

Worst Airline ever !! Do not travel with them !!! Flight cancelled, after service took nearly 2 hours to rearrange another flight, customer service phone absolutely rubbish, won't hear them ! Then they put phone down on you ! Never travel with them Again Ever !!!!!

I had my flight cancelled today, I have lost my connection flight ! Me and my husband are really frustrated talking to pegasus customer service as they dont help at all , asking me to pay £3 so I have same seats !! Hang on paid for flight and seats why do I need to pay again !!! Writing complaints doesn't solve our problem right now ! I need to talk to someone now not going to wait for 5 days to get reply by email ! If I could rate it less I would !!

In February Pegasus cancelled the direct flights I booked and paid for, for September 2025 and three flights for October 2025. Inconvenient, but no big deal, I was reimbursed and found alternative flights with BA. I asked for e-invoices for the 4 cancellations. Six weeks later I am still waiting. How hard is it to send me an invoice? How long should that take? I quite like, prefer in fact, to fly with Pegasus, but their after sales service leaves a lot to be desired.

Price changes midway through booking. Can't sign into my Bol account without it increasing the price. Had to sacrifice the points to get the booking completed before I went bankrupt! Very annoyed.

This is the worst, most useless, time consuming, frustrating app I have ever known. I have tried for three days to sign in and I'm literally talking about 50 times and every time it says. wrong mobile. wrong password. I change the password and it says wrong mobile. I am now giving up because I have wasted hours and hours and I'm very stressed out and very angry and I can't even delete the bloody thing and try again. I've been round and round in circles. I missed my flight because of this

Paid extra for a flexible flight and I couldn't change it even with 36+hrs ahead of it. It didn't work from neither the app nor the website. Spoke with 3 agents on the phone. They said my case will be reviewed within 96hrs. It's been 98 hrs now, my flight already departed and still nothing from them. This is a review of both the app and the company. Don't use them if you can avoid it. Their support services are as cheap as their prices.
